Pros: The beautiful property makes one's stay in Hotel Fabrik memorable. The hotel is close to two metro stations and the quiet room makes getting a good sleep possible. We could choose from plenty of vegeterian options for breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Pros: This hotel is a very cosy and nice place just 3 min walk from metro station. It took about 10 min to get to downtown. Room was big and queit, clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of different types of meal, bread, fruits, cheeses and eggs (omelet) etc. The staff was kind and thoughtful - when we asked for a refrigirator, we were given an individual cold box for our room. So, it was a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel even in a winter time.

Pros: Rooms are modern, clean and functional, if somewhat small in size. Having the restaurant across the courtyard is convenient and the food, service and prices at the restaurant is very good. On-site parking at hotel is convenient and not overpriced. Access to the U-bahn is convenient.

Pros: We had a really pleasant stay. The staff has been friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we had the possibility to use the internet cable connection for free. The hotel is really close to the city center, just 3 stops with the underground. The location is very nice, an old factory locted in a hidden court.. I will for sure recommend it to my friends.

Pros: The beautiful property makes one's stay in Hotel Fabrik memorable. The hotel is close to two metro stations and the quiet room makes getting a good sleep possible. We could choose from plenty of vegeterian options for breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: It would be nice if guests visiting over the weekend could get coffee during the day. The receptionst was very helpful and said, that he can get us black coffee or he can recommend good cafés nearby. We went with the second option.

Pros: Location was awesome. Outside of the city but within walking distance to train taking u to the city. Breakfast was good. Continental style and delicious. Certainly started the day well. The reception staff were amazing from arrival to check out. So willing to help with guidance and suggestions. Smiling faces immediately makes u feel happy when u arrive. Helpful with directions and researching best routes, buses and trams to take. Overall we fell in live with Vienna and the hotel and staff played a big part in that.

Cons: It is not on google maps so you have to use the exact address or get lost. Without a car, it is difficult specially in winter cause you have to walk a 150 m to a side road. No reception after 11:00 pm. The breakfast was average.

Cons: The room looked quite basic - simple furniture, carpet, curtains. The absence of a minibar (which I usually use to keep a bit of foodstuff) was rather inconvenient. The hairdryer sounded terrible - so noisy that I was afraid to wake up the neighbours and the power point in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast was OK, but could be better if they added fried or boiled eggs.
