Pros (+) This was in a nice, central location in Toronto. It was very quaint , with cute decor.
Cons (-) We arrived late at night and didn't notice the parking signs. We received 3 parking tickets in one night. We would have appreciated more direction upon booking about where to park and pay. This is a shared kitchen and living room. A sign requests for you to remove your shoes and leave them downstairs, in a sitting room. Another sign advises you to be quiet, because other guests are sleeping below ...
