Pros: The room is clean and cozy. The cathedral in the center of Toledo is just a walking distance.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: - Miguel Angel (or Michael) is an excellent and friendly host who gives great advice and restaurant recommendations - The location is ideal for exploring Toledo - The room is exceptionally clean - The room rate is great value for money
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hostal is in an old historical building, so the bedroom still maintains the old traditional historical magnificent features. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Each room has its own toilet and they are very clean. The street is very lively during the day, but very quiet at night, so I slept perfectly and the location is ideal.
Cons: The place has no room to offer breakfast, but there is a lovely coffee shop 1minute walk from there. There is no 24hrs reception, but the host gets in touch to organise check in and check out and is available for any need.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location right in the heart of old Toledo. A clean and comfortable room, if a little snug, but I get the feeling space is a premium in old Toledo. Best of all was the host Miguel who was possibly the most welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic host I have ever encountered - thanks Miguel Angel!
Cons: The room would have been pretty tight if you had two suitcases. If you don't like stairs, request a lower floor room. There is no lift.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had two rooms at La Posada de Zocodover for two nights. From the time we arrived until the morning we left, Miguel and his wife treated us like family. Every review I had read was correct. Their warmth and helpfulness turned this little hostel into a 5 star experience. The rooms are small but thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. Although they do not serve breakfast they sent us a few doors away to La Pepa which was great, and Starbucks is right around the corner. The location was perfect. The first thing Miguel did when we checked in was to give us a map where he circled everything we should see and gave us restaurant suggestions. All were excellent.
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Miguel and his wife warmly welcomed us in their hostal in the middle of beautiful historical Toledo. Miguel gave us map and showed us all places where to go/not to go and when. He recommended us café and restaurant, where he and locals go, food was delicious. Thanks to him we knew, where we wanna go, saved us time and money. Our room was perfect, super nice, super clean and quite. There was a small bow with candies, sorry Miguel we ate all chocolate. Our stay in Toledo was awesome, big part of it was thanks to our stay in this hostal. We are very much looking forward to come back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Miguel Angel, was extremely helpful in planning our time in Toledo. He truly made his lovely hostal feel like home.
Cons: Nothing we can think of!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Miguel and Gema are so welcoming and generous with their time and local information - all Miguel’s recommendations for sights and restaurants were great. It’s position right in the heart of old Toledo could not have been better - everything was within an easy, lovely walk. Whilst small, the perfectly quiet room was beautiful and traditionally furnished with a gorgeous enclosed balcony and a lovely outlook onto the cathedral and street below - perfect for people watching! Excellent, reliable WiFi and air conditioning. Room daily cleaned and stocked with toiletries, bottles of water and delicious little chocolates. A perfect home from home!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Miguel, was extremely friendly and helpful before and during our trip. He always responded quickly to our questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We also loved the location of the hostal.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, price, the room was cozy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful
Cons: A little nosy, but it’s old house in the heart of the city
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Everything within 10 minutes walking radius. Restaurants (Inc. Vegan, tapas, pizzas...), all monuments and museums.
Cons: Tiny shower makes difficult to wash your feet. Great for quick morning showers, though.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was excellent! The hotel has been beautifully restored by the owners and the decor was lovely.
Cons: We drove from Madrid and finding the property was really difficult. There was no kettle in the room but the owner told us we could use the coffee machine in the breakfast area. We did this twice and was then scolded by a member of staff. When I was next going out I was again scolded by another staff member at reception. I felt very uncomfortable after this. Breakfast was basic and I feel for what was on offer (no teabags for 3 days) that the cost should be included in the room price. My husband’s complaint was he had to wake up the night receptionist to unlock the front door so that he could go for a run each morning. This added to the feeling that you were an unwanted guest in someone’s home.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room with unexpected private courtyard! The building is so cool and in a fantastic location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, helpful staff, great views from terraces - be sure to see the cathedral lit up at night.
Cons: Only wish that we'd stayed more than one night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Next door to Cathedral in centre of old town so easy walk to everywhere.
Cons: Tiny shower. Distance between car park and hotel. Said to be 4minute walk. With our pull along and carry on case up and down steep inclines it took a lot longer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Specilly the very nice couple who is halving the hotel.

Pros: The location was very convenient. Jose was very helpful in getting us a taxi the day we left. He patiently answered all of our questions when we arrived. The hotel is extremely clean. We had a triple room on the third floor. It was quiet, clean, and roomy enough for 3 people.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in a quieter but still easy to find part of Toledo. Farther away from the day tourists that are crowded in Zocodover.
Cons: Slightly confusing entrance to the hostal through the store. After hours (when store is closed), the lift is only available from the first floor (since the ground floor lift is through the store).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The beds were very firm and comfortable. The room was immaculately clean. The balcony was awesome for views and people watching. The location was ideal, close to everything but on the edge of the biggest tourist area.
Cons: Only minor things: The internet was spotty at times and it was a little noisy on Saturday night.

Pros: The place immaculate and the beds comfy. It was nice to have a place to make coffee in the morning. The location was ideal. Anna, the owner was helpful and lovely.
Cons: The place was dark and had a dungeon like feel even after dark. On the plus side we were out all day and only there to sleep. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bed of excellent quality. Anna works had to provide a comfortable stay for her guests and it shows in her product.

Pros: The hotel is wonderful. Our bed 2x2 meters.vwey comfortable. We slept soundly Thanks
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff
Cons: They could serve better wines
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff at the reception desk. Very attractive Hotel with excellent Location and very reasonable room rate.
Cons: A few small things that can be improved: 1) in a five star Hotel I expect at least two free bottles of water every day 2) no Kleenex box in the bathroom 3) staff was overwhelmed during busy breakfast hours. Breakfast items running out fast and being replaced only very, very slowly and after asking for them. 4) staff answering incoming calls did not make any effort to locate us in the breakfast room when an international call came in for us. As I said, nothing important, but should be improved.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, cool looking hotel with a lovely spa friendly reception staff. Beds extremely comfortable.
Cons: The bar is visually stunning but the furniture is uncomfortable. Drinks in the bar are extremely expensive with the cheapest Gin costing €18. It’s a five star hotel but they don’t offer a turndown service at night. We received one small bottle of water between two of us for two nights. They should have stretched to a bottle each per night.
6,7 Good
Pros: Comfort
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, great location, very comfortable and clean.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No valet, no parking, no body to help with the luggage
6,7 Good
Pros: location and boutique hotel
Cons: we were advised at check in that there would maintenance at the property. not sure who thought this one through but it meant electricity was cut at 5am and all the emergency lights came on .. waking the whole hotel. would have been better if this work would have been scheduled later in the day when most guests are out of the hotel. our room although lovely had massive cobwebs. A small detail but the music in reception wasn't in keeping with the hotel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building with a lot of art, perfectly located to discover Toledo!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is more than perfect I really enjoyed my stay big time there and definitely will go back again , the hotel has own spirt , the most significant thing is the staff the staff is really helpful full of energy and they gave a place a vey good vibe , the hotel is extremely luxurious it is old palace one of the autograph hotel ...etc a lot of good things to say about it:)
Cons: The only thing that they don’t have pool due to the location and as the hotel is one of the oldest places in this area that the only thing .
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. This is no exception as we think it is better to enjoy local cafes than spend a lot of money on breakfasts in hotels. We generally get much better coffee outside of hotels! The quality of the dinner we had was excellent - except for one mishap - see below.
Cons: Only one bottle of complementary water in our bedroom and only on the day of arrival. This is the first Marriott hotel where I haven't had two bottles every night of my stay, and I've stayed in lots of Marriotts. Also, although there weren't many guests in the bar or the restaurant, the barman had to double as waiter on one night, which wasn't very satisfactory. My pork fillet was ordered 'medium' but came 'blue' (very rare) - mistakes happen I guess.
7,3 Good
Pros: very nice hotel , excellent staff
Cons: the location of the hotel is very problematic while coming with a car , very difficult to reach the hotel
7,3 Good
Pros: Within short walking distance of the Cathedral, old synagogues and other sights. Comfortable rooms; well designed hotel. Good value. Excellent local cuisine in restaurant; fairly expensive menu.
Cons: When driving, hotel was very, very hard to find in oldest part of Toledo (took us 1-1/2 hrs.), with steep hills, one-way streets; people on the streets didn't know of the hotel, or didn't know where it is; or didn't know how to get there by car. GPS had nervous breakfdown. Parking in the nearby garage was expensive (17 euros/night). This was the only Spanish hotel of eight we stayed in that didn't have a computer for use of guests. They advertise a spa, but only a very small exercise room is available free to guests; you can pay for a massage or sauna.
7,7 Good
Pros: Excellent location, great staff, modern luxury. Room was smallish, but well decorated with nice bathroom. A gem in the middle of an incredible old city. Staff very attentive and lobby and main area very impressive.
Cons: No iron, room was a bit small.
7,3 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a great location. It was smack in the middle of Toledo's old town. It was about a 5 minute walk from all the shopping and restaurants.
Cons: At night the streets of Toledo are full of young drunk British men and or unemployed. It can be a bit sketchy there at night and you definitely have to watch your back. All the tourists leave during the day.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very clean, classy hotel. The staff was more than helpful and it was very quiet. I liked that it was next door to a little market which allowed us to buy juice and bread in the mornings.

Hostal La Campana’s rooms feature fresh décor and wood furnishings. They feature a TV, telephone and a private bathroom. A continental breakfast is served daily, and the hotel has a cafeteria. La Campana's restaurant serves set menus and tasty traditional dishes with a modern twist. Toledo Bus Station is 1 km from Hostal La Campana, and Madrid’s Barajas Airport is 1 hours’ drive away.
7,1 Good
Pros: Convenient location in the "Jewish Quarter" off Calle San Tome which is one of the busier pedestrian streets, not far from the Cathedral, The people who run the hostal also run the La Campana restaurant on the ground floor. It was nice to have breakfast included in the low rate. Mainly a continental breakfast, but I appreciated the coffee and fresh juice. The room was small and basic, but had a nice view onto a small decorated courtyard (as opposed to the air shafts or laundry lines I was used to seeing during my trip at other budget lodgings). The bathroom was well-sized, and the shower had a rainforest shower head. Aircon worked and was welcome.
Cons: No elevator. You would need to walk up at least one flight of stairs to get to the rooms. While the wifi was free and reliable, it was fairly slow compared to other lodgings in Spain.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is great. Middle of everything. The staff was great and very helpful, though nobody spoke english. Was a little hard, but not an issue.
Cons: Issue was that there was no cup in the bathroom, so i had to use my hands to rinse while teeth brushing. Also, the bed was not comportable, but it maybe a matter of taste. Walls are thin, You can hear noises. Was not a problem, since there was not many people. But if the place was packed with tourists, it may be a problem

Cons: nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The attendant lady was sweet and helpful. The bfast was easy and ended at 10:30 which let me sleep in. It was in the Juderia next to Santo Tomé. The price was great. It was super clean.
Cons: The doors are super noisy to close so my neighbors woke me a lot. The walls were very thin and I had to knock on the wall so they would quiet. There was no lift which makes it hard after a full day of climbing in the scorching heat and then moving luggage
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exelent! The best location, very comfortable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location - right in the heart of Toledo, but in a quiet small street. Complementary breakfast. Staff is really friendly and saved my life by providing me their personal mobile charger during my stay.
Cons: The furniture could be more comfortable and it might need some renovation.

Pros: The location is perfect just in the center of old town, full of shops around the hostal and the staff was very friendly. 100% Recommended

Everything within easy walking distance but the town is also very hilly.

Pros: the breakfast was very good for the money. location was ideal for the cathederal and town. the roads are very narrow so check with the hotel about parking as garage has a low hight limit and tha alternative parking is just out side the city with no narrow streets and only a short walk to hotel/
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Super stay in Toledo. Excellent breakfast and very clean, well situated hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location location location!
Cons: Very narrow streets made it hard to drive to. I’d find a car park and take a taxi or walk with suitcases next time

Pros: This is a gem of a hotel. Calm, clean and in an excellent location. Breakfast was copious and very good value. Moreover it was served quickly. Staff are most helpful. A small ground floor sittingroom is available to guests. WIFI is excellent. Staff provided helpful information on restaurants and sightseeign facilities. I can recommend it unreservedly.
Cons: Nothing
7,0 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel in stunning city
Cons: Very narrow streets not suitable for cars. This information should have been indicated before booking. Car park was unsuitable so I had to park elsewhere.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Full of character and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and the breakfast for 5 euros was excellent.
Cons: This is not a complaint, just a comment. If you are driving to the hotel the roads in the centre are very very very narrow, if you have a big car (we have a Mercedes E class) it is really tricky. Gold star to my husband for managing to negotiate the roads and for getting in and out of the car park.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We had an enjoyable stay here. The hallway was decorated with ceramic tile giving it a sense of the past. The location is right in the middle of the old town - busy during the day but very quiet at night. The rooftop patio is a real highlight especially at night with a view of the cathedral. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of them guided my husband in and out of the garage as it was a tight fit.
Cons: There could be more choices for breakfast instead of a set menu of a couple of things. Finding the place had its challenges because of the narrowness of the streets and the pedestrians walking in front of the car.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly stuff, good view from the roof.

Pros: Bed fine
Cons: Walking distance to attractions and parking
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was superb . Our room was far better than expected comfortable and quiet. Location could not have been better.
Cons: The lack of a restaurant within the hotel was disappointing , there was a small outdoor covered area which we presumed belonged to the hotel as there was an entrance into a small dining area but this was closed off , and could only seat outside . Having had a long day travelling we decided to eat at this outdoor area. Unfortunately the menu and quality of the food was very poor , Service was mediocre at the best , It was as if the waiter was bored and did only what he had to do. Just let the hotel down. A bar / seating lounge for the guests would have been nice. ,

Pros: Large comfortable bedrooms.

7,1 Good
Pros: Architecture, location, cleanliness.
Cons: Staff, room was on last floor and extremely hot, breakfast could br better for 4 stars hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I was 100% happy but think it fair to warn others that my husband thought it was a bit of an uphill hike into the hold town. Well, it is built on a hill so it’s uphill from anywhere and I thought it was a nice stroll but others may need to be inside the town gate
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It offers real value for money. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It has several bars and restaurants nearby. You can park for free on the roads around the hotel with a bit of research.
Cons: Be aware that it is a good 10 - 15 min walk, a fair bit uphill, for a fit person to the centre of Toledo.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean, well decorated and easy to find. It has its own parking for 15euros. We like the breakfast and the candies on the reception) It is very close to the old town and sighseeing places - neae 7-10min walk. `
Cons: 1. There were troubles with shower. 2. Around the hotel there is a small bar and a restaurant Gothica The bar is very strange and doesn't seem to be nice and comfortable The restaurant has a small choice and high prices. There's no other places to have meal in this area But still you can do it in the old town

Pros: Everything was perfect! I recommend! The staff is really nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and everything was well organized! Thank you and hasta luego! :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was just right -- not too busy but not dead in the evening. Staff accommodated some personal requests which I appreciate very much :) My room was clean and spacious and had the essentials for a solo traveller.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This central hostel was very nice, comfortable and had a beautiful rooftop to relax, make food and enjoy the views. The staff was also helpful, kind and helped you with anything. The room and bathroom I shared with 3 other people with no problem. The mattress on the beds was comfortable and despite the heat, the room also had air condition and good ventilation from the windows. I liked that the room had lockers and a wardrobe with enough space to place your suitcase with the other ones. I would repeat being here :) Easy to get in and out with a keycard, close to all the monuments, restaurants etc. People were extremely friendly! :D
Cons: I was not so bothered, but there's small space to move around, a bit noisy when climbing up the stairs to the upper bed. Even though the rooms were cleaned each day, there was still a lot of dust in the room. Since the hostel lays right next to bars and restaurants etc. there can be some noise at night, but it was not overwhelmingly for me.

Pros: Friendly Staff Lovely Terrace nice sunsets
Cons: The kitchen is to little, just 2 fireplaces for cooking , makes cooking difficult

6,7 Good
Pros: Location is central, clean and basic hotel experience, if that's you thing. Parking is near by.
Cons: No terrace or roof area for hotel, no view, staff not very friendly depending on who's on duty. Don't take the breakfast option you can find it outside the hotel for less than half the price also sitting area for breakfast is almost the same for the waiting area designated for the hotel reception. not the best experience. They charges us Euro 12 a day for parking, quite heftily for a small town.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and almost all of the staff was very polite and well trained.
Cons: The woman that ran the breakfast service was very rude and seemed to be in bad mood all three of the mornings that we ate there. Management needs to have a chat with her !!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular location and view of the old gates and overlooking Toledo from our room. Rooms are very clean and tidy. We had an extra fold out bed in our room and still had room for our large bags. If you are driving here using a gps take caution. We were taken down the extremely narrow streets and into the town square before eventually locating the hotel. -We were able to park our car and unload at the hotel. -Parking is available at a nearby public parking space. Felt very safe wandering around this area late at night.

Pros: The hotel's location was great, the bed comfortable and the room very clean. Also the staff was helpful .

Cons: If you like coffee then avoid it at breakfast!
7,3 Good
Pros: The beautiful romantic settings
5,7 Okay
Pros: The hotel is a nice base for a citytrip in Toledo. It has an original and intimate atmosphere.
Cons: The third bed (for a party of three) was very basic and saggy.
7,7 Good
Pros: Very sweet woman at the front when we arrived, spoke english, but also responded in Spanish when I spoke to her. Location was great. Double paned windows kept out the noise. View was very nice. Room was nice sized and very clean. Wifi worked great.
Cons: Breakfast was spendy and the coffee there was bad. But there were several places within walking where you can get breakfast for under 3 Euros each. For that reason, I don't understand why it was so expensive to get the breakfast at the hotel. It was 8 Euros a person and it wasn't super fancy.

Cons: The room was smaller than I expected but we managed.

Pros: Design and comfort. Proximity to the city
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated room, easy and cheap parking on the road outside, free bottle of water, not too far from the old city
Cons: The main road was rather noisy but this is not the fault of the hotel
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and cute little hotel with a patio from the room. The shower is nice. It’s located across from the old down, 3-minute walk from the escalator to the old down or the Puerta.
Cons: Wall is too thin, I could hear the neighbor. Good that there are only a few rooms there, so overall it’s still pretty quiet.

Pros: Difficult to find

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic surroundings and really nice rooms. The room had a good sized deck with a beautiful view back towards the old town. Pool was good and again had a great view.
Cons: No coffee or tea making facilities in the room however this was common across Spain for us. As we didn’t have a breakfast plan we just paid a small fee for a Nespresso type coffee in the restaurant
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great position overlooking Toledo old town. Casual, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, large comfortable room with access to lawned terrace for our dogs.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, spacious rooms, great views, nice pool.
Cons: Not sure. Hundreds of Korean guests.
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is situated just outside Toledo overlooking the town, so the view is spectacular. It is also quiet and the gardens are well maintained, so if you don't want the bustle of the town, this is a good place to stay to see the town.
Cons: I think the building is tired and needs updating and refurbishing. Everything looks dated now and very worn. The pool, although a lovely one, for instance needs serious repair, not what you expect in a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast was a buffet and offered quite a lot of choice but everything was pared down for staff ease rather than guest pleasure. Coffee in machines rather than served. Bread was not fresh. Jams & butter etc all in horrid little sealed packs, that sort of thing. Not what one expects from a 5 star hotel. It seems to me the management & owners need to polish up their act!
7,0 Good
Pros: We have stayed here before as it is about halfway between Santander and Marbella. We chose It because it is pet friendly, has good parking and is about a 20mins walk into Toledo. The gardens are very nice with views towards the city and there is a pool open in summer.
Cons: The restaurant is rather odd, difficult to locate and totally lacking any charm. I have never seen anyone in there.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Takes dogs, good parking, good size modern room including fridge. Very clean in all areas we went in.
Cons: 15 euros is not cheap for a small dog
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful quirky hotel with magnificent views, very clean, lovely bathroom, fabulous balcony
Cons: Breakfast was poor for a 5 star hotel, walls are thin and sound travels on the tiled floors, but this didn't spoil our stay
6,8 Good
Cons: Staff were rude and seemed annoyed at simple requests. Requests also ignored a few times.
4,8 Okay
Cons: Staff was quite unhelpful. Breakfast was a mediocrity, almost ludicrous for a five-star hotel, with industrialized orange juice and a poor choice of cold cuts. Facilities seem quite dates, the last renovation probably took place some twenty years ago. Pricey and definitely not worth your dollar...
8,3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good plenty of choice. dinner was top class. huge comfortable bed
Cons: a few cracked tiles on the floor
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views to the old Toledo. Farley close to the city, only 7€ on taxi. Breakfast was awesome. Room was very good.
Cons: To many areas around the property at night without illumination. We asked and they told us that those areas will only illuminate on planned events. To bad because it would be beautiful to walk at night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Some minor repairs and no Kleenex!

Cons: The hotel is seriously understaffed, it shows everywhere from but especially the housekeeping...the room and corridors were quite dirty, furniture very tired.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The room was very somptuous.
Cons: The staff were very rude, impolite, unfriendly, do not know how the hotel was rated 5 stars???w
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and very comfortable with great parking and hotel amenities. Able to make hot drinks in the room. Bathroom was lovely and spacious. Recommended.
Cons: Rooms big and a big comfortable bed.
7,5 Good
Pros: Large Rooms
Cons: Nothing
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast is fantastic, rooms are large, beds are fine
Cons: Not renovated, rooms are getting old. Bathrooms damaged clogged washbasins (both). Reception did not take care of our problem, not even a discount. Spa is very dirty, and stinks. That hotel has absolutely never been maintained properly for years. In the past, was nice. But now, better not stop here ! And parking 10 euros... for an hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very far from the center... restaurant car is very restrictive and wine list is poor and low quality. If you like 4 or 5 stars hotels, don’t come to this one ! (It’s a 3 stars Spanish level, no better). But still not maintained
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was gorgeous, everything amazing, it has transfer to the city center.
Cons: Unfortunately they lacked staff in the restaurant/bar (they were kind of slow). We made a reservation to the restaurant and when we got there it wasn’t scheduled (at least there was available tables)
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Same bar and room menu for the last 6 years
9,2 Excellent
Pros: My third time in this hotel and the reason why I always stay here when in Toledo is the size of the rooms, great breakfast, nice pool area and great gym. And when it's a 5 star hotel, everything just works really well. If you need to work, even the basic rooms are huge and they have a good work desk with comfortable office chair.
Cons: Well the only minus is the location and it's a bit far from the old town. But that's no problem and taxis are really cheap and also the hotel has a free transfer bus time to time.
7,5 Good
Pros: The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had massages in the spa and they were wonderfully relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: We had a non smoking room as requested however when we arrived it smelt of smoke and there was an ashtray with cigarette ends in it on our balcony. This was rectified immediately by staff however. It would have been good if there had been a smaller more intimate bar area - it is in the main atrium and is very impersonal. The pool area is lovely however missing some mosaic tiles.

6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. The room was very spacious and the view was excellent. We had secure parking, payable but not excessive. The area was quiet and a good place to stop over for the night. Breakfast was OK.
Cons: It just seemed a little flat, one lady on reception, no one at the bar area, you needed to go to reception and request a drink, my partner wanted to take a bottle of cava to our room for us to enjoy in the room but we were told that we hadn't reserved this. I have never experienced this before in a hotel. The bar man had to keep running up the stairs and seemed to be doing more than one job. Other guests were frustrated. So l didn't get my sparkling wine and settled for a glass of warm rather horrid vino, such a shame as Spain is famous for good wine. Another guest took his drink to his room and said lve waited long enough for it! Whilst waiting for my drink l perused the brochure for eurostar hotel's and they said your holiday experience is our priority, it didn't feel like that to us. I was glad we got a good offer as l would have been very unhappy to pay the full amount.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: did not have breakfast
Cons: Reception was busy The receptionist was excellant but was on her own to make matters worse the small bar for coffee etc was not manned a notice said please the recepsionist for help bt she was innundated dealing with arrivals and other people like me wanting to order taxi etc This can only be the responsibility of the management keeping staff costs to a minimum very stupid it just spoils what is otherwise an excellant hotel. The receptonist shoud leave immediatley and leave the manager to deal with everthing .

Cons: Small parking spaces. No were near the Satnav position.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is easy to find, has parking(€9per day) and a varied breakfast for €7. The staff was very friendly, especially Nieves at the front desk. She was amazing at telling us places to go eat and how to see the city. She gave us a map and circled everything we should see. The room was clean, confortable for what we wanted which was to sleep and take a hot shower. Toiletries were provided in the room(toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor with shaving cream, shampoo, lotion and body wash) You can drive to the city center, is about 5-7mins and we were able to find parking spots outside of one of the bridges to the city.
Cons: Nothing, it was amazing :)

Cons: the location, but it's not a hotel fault. Was mine that assumed it was closer to the city center.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nothing beats the location , opposite the Alcázar , with lots of shops and restaurants . Breakfast at the hotel is also very good , with a great variety , clearly exceeds normal European standards . I have 2 rooms , one of which is small but got an upgrade for the other room which is good size and have a view . Overall , very pleased with the experience and would definitely stay there again .

Pros: Clean good size room and has mini club with lovely staff
Cons: Restaurant is quite expensive
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Superbly fresh food in the restaurant, both late lunch and breakfast next morning. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Lovely room - we’ve been before.
Cons: Nothing the hotel could really avoid but the overnight wedding guests (it was a Saturday night) were very very noisy all night, shouting in corridors which was rude and inconsiderate of them. However, I don’t think the Hotel could have stopped this so it doesn’t put us off and we’ll come again.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The customized natural juices are amazing and the coffee is not bad.
Cons: The room is not soundproofing. We could hear everything from the other rooms and when someone opened a door of another room it looked like it was the door of our room.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Property was pretty isolated ...certain staff members were aloof and unhelpful ..... we were informed that breakfast would cost 8 euro per person, but on check-out we were charged 57 euro for just 4 breakfasts
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very disappointing, do not recommend. The hotel is dated with old furniture and does not look like the photos. When checking in the staff were not very friendly and made no effort to give any directions or explain the facilites. We did not know where anything was or what time the restuarant was open or what time check out was. There was also no information in the the room to explain the facilites.
