Pros:The car itself.Cons:The fees and taxes portion of the original contract I paid for when I picked up the vehicle. Upon return of the vehicle I had to pay the same fees and taxes again. Also, how dare that you charge 15.00 for each toll on top of the state toll charges and the 15. each toll was alot more than each toll. I will never use thrifty again and will post negative reviews each and every place i can on a daily basis.Reviewed Aug 31 2020

Cons:I am 6’3 235lbs and the seat was not particularly comfortable - had some kind of hip/lumbar support that was narrow (Nissan Sentra)). Other than that, car met all of my expectations. Thrifty was excellent.Reviewed Nov 8 2019

Cons:Was not disclosed about an upcharge for the airport . These charges only apply if you flew in to PVD in the last 7 days. Clerk says its in the fine print. Why not disclose upfront when making the reservation in plain terms? Its like bait and switch at the counter. Terrible business practice.Reviewed Jun 23 2019
