No car for me, went with a competitor for double tPros:NothingCons:I got to the airport and they had no car for me DESPITE MY RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. Ended up having to spend over double with a competitor. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow when I get home.Reviewed Aug 30 2016

Pickup and drop off challenges but still good valuPros:The price for full size rentalCons:Had to wait 40 minutes for a car to be available. Return location in rental return not well marked. Asked some one from another company where the thrifty spots were but never found a row with a sign and finally just parked in an open space. So price was worth the extra time if you have flexibly in your schedule but not if you are in a hurry.Reviewed Sep 28 2016

Pros:Overall a great experience. Easy to check in. The car I received was clean and any scratches and the window ding were already noted and marked. The rental agents were friendly and very efficient.Reviewed May 18 2017

Cons:There was no rental. In spite of my reservation, when I arrived at the Airport, there were no cars. I was forced to change last minute to Hertz and pay 100 dollars more.Reviewed Mar 13 2017

Pros:I get there from Georgia only to find out my debit card failed a "credit check" and now I don't have a car to rent. Thank God for Enterprise.Cons:If you don't want to take debit cards, don't. If the money is in the account, I don't see what the problem is. I had my own insurance, the money to pay for it, but I didn't pass a "credit check"...pathetic.Reviewed Jun 5 2019
