The location way out from the airport is very problematic...had to Uber ride for pickup and drop off, which was a big hassle. Provide a shuttle in future? Also at the airport there is an Enterprise desk which is confusing as we initially thought that maybe we could deal with them...they said no only your franchise was where you booked it and they couldn't help. Otherwise staff super friendly and car was great!Reviewed Aug 17 2022

Customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to communicate with me before my trip, which reassured me that everything was going as planned. I also had no trouble extending my rental.
