Pros: Hertz took care of all Thrifty car rentals. It was a fast and easy process.
Cons: Had to find a Thrifty car parking slot when returning the car. Should just have numbered slots, not by company.

Pros: The customer service on both ends was good.
Cons: When someone is renting a one day, one way rental, 750 miles, in the mountain states, dead of winter, please don't give them the worst car you have, just because you don't want to loose a good local rental car! My 400 dollars for 24 hours should go a little further than that. That is straight up bad business and greed!

Cons: It was uncomfortable to not have someone check the car back in at the airport, had to just park it and leave, and no one at the counter. Damage could have occurred in the parking lot after I left, and I could have been held responsible. Other than that, a satifactory experience.

Counter closed
Cons: No one at counter when we arrived. Our flight arrived late and they left. 1am and no car. Lucky Hertz was open. Guess who I will use from now on.
