Cons: Everything was fine, the breakfast was good quality and adequate. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast took a long time on our last morning when we wanted to get away on our journey home. Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Hotel utterly charming and all the staff were adorable. We will definitely book there again and stay longer. Restaurant food was delicious and the location perfect. The price was excellent value for money.

Cons: --
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I wanted to get away from the hurly burly, the hustle and the bustle of living in an urban conurbation and boy did No 38 the park do that! Shame I could only do one night I could have stayed a lifetime.
Cons: The rooms, the vibe, everything
8,0 Excellent
Pros: All of it, which was why we returned.
Cons: Ensure someone is there to meet new arrivals
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely warm welcome by the staff and beautifully furnished and interior designed hotel log fire relaxing lounge that made you want to sit in it! Absolutely gorgeous! Same for the breakfast area ! Great breakfast too!
Cons: Bedroom lacked the same level of decor and attention to detail from the rest of the hotel which was slightly disappointing as I chose this hotel and paid more because I wanted a nicer room. No chair or small bench to put your stuff on we used the bath to put our jeans and jumper on you don’t want to have to hang everything up and the wardrobe space was tiny anyway. Same in the bathroom no where to put your wash bag which is strange as the bathroom is huge so there is plenty of space. Also no shower screen so not a nice shower experience as you feel cold whilst showering and the water goes everywhere.

Cons: we didn't get communication with the check in details, but rectified quickly
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall the facilities, decor an furnishings were above and beyond our expectations.
Cons: N/A
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy and poorly insulated for sound. Opened bedroom window at night time and all the internal doors rattled as poorly fitted so had to close window again. Fell over step going out of back door in the evening for a meal as light bulb not working on wall light and so was in total darkness and I hurt my knee quite badly. It said there was a complimentary breakfast and none was on offer and nobody to ask.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great Location , in the heart of Stow, great customer service & although pet friendly very clean throughout We stayed over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed , definitely returning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Apartment in an ideal location. Apartment contains everything you need. Very friendly helpful staff. Ample free parking.
Cons: It’s an old building so floors above do creak as people move around
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and a really nice old building. Nice having to walk through the shop entrance and gardens to get to it - added to the tucked away feel despite the building being on a busy corner.
Cons: Upstairs floorboards were a bit creaky!! But that is the only criticism. Everything else was fine for us - although we were only there for one night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It’s location was excellent. The property was very spacious and well equipped. The photos on the site did it justice. Although only two double bedrooms the dining table could have sat at least 8.
Cons: The main en-suite needs a mirror over the sink. We were in Suite 3 and unfortunately Suite 2 was above us and the footfall was very loud. Could be heard all evening and woke us at 5am. We had the opportunity to look at other suites which appeared just as good as ours. Thus we would stay again but request a suite that didn’t have anybody above.

Cons: Not much
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was so very good. Breakfast was lovely
Cons: All good
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location is really good, breakfast is amazing, rooms were nice.
Cons: There isn't enough parking space for the number of guests staying, we found our car boxed in in the carpark behind the property on one evening. Our room was directly below the dining room, floors are very creaky so we were woken up each day by people walking above us. Mattresses are extremely firm - I have back problems but tbf I didn't sleep badly despite this.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great parking, great breakfast, lovely staff and a nice number of available staff, decent size bedroom and very well located
Cons: the price of the dinner was not proportionate to the quality. I had lamb, and although there was nice portion size, the chops were pretty tough. It was £22 and not worth quite that much. The breakfast was great!
7,0 Good
Cons: No hot water so unable to shower.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quick and efficient check inn, warm cosy rooms, staff very efficient. Food not cheap but the quality was outstanding. The lamb was superb.

Pros: The location is fabulous and the staff were very friendly. The food was fabulous and so were the breakfasts. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was also great that we felt that we could relax and do things in our own time.
Cons: The time of Breakfast from 8.30 -9.30 was a little short. As we came for a relaxing break and as we both get up early for work in the week we would have liked the breakfast time to have been extended to 10.00am

Cons: our six course meal, took a long tim to arrive and food wasnt worth the price
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
4,0 Okay
Pros: . Restraunt food was excellent.
Cons: The walls in the bedrooms sections were filthy. Lace curtains grey and in dire need of a wash. This was the first thing we saw which just made us not feel great about the place at all. We were also booked into a disabled room, which was very off putting and unnecessary. They did change us when we asked and put us above each other, which was so very noisy with every foot print
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff, the food, the facilities and the location were all excellent.
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, lots of lovely soft towels. Good range of food.
Cons: The fact that tips are included on receipts. Although they say discretionary I don’t feel that it is right to include them. Tipping staff is personal and should be left down to the customer as to who, and how much, they tip.

Pros: It's a great place for R&R. We couldn't have chosen a nicer B&B, just perfect.
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
9,0 Excellent
Cons: During the first several hours, there was an awful smell in the bathroom. I believe the smell was somehow escaping from the sewer system into the bathroom via the overflow in the sink/bath. The following day the smell had disappeared. Maybe the room had been unoccupied for a while?

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good - except for the watery scrambled eggs. Great location as it is central to many lovely places.
Cons: Scrambled eggs. Menu for dinner a bit restrictive if staying many nights. Not clear how often it changes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful & comfortable room. View was fab . Loved the Christmas tree in room. Would definitely stay again all staff very helpful.
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast amazing. Staff fantastic. Decor in reception, bars, and restaurants lovely.
Cons: Rooms were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel which had been recently renovated. Bathroom was clean but too small, knocked toilet rolls off when you sat on toilet, chipped tiles. Our bed was too singles put together, comfortable mattresses individually but a double bed would have been far more comfortable as you fell in the gap if you moved from your side. There was peeling paint on the ceiling and the carpet was worn, the room just felt a bit tired. Would recommend upgrading to executive double which is what I would do next time.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable room and excellent dinner.
Cons: Breakfast was chaotic. Majority of guests seemed to arrive between 9.30 and 10am . Consequently they had difficulty coping with the number of people. Had to wait for glasses, plates and bowls. There was little fruit left and was not replenished. Pastries were not replenished either. Also had to ask three times for milk to go with tea despite reminding staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All of the hotel and the staff
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food!!
Cons: Room block doesn’t look that great from the outside but was lovely inside. Was for a special birthday and we made them aware of this but they didn’t acknowledge our email or do anything to recognise the occasion
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Set in very peaceful surroundings so came away feeling very relaxed. The views are amazing. The rooms are clean & staff are welcoming especially the breakfast staff :)
Cons: The bar & waiting staff could do with learning to work together. We went for drinks at the hotel bar which took ages to be served as the bar tender was on his own & I would assume not entirely confident. Instead of being assisted by any of his colleagues he was in fact stroppley reminded by one of them of all the things that he was doing wrong. Was quite uncomfortable to witness.
