Pros: We booked in late at 11.30 so met the night staff, very helpful. Lovely hotel, bright breakfast room in shades of vintage splendor white. I have a feather allergy and I sent an email while I booked. The staff were very kind telling us of local attractions giving us a map and helping us sort out our parking. I have a blue badge which meant I got free parking for two days on the street next to the hotel.

Cons: The shower I the bathroom had a tendency to flood the floor if not careful. I pointed the head towards the wall so wasnt a problem for me however my husband didn't. So I mopped it up. A problem easily remedied.

Pros: Beautiful architectural building located on a quiet and scenic street with historical buildings and a stunning church across the canal.

Pros: Excellent location and very good breakfast.The room quite spacious.

Cons: The double bed was quite small.

Cons: Although bathroom in room 204 was clean the deco and bathroom facilities were less than we expected. Next time we would like to book room 205.

Pros: My friends and I stayed at the hotel on a girls weekend away. The staff were very courteous and helpful. it was in a great location, not too far from the old town centre and shopping areas and a very comfortable hotel. The value for money for a room to share was excellent, in our opinion.

Pros: Staff was very accomodating. Accomodations were acceptable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent as it is 5-10 minutes walking distance from several attractions and shopping. I found my new romantic retreat.

Pros: It was clean and represented france with it's traditional interior decorations.This was something we had wanted of places we visited and not just any hotel. Price was a bit steep considering distance from center was still quite a walk. quiet surroundings and clean.

Cons: This hotel is impossible to find with a car. a gps does not give accurate guidance and the hotel staff (knowing this fact) did not give adequate help. After arriving in the city I wasted over 2 hours getting my vehicle to the hotel entrance.

Cons: Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

Cons: Hotel was located on pedestrian area and closed for car access at late mid night. It was hard to find the hotel on navigation even!!! Hardly found the hotel... Night shift manager was useless snd helpless when we arrived to the hotel at late mid night 02:30 am. He told us neither there was booking on our name nor room available to offer us. It had been hard to convince him that I had paid booking on my late arrival. In fact We had put as a remark that we would check in late between 02:00 to 03:00 am. I had back to my car to get my mobile and shown him my booking confirmation. Finally got the room at 03:30 am after one hr efforts. I think; either hotel management and booking.com must improve their booking service Or hotel management must change their nihht shift manager and assign someone who is polite and helpful as such person will ruin their reputation... The stuff at reception in the morning was kind and allow us one hr late check out at 01:00 pm instead 12:00.

Pros: Staff was helpful and accommodating. It would have been a great location if coming by bus or train.

Cons: Very difficult to drive to. We had difficulties finding the property with GPS. Fortunately we were able to find parking as it was a Sunday night. Otherwise you will have to pay for valet parking. Room did not have a view, and was a looked a little dated.

Cons: The Sauna is poorly installed , and not in line with the norms used in the rest of the hotel. The Sauna was overheated (110°c) and hotelpersonnel would not correct the temperature.

Pros: The hotel was so conviently located in teh beautiful area of Petite France, amoung beautiful old buildings, flowers and the water. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants close by.

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, with windows that opened and we had a toilet in a seperate room We were literally above water flowing under our room (Strassburg is known as the Venice of France). There was a computer set up downstairs to access the internet free.

Cons: The breakfast was quite expensive for a meal when you don't actually feel like much to eat (22 Euros per person) so we ate at a cafe literally around the corner from the hotel for a fraction of the price. Wifi in the room was also expensive, so we didn't use our laptop, just the public computer downstairs.

Cons: The designers were more interested in design than in comfort or practicality. The bedlamps are charming but do not cast sufficient light for reading. The mirrors are ludicrous. One cannot see one's face or hair in a triangular mirror. As so often, the shower faces in the wrong direction, spraying out into the room.

Pros: Small but interestingly decorated bedroom. Fun lobby. Lovely front desk and restaurant staff.

Cons: Shower flooded the bathroom floor and, if I had not thrown all the towels down, it would have flooded the bedroom as well. They were surely aware of this as the shower head was positioned facing the wall. Once it was turned to focus the water downward, the flooding began. Room 308.

Pros: Beautiful modern decor throughout the hotel lobby, bar and room. It was comfortable and really well located (n.b. it is in pedestrianised part so you can't drive up to it). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Perfect location, a few steps away from the cathedral, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, modern, large and comfortable rooms. New bathroom and overall clean room. I would stay there again.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No cooked food and not very much choice available. Considering the price of the breakfast, on a next visit, I would definitely consider, taking my breakfast elsewhere.

Pros: Two things only. The location was very good and the staff were good but some of them not professional.

Cons: The maintenance of the premises was very poor. We where three guests in two rooms at level two. When we arrived on the first night in late afternoon, we checked in and our rooms where upgraded by the hotel and where given two rooms at level two. Rooms where very small and no drawers at all in the room. The safe in both two rooms where out of order and did not work. No one even bothered to correct this problem. We where told that this problem was historic. The web site clearly states that the rooms have safety deposit boxes. No fridges in the rooms. Breakfast was very poor. On the the third day the coffee machine packed up and could not have coffee in the morning. The next two days was the same, no coffee. On the the fourth day, the machine that boils the eggs packed up. No one can have any boiled eggs. The fifth day was the same. No eggs on the table as there was no working machine to boil them. The breakfast was the poorest I have seen in my travels around the world. It was feeble and unbelievably poor. My self and my wife paid nearly 1000Euros for 5 nights inclusive of breakfast. I will never go back to this hotel again if I visit Strasbourg once more. This hotel and services should be rated a three Star at best. Never a four star. Although the staff where few numbered, they tried to do their best and were very polite and helpful. I do not have the habit to comment on the the hotels I stay in as they come up to my expectations. But in this case I had to write my above experience through out our stay. I may add that the the other guest in the other room who accompanied us from thousands of miles away shares our findings above.

Cons: No air conditioning! We were on the top floor in 90 degree weather and it was like an oven. Hardly slept at all it was intolerable. Also insufficient parking.

Pros: This place was in an ideal location, right near the cathedral. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: It's too bad that there's not more parking on-site, but also not really surprising considering it's smack-dab in the middle of the old town. I parked at a garage near the train station and walked in, and that was fine.

Pros: Super Hotel, absolutely well located, really comfortable (double windows to cancel any noise from street among other things). Personal was friendly, helpful and kind. Definitely I'll come back.

Cons: They had some event going on at the hotel So we couldn’t use the valet parking at the facility. So we had to drive very far to park in a common parking and then walk all the way back to the hotel and same process every time we needed to use our car The problem was that they didn’t even bother to notify us prior arrival nor they offered to take our car or help with the issue

Pros: Great location in the old town. Easy to walk to all the sites of interest and restaurants. They have a good restaurant at the hotel, and the rooms are spacious with updated appointments.

Cons: Our refrigerator didn’t work. We asked twice to have it repaired or replaced. But it didn’t happen.

Pros: Staff were fantastic. Very helpful. I had a fall and they provided ice to put on my leg.

Cons: It seemed strange not to have the room cleaned or the bins emptied. We ran out of tissues and needed extra towels but the staff were happy to supply us with these things. Bathroom was quite dark.

Pros: Staff is very friendly, as last time. Location is the very best for Strasbourg: right behing Place Kleber with access to shops, cafés and the tram stop two steps away.

Pros: As soon as we walked into our apartment we relaxed and felt right at home. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the apartments were located centrally in Strasbourg with good access to trams and eateries.
