Pros: This is a full 10-grade hotel. If you like hotels with a charm - that`s the one in Strasbourg. The restored old inn building is just beautiful with a number of old beams kept around. The staff is remercably kind and helpful. With a booking.com rate the price - quality ratio is just amazing! The location is also great - in the vicinity of all the touristic/shopping attractions in the city!

Pros: The hotel is in such a picturesque place, and traditional. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Pros: We booked early and found a very good price for our room. The fairytale-like hotel is a recently restored 16th century Alsacian construction, complete with exposed wooden beams, contrasting very nicely with all of the modern amenities (very clean new bathrooms!) The staff was very welcoming, and most spoke French, English, and German. They recommended and reserved a great restaurant, and also reserved us a taxi with no problems. Wifi is pay-only, but there is a free to use computer, with printer, near the lobby.

Pros: The location was excellent (2 minutes walking and you are in the centre of town) as was the friendliness and quality of the staff. The hotel is an excellent blend of modern interior design in a historical building. The rooms were roomy and comfortable (in particular the beds). Quiet location.

Pros: They had renovated a very old building very carefully while including excellent modern facilities. It was hidden away within walking distance of the old town, it was quiet, a real treat, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Pros: The location is great being so close to the old town. However, I booked 10 twins but when we turned up (only around 5 p.m,, not late at night) we were simply told "Sorry, we only have 6 twins. The rest you have to take double rooms!!" I think there should be some guarantee about getting what we book through booking.com.

Pros: Central location. Very tastefully decorated hotel and the superior room was very comfortable. Gorgeous bed. The room's air conditioning in Strasbourg's hot and humid days was essential for those of us used to cooler climes. Breakfast was very nice and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: I booked Le Bristol 5 minutes before I visited there, because of the train strike. It was to be my one day trip and I had never thought I would stay in Strasbourg at the day. Le Bristol is just one minute from the station, bus, and tram. So I decided. Finally, the staff at the reception was kind and polite, and supported me a lot, with speaking in English. It made me feel ease. Thanks.

Pros: I particularly liked the breakfast. Fresh strawberries every day! Also the insulation seems to be very good as I did not hear much sound from other rooms nor from outside when the windows were closed.
