Pros: Weekday breakfast and staff Most of the staff were really friendly.
Cons: Sunday Lunch - Hopelessly organised and executed. We left without even eating we waited so long just for a menu to be brought to us even after having a booking. It seems the booking system is chaotic and badly managed. We were very disappointed. Sunday Breakfast - A buffet style hot food breakfast which was not as good a quality as that offered during the week. There was lack of signage for the Sunday breakfast area (we thought the self service was for a private function) Hot Water - The first room we signed into had no hot water at all. Our room was changed but then bizarrely the shower was hot, the bath water just about hot enough but on the cool side but the handbasin hot water was very cool. The shower door would not shut properly and water leaked from somewhere near the towel rail. The cracks on the laminate floor indicate this is perhaps a long standing problem.
Pros: Fabulous staff and lots of nice touches ..food was exceptional
Pros: Rooms are spotless comfy clean quiet warm spacious great breakfast lovely staff beautiful surroundings amazing bathroom cosy all facilities in the room are just enough
Cons: Restaurant prices are way too expensive to even think about eating in the hotel, but this is just our budget. I'm sure the food is priced that way for a good reason. Local pubs near by were much more affordable and did the job.
Pros: Everything. Lovely room. Excellent food. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel surroundings very pretty. Plenty of spots to relax with a drink.
Cons: Nothing. No problems do nothing to write about.
Pros: Where it is situated close to Kidderminster theatre. Lovely grounds Staff very friendly and went out of there way to help,
Pros: Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and a good size. All the amenities inside them were great, staff were friendly and couldn't of done more .
Pros: Lovely hotel and room, relaxing and comfortable!

Pros: Room 11 very nice. Great value. Lady called Deborah at breakfast a credit to hotel
Pros: Location,free parking.
Cons: Key card lost its code every time I left the room which became very annoying, and the staff weren't very welcoming, also very run down.
Pros: The location and the staff were lovely and friendly.
Cons: Very tired looking room which had an awful stench the minute we opened the door and lingered throughout our stay. The wallpaper was peeling , curtains looked grubby & the bathroom was unclean looking. The flush on the toilet was a nightmare, no water pressure whatsoever. Did not get any better at breakfast , cooked buffet but all cold, not sure if the sausages were even cooked, did not want to chance it. No choice of fruit either apart from a few slices of watermelon or pineapple. Even the hot water for the tea was lukewarm. A total disappointment. And to be honest I will steer clear of this actual hotel chain in future no mater how cheap the price is.
Pros: The location was great
Cons: Our bed looked like it had been made months ago and not changed for our stay. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling nearly touching the bed and then a ladybird flew out from under the quilt when we pulled the quilt back.
Pros: Location taxi company very quick and only£5 into Bewdley
Cons: Very dated in need of modernising my room very tired door looked like it had been forced open at some time in the past 2 cans of Guinness £11 scandalous
Pros: Although very run down the bedding was clean and the staff at reception were very helpful with local knowledge, booking a taxi and always with a smile
Cons: The hotel was very dated and run down Very little choice of drink at the bar and charging £5.50 for a can. First day nobody came into the room to swap towels etc
Pros: Was quiet and nice new clean reception area. Lovely location
Cons: Could do with new lick of paint, we upgraded our room and it was actually quite run down. Door handles broken, pillows uncomfortable, curtains broken damp down the walls room was actually quite run down which was a shame as i like this chain.

Pros: EARLY MORNING CALL ON DAY OF WEDDING
Cons: DIDNT REQUEST CALL NEXT DAY BUT IT HAPPENED! Iron in room dirty & left stain on wedding outfit! Stressful. The heating/airconditioning unit although we switched it off may a continuous loud noise all night so little sleep if any not good when you are attending a wedding the next day. Vegan breakfast was not catered for although advised 3 times on booking check in etc. & had to request vegan alternative which was inedible (cold).

Pros: comfortable and clean
Cons: No lifts; a stannah to the first 2 floors, but 4 flights can be a long way to carry cases
Pros: I know this hotel over many visits but this one was not good.
The aircon/heating is very poor. This has been a problem for seveal years.
The breakfast this time was not good and we now believe was microwaved from the previous day.
There is no elevator in the hotel and as a result we will move to an alternative for the future.
Hotel used to be good but has stood still over time and is simply a conference/wedding center now it seems.

Pros: Beautiful location Attentive staff Lots of thoughtful complementary items in the room
Cons: More thought could be given to the plastic packaging with some of the items in the room. In light of recent concerns over plastic waste, individually wrapped sugar cubes seems inappropriate
Pros: Unfortunately my wife had a fall at the hotel and fractured her collar bone. No fault of the hotel, just lost her footing whilst descending the stairs. The staff were on hand immediately and assisted us in every way. We can only thank them most sincerely for the very professional and caring way that they responded. Throughout our stay the staff were always ready to help without being intrusive. A lovely hotel, excellent food and a stunning location. We will certainly be staying there again
Pros: The 3 course meal was excellent, bar and lounge very comfy
