Cons: Nothing. Loved everything about the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: I had the breakfast only. Wasn't happy with it. Only bad thing I encountered
7,5 Good
Pros: Braekfast, dinner were al very tastefool and Nice. IT was very quiet during the day on the whole resort. The cleaning was perfect.
Cons: I didn’t like the noise of the music after 22.00 hours when there were special musicevents. I Would liked to have the music played a bit softer, so it’s Nice to zit on your balcony
6,7 Good
Pros: Property and room were ok and very clean. Pool was cleaned daily.
Cons: Somehow one could not prevent smelling greediness all over the place. It started at check in when the lady in the reception required to pay tourist taxes in cash, did not give any receipt and charged 6 times greater amount than should have! We had just discussed the tax in our previous accommodation in Crete, so we knew how it was calculated and there it was possible to pay with card and it was documented also. Just didn’t feel like starting a fight immediately upon arrival. The quality of food and beverages was terrible. We ate the lunch buffet once and none of us liked it. The breakfast had plenty variety but quality of food and juices was poor. It was very first time for me to see that somebody served raw bacon on breakfast buffet... I’m glad we weren’t staying all inclusive. Even coca cola was some cheap copy! Unfortunately there aren’t that many restaurants near by but at least the few there was were serving better food than Creta Palm resort. I also found it very strange that they had a spa menu presenting all kinds of treatments but prices only available on request with whole lot of pressure to visit the tent spa... Beds very hard.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was very impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, great breakfast buffet as was the dinner. Lots of choice and excellent food. I couldn't fault any aspect of our stay.
Cons: The fact that we only spent seven days there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Would stay there again. Just like the pictures. Beach is right across the street and its great to have the pool for red flag days at the beach. Don't know what we would have done without the pool and the kids on those days. The breakfast is out of this world!! Just as good as 5 star hotels in Athens. They also have a fresh crepe stand and offer freshly made loukoumades. View from breakfast area is also great! Bar opened until very late if you want to grab something on your way back from being out all day. Food in general is good; had the lunch buffet one day and offered a lot of choices. Staff is also very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Good laundry service and taxi always available. Many choices for kids; including mini arcade. We also stayed on a higher floor and had a great view.
Cons: Liked everything!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was amazing! The rooms were very large, the staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful. I had a great conversation with the night desk manager. He was very professional and courtious. I will absolutly be staying here again and would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Cons: Wonderful swimming pool
7,5 Good
Pros: The view was wonderful. There was a clean pool. And the owner was really friendly with us. Really nice hotel
Cons: The hotel could be a 3 start hotel if there were some requirements, like breakfast, mini soaps and other little things. Also there was a missing shade of the window's bathrooom so we had to put a bag to conver the opening.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great having a walkable to beach and so many shops and restaurant's nearby. The apartments were more spacious than I imagined and the swimming pool excellent in the hotter days. The old man doesn't speak English but is very welcoming. The cleaner is very friendly. The bus service is every 20 minutes to Chania. Excellent value.
Cons: Bus sometimes overcrowded.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great position. Nice big apartment. No charge for safe or air con.
Cons: Only minor niggles. Could have done with a kettle in the room. The pool would be better with a surrounding wall/fence.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very hospitable and helpful landlord/receptionist, amazing swimming pool, great location! Very clean too. We would definitely come once more there.
Cons: The stay here was comfortable, the only thing I would suggest is to provide shower curtains in the bathroom for more comfort.
7,5 Good
Pros: Aircon in each room. Clean. Comfy
Cons: Had to be quite all the time
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the apartment room we rented was very spacious with one master bedroom, one living room area, a basic bathroom and spacious balcony. It had a brand new fridge/freezer as well as loads of kitchen utensils which helped us cook whenever we fancied. The room was cleaned every day it was spotless clean and bedsheets and towels were changed every single day. The pool was spot on, great size for the whole family to enjoy and always clean and hygienic for us and our little one. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach, which was crystal clear, shallow and warm enough to swim in, and with lots of restaurants, take aways, mini markets and playcenters for little ones to play nearby. Mr. Vagelis was always happy to help and there to answer to our needs. It is thanks to this hotel that we had the BEST Holiday so far as a new family. Thank you Galaxy Hotel and many thanks to Mr Vagelis and his daughter! Next year we'll stay there for longer!
Cons: honestly, i and my wife and little one liked absolutely everything!

Pros: nothing !
Cons: It was horrible

7,7 Good
Pros: Beautiful pool & outdoor space , extensive breakfast, very nice view of the water. Very clean. Nice staff.

Cons: I don’t know about the rest of the rooms but ours had a very intense and annoying smell of mould and moisture that did not go away all 3 days that we stayed. A complete cleaning of the bathroom would be appreciated as it was cleaned only partially everyday.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: These studios and apartments are located just off the main road and literally across the road from the beach. We stayed in a basic studio, which was very clean, spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. The beds were typically Greek and very hard! Kitchen facilities included a mini oven, kettle and microwave. The balcony was a decent size too. The little bistro at the front served good food at a very reasonable price. There were lots of tavernas and several supermarkets within a few minutes’ walk. The owner and staff were lovely and very helpful, arranging a late check out and a taxi transfer for us.
Cons: The pool was lovely, but could do with a few more sun beds in high season. No bar or toilets by the pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was so perfect the owners and staff couldn’t do enough for us x
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location 2 minutes or less from the beach and 1 kilometer from more than you can eat at , my favorite was friendly restaurant great pita Gyro for less than 3 euros

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach and bus stop!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to this nice small complex as it was an overnight stay having just arrived late at night at Chania airport. Lovely apartment with nice onsite taverna selling Charma (local) beer with friendly staff. Spacious room - just the start we needed for our Cretan adventure.
Cons: Our 10 minute warning of eviction from the cleaning lady the next day! LOL - good job we were going anyway.

Cons: The cupboard were they kept the pans and the cutlery really stinked of mould!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the property Rula is a fabulous lady. Even though the rental was self catering she still brought me and my husband little snacks of traditional Greek food. The air-conditioning and safety deposit box were included in the price and there was a hairdryer in the room. We found the room very clean (done daily) with change of towels and bed linen. It's a family run business and they are all fabulous. True Greek hospitality at its best.
Cons: There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a place where the Madame with very big heart ♥️ welcomed me within arrival to hotel. Also I had the possibility to meet her husband and later also their adult daughter when she spent her holiday at Crete. Very nice, friendly and good people. Also lady as personnel very friendly and warm person. Due to all this the atmosphere in the hotel is very nice. It is very clean everything and it can be noticed that they take care of everybody and also about the house itself. Cozy pool with nice environment. Safe and quiet place with good location. I 'll received some surprises as cookies and some tasty sandwiches from the Madame. Very pleasant indeed. Also during departure day I' ll received so excellent, nice and to be honest unexpected good service. Very excellent, perfect place to stay. Very happy for staying there one week. Very happy and definitely , when visiting Crete next time I do not have to think twice where I wish to stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: The pool is very small and of little use. The wifi quality was not good in my room (although I think it was a temporary problem).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We didn´t have breakfast in our reservation. The location of the hotel was not far from the beach and was well shielded from cars and noise. The owner took great care of us and almost every day she came to the door and gave us something homemade. Felt very welcomed. Lots of charm over this place.
Cons: The language skills were not the best due to poor english on the owner and staff but somehow it all turned out ok.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This was close to where a wedding we were attending was being held. Good value for money for Chania. Everything you need for a short stay. Swimming pool was great for an early morning dip. Coast and beach facilities very close. The very friendly owner gave us cake when she need not have done - typical Cretan generosity!
Cons: Car parking was not easy but we managed ok.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is near chania and platania
Cons: There is no parking, the sheets have holes. There were no shutters so in the morning the room was too worm and too shinny

Cons: Nothing was perfect, but nothing was really bad either.

Pros: Spacious clean room well serviced. Great views. Excellent garden and pool area. Maria is lovely and is a ray of sunshine. I felt very comfortable and at home. I didn't hire a car and once I had walked to the main road (down the hill) buses ran every 15 or 20 minutes right into the night all along the coast road. If you are less able, taxis are also readily available to the door. There are also lovely walks away from the main road, but again quite hilly.
Cons: I was a little disappointed that the bar/dining room was not open during the evening. As a single traveller this offers a chance to meet the other guests. This did not spoil my stay.

Pros: Place is very nice. Has nice view and swimming pool. Close to restaurants and to the see - 10 min max. The owner Maria is very nice, She organized Samaria trip which was excellent! Strongly recommend.

Pros: The hotel was amazing! The rooms were very large, the staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful. I had a great conversation with the night desk manager. He was very professional and courtious. I will absolutly be staying here again and would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Pros: Great location 2 minutes or less from the beach and 1 kilometer from more than you can eat at , my favorite was friendly restaurant great pita Gyro for less than 3 euros
Cons: We were on the ground floor and people walking by could look in . So we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time
