I was delivered car as per my selection only. car was well maintained and almost new. only problem was it was not completely clean from inside. car seats and mats were full of pet's hair. except that everything was very well.Reviewed Oct 4 2022

We had to wait 20 minutes for collection but we were a little early and they didn’t open until 7am. Overall collection was straight forward, nice new cars with very little damage. Handing the car back was a simple and straight forward process. Will use again in future.Reviewed Sep 13 2022

Pick-up is in a hotel. Shuttle bus takes you two floors down. Then you have to take an elevator up (with all luggage). Long wait (45 minutes). Elevator down to collect the car. Everything together roughly 90 minutes.Reviewed Sep 11 2022

Azeem the agent and the manager , Nav, were very nice and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and this was the fastest pickup, cleanest car and I loved that it was paperless.
