Check in was unbelievably easy and the woman who checked me in was very clear and professional. Same with drop off. The guy was fantastic and even helped to get our bags onto the shuttle bus. The bus driver was great. I have used Alamo in the USA previously and had a great experience. I did not know that they were associated with Enterprise. I could not fault any part of the experience and I applaud the fabulous staff. A definite 12 out of 10!

Car was picked up with damaged and was noted in the contract but still being charged for the damage of over $2K. Called and was routed to multiple departments with many phone calls. It hasn’t been resolved yet. We have videos and photos as proofs that the damages were there before we checked out the car. Very bad customer services

Everything went fast and easy. I was lucky and got a car upgrade. The airport bus that took us to the rental village at arrival lasted half an hour, that was a bit annoying, but it had nothing to do with enterprise.

I arrived, and they had the wrong car. They had an SUV-type 7-seater, but I booked a people carrier van. They didn't have any available, so I had to wait 90 minutes with 3 children for the car to be ready. They claimed the issue with the booking was with Kayak/Expedia, and they made me pay the difference in upgrading the car. I showed them the booking confirmation and the picture of the van/people carrier with 9 seats, but they still made me pay. I was so tired and knew I needed the van that I had to pay to get out of the place. The manager was helpful, and the people were lovely. But I find all car rental places to be borderline crooks. This just confirmed it again for me. There are ridiculous add-ons for mileage, car seats for kids (a legal requirement), insurance, and excess. The list goes on.

The pick up location was not welcoming... I was left waiting in the cold for quite a while. When the staff eventually turned up, I was bombarded with a bunch of hidden costs... one for a deposit of more than a Thousand pounds!! I eventually cut my losses (I had paid about 35 pounds through Kayak Ref EXP(B)-4477889-44569) and decided to take an expensive Taxi instead)

No directions to car rental pick up point at Stansted Airport. It is not in the car rental village, you have to get a bus from the main bus stands to a hotel right on the outskirts at the airport complex. The information for the car drop off point at Heathrow is wrong. It is not at The Sheraton Skyline. After an hour of searching (no-one was answering the Easirent phone) I found it. It is currently in a plot of land behind the Moxey hotel. There is no shuttle bus from there to the airport. The Moxey Hotel bus only runs once an hour. I had to get a taxi to terminal 2. The operator at Stansted was extremely efficient and friendly. He deserves to work for a better company. The vehicle was in great condition and good value for money.

Never rent from them. If you do, video tape the car before you drive off. They rented me a car with pre-existing minor paint damage and accused me of creating it. They are dishonest. I've never had to deal with this before and have rented hundreds of cars. This is the only company I've encountered who does this.

The customer service experience at the desk could have been better. The agent made us anxious about potential charges for any scratches on the car body or alloys before we even received the keys, which was unsettling. During my last rental with Drivalia UK, they never mentioned anything like this, and I didn’t feel pressured about the car’s return condition. It was a much more pleasant experience compared to this one.

Did not realise that booking through Kayak meant no insurance whatsoever. This doubled the cost! No contact from Hertz prior to pick up. Sketchy information about what was covered. Nil paperwork bar a receipt.

We received a confirmation the day prior to our rental at Stanstead that our rental was okay has booked several months ago. When we arrived at Stanstead we found out that the Budget office there had been closed for more than two months. We had to rent a larger car from another agency. Extremely poor service.
