9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view and the location!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the pedestrian part of Sirmione so driving through crowds of people was interesting! There was ample parking at the hotel so we left the car there and used the ferry and bus to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of pastries and we were given a cake as a gift when we left. The room was on the side of the building so we could see some of the lake. The location was excellent for accessing the ferry and bus. There were lots of restaurants withing strolling distance.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room rate included breakfast which was excellent with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel is perfect overlooking the lake and close to the castle and thermal spa. It was a clear day in November and our third floor room overlooking the jetty gave us a beautiful view of the lake. It was worth paying a little bit extra for a room with a view even at that time of the year.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and views over Lake Garda.
Cons: Restaurant in the evening was lacking atmosphere although the food was good and the pianist very good. We were one of only 2 couples in a very large restaurant so it was a little bare of people. Also the suite was very cold and the heating did not work as the system was old and had to be changed from Summer (cool) to Winter (warm) setting. We were provided with an inadequate heater until the heating came on some 24 hours after we arrived. To be fair the manager of the hotel reduced the bill without being asked.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely small family run hotel. While the hotel doesn’t have a pool, it is directly across the road from an area of the lake where you can sunbathe, rent boats, kayaks etc. There are a number of good restaurants in the area and a great gelateria. The bus stop for the shuttle bus to the old town is conveniently located across the road. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely with great coffee. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Great value and free car parking. Would recommend this property as a place to stay in Sirmione.
Cons: Can’t really fault it
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful, rooms of ample size for 2 people and air conditioning very good.
Cons: No do not disturb or do not clean signs so when we had food poisoning you have people wanting to enter the room. Have to give your car keys to park, and the cars get moved to manage parking spaces, with rental cars this is risky if any damage was to occur. Shower very slow draining meaning you had to have quick showers
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful Hotel driven by a really nice family. Very helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast were excellent!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel spotlessly clean.
Cons: Nothing

10,0 Excellent
Pros: A small little very beautiful hotel just 5 min from the lake, the owner and staff were very nice and kind, the whole place was harmonical, very nice room and proper breakfast included... also parking on the site... we enjoyed it a lot!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place is clean and the start are lovely. We came in late and everything was great. The breakfast has a few options and is great to start your day Great location, just over an hour drive from Bergamo airport and really conveniently located for visiting Sarmiona.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the quietness, the beds, the breakfast, the clean rooms , great sleeps
Cons: This is a fab place to stay, spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, even to the point the owner gave us a lift to the railway station on the morning we left as no taxi available. However while there are places to eat and walk getting into the nearest town where the ferriers were was difficult, bus service only every hour , cost varied each journey and bus was often packed. The bus service to this area also finished at 7.30pm . A taxi into town cost 12 euros and it was difficult to get a taxi. So we spent a lot of time travelling. However if you have a car or are happy to travel this is a lovely family run hotel which is excellent value for money with breakfast served to you instead of a buffet but they offer lots of food. I would stay again
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, Room facilities, balcony (with washing line and pegs ! ) Fabulous breakfast, Quiet location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very kind. The room was very clear. The breakfast was big and delicious,
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious home-made breakfast. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Free parking. We were staying there for less then a day and the owner gave us a map and recommended a good restaurant close to the hotel. Great value for the money!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful, with one sentence, better than at home.
Cons: Noething
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They make you feel like home, daily breakfast is delicious. The owner, his daughter and the rest of the staff are amazing, always smiling. We are definitely coming back. Loved it!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Simple acceptable accommodation at a very reasonable price. Free breakfast is also available, which is a nice plus. The staff were helpful. The rooms are basic but do everything required.
Cons: The only problem is that this is outside of Sirmione - as nearly all reasonably priced accommodation in the area is. Sirmione is on a peninsula and all the hotels actually there are expensive. To go to Sirmione from the hotel will require a car, a bicycle or using the bus (all are simple enough to use).

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpfully people at the reception, wonderful breakfast (in a beautiful garden or inside of restaurant), very clean rooms, calm area, hotel is in front of lake. Looks 4+ stars hotel. We will come back definitely! Thank You! :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was beautiful with a great view! Room was big, clean and everything felt new:) The breakfast was amazing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is newly renovated,, nice design and very clean, just a few meters from lake Garda. The room we had was spacious with large balcony and the lake view. Free bicycles offered by hotel facilitates a very nice ride to the Sirmione old town. All in all good!
Cons: The hotel restaurant was closed for dinner but there are many good restaurants within walking distance.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location at the top of the pennisula and the hotel came with free bikes to make the ride into sirmeone really easy. The pool was also heated- which as a bonus in october, when many hotels were covered or freezing. All the staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. A good breakfast- great coffee from the machine :-) . All in all a fantastic break.
7,1 Good
Pros: The lake-view terrace during breakfast is a plus. Comfortable and fancy structure, ideal for couples. You also get to use the bikes provided from the Hotel to go for a ride along the lake and the city of Sirmione.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly reception and staff. Spotlessly clean rooms, the junior suites in the newer part of the hotel are spacious, light with lovely balconies over the garden. Bathroom robes, slippers are provided and towels for the swimming pool available on request. Excellent breakfast, and lovely eating area overlooking the lake. Garden, heated pool, and private jetty from where you can swim in the lake. Free bike hire makes it very easy to go into the old city of Sirmione, whilst this lakeside location is tranquil and calm.
Cons: We would have loved tea & coffee making facility in the room for early morning/late night hot drink. The junior suites are not in the part of the building that fronts directly onto the lake. They do have very pretty view of garden & pool, and you can just see the lake. The rooms looking directly over the lake are a little smaller, darker and not all have balconies.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: New well equipped rooms are advertised but the reality is a small smelly and dated room with a bathroom that not only smells after mould but also looks like straight from the 80s. Would nott recommend anyone coming here unless you’re guaranteed a room in the new building.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and excellent breakfast.
Cons: Very small shower cabin. A bad sound isolation between the rooms.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and fantastic staff
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Every thing about the Hotel and the area were great and we had a magic holiday. Many thanks to all the staff who were a credit to the hotel.
Cons: We thought that all in all there was nothing we did not like.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Junior suite room was quite fancy and modern, way much better than superior double. Location is excellent. SPA, warm and cold pools, saunas, view, breakfast, parking. Old part of city is a few mins away. If you arrive by car you can keep your car either outside the old city on paid city parking or you will need to drive to free hotel parking through the old city, zone trafica limite - don’t forget to provide your car plate number to the hotel in advance before arriving. The location is excellent. We are going to stay in this hotel again.
Cons: You will need to drive through very narrow streets with crowds. But if you are experienced driver it shouldn’t be an issue.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The situation is excellent with wonderful lake views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The thermal pool and spa was amazing. Great breakfast too.
Cons: The rooms are a bit spartan and the beds and pillows are hard but didn’t stop us sleeping!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with a view of the lake. The staff were so helpful and pleasant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and service. I’d definitely come back
Cons: Location a bit difficult to reach by car but this happen when you choose the hot spot!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located near the garda lake, which enables you to enjoy the most beautiful view during your breakfast. Moreover, from the swimming pool you could easily access the lake itself for a refreshing swim.
Cons: To access the hotel ( if you come by car) you have to drive through the town itself. You arre surrounded by tourists and you have to drive very slow. So it is not easy to go in and out sirmione.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The spa and pool facilities are wonderful, as good as any top class spa I’ve seen in Austria or other countries. The spa treatments (massage) are very good.
Cons: The food is acceptable but not 4*. Limited selection of meats and cheeses but there is something for everyone.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little place right next to the Lake and close to restaurants and the market. Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.
Cons: Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room would have been nice but they serve coffee at the bar downstairs all day so not a problem. No lift access which wasn't a problem for us but worth considering if you have accessibility issues.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing! Hotel is situated near Garda lake, 20 minutes walking to the historic center of Sirmione. Near is also a bus stop. Hotel is very clean, air condition is working properly. Parking is for free. Breakfast prepared there is very tasty, with a lot of food to try - you can choose whatever you want - sth sweet, cereals, caprese, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit and vegetables etc. Coffee prepared for each guest from coffee mashine. The most amazing are the owners - they are incredible! They are very helpful, smiling all the time. I felt there very comfortable and safe - they very my family for one week of my holidays :)

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: It would have been good if the hotel had a small bar for a nightcap.

Pros: All staff members were extremely friendly! Mercedes especially - we were a little late to breakfast and there were no more scrambled eggs, so she went to the kitchen and had some made for me. She was always very smiley which was lovely! We paid a little extra for a lake view and we were not disappointed! Lovely large balcony with brilliant views of the lake.
Cons: The one thing I want to suggest is covering the fruit and jams at breakfast as there were flies around them. But this did not affect our holiday and stay!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. Great location in the middle of the sirmione peninsula. View from the large balcony (although I imagine it's even better on the second floor). Walking distance from several good restaurants
Cons: We had an issue with the TV and the person could not help that night. But it was fixed the following day.

Pros: The hotel isn't close to attractions but it is out of the city center in a quiet part of the road to the Sirmione old city. The hotel have bicycles for guest use so they can get to the attractions or the city, it is a 15 minute ride. The hotel itself is a little out dated but very well maintained and very clean. 7,9 Good
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: The Internet was horrible
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Service was great, staff very kind. The location is superb, right in the centre of Sirmione. For the price we paid, the room was fine (small, but we expected it). We enjoyed very much the boat tour of the peninsula with the aperitive that was organised by the hotel at no extra cost.
Cons: The room was quite noisy early in the morning (the window was on the main plaza) and the hotel would need to be renovated (rooms, breakfast/dining area and garden) - it is quite old and it shows. The bathroom had no window, so it would have needed a vent, which was not there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff! Best location. Great patio and breakfast. Wonderful extra free attraction.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel: Concierge was brilliant!
10,0 Excellent

Pros: The room was spacious and clean
Cons: The location
7,9 Good
Pros: The place was very close to Lugana, the staff was polite and friendly, the reality is way better than the pictures (we were pleasantly surprised, because it looked so cute and more modern than old-stylish).
Cons: The "double" bed was just two beds pushed together and that was very uncomfortable, not to mention that it felt like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast had no variety, it got boring quite fast. The bed sheets are not changed throughout the stay, however, the towels are changed every day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was nice, the room was clean and the air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. I truly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for accommodation in the area.
Cons: There is nothing. Truly.

Pros: Great location
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful, rooms of ample size for 2 people and air conditioning very good.
Cons: No do not disturb or do not clean signs so when we had food poisoning you have people wanting to enter the room. Have to give your car keys to park, and the cars get moved to manage parking spaces, with rental cars this is risky if any damage was to occur. Shower very slow draining meaning you had to have quick showers

Pros: This is a lovely hotel, where I last stayed in 1955 when I was 10 years old! It has changed a bit (!) but I am so happy that I came back and my wife and I had a super stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: the balcony and view
Cons: no coffee maker and tea kittle
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant but the choice & quality at breakfast each morning was very good
Cons: The only slight criticism we would have was all the tourist information leaflets were in German but it really wasn't an issue
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location. Beautiful peaceful olive groves, but not far to walk to restaurants, and interesting sites such as the castle and ruins.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A very atmospheric and cosy boutique hotel in an idyllic tranquil setting! The Olivi hotel can certainly boast good lavish breakfasts which are much better quality than those in 5-star hotels like Abano Ritz hotel Terme where breakfasts left much to be desired. We were also impressed with the bright and stylish interior design of the small lobby area, and our meticulously clean deluxe room was very nicely furnished. Reception managers are polite, helpful and speak good English - and particularly our great thanks to manager Nicky - he is highly professional, very client-oriented and really versatile! We will certainly come back again!
Cons: A couple of hangers/hooks for clothes are certainly missing in the bathroom.

Cons: Desert for 24€
5,4 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Over priced and dated. Gym was a joke and not suitable for anyone serious about fitness
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Public areas spacious and clean and excellent bar, breakfast and thermal waters and spa. Great place to completely unwind and forget all your troubles. Staff were fantastic and will definitely be returning.
Cons: Personal preference only but I prefer a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath. Feel that baths are somewhat outdated now and unfortunately the shower head seemed to have a life of it's own and accidentally ended up with water everywhere. Lighting was fantastic in the bathroom but not quite so in the room. Felt a bit dark at times but in terms of overall experience just minor issues.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Terme hotel is amazing for holidays. Kids were swimming in outside warm pool and we had spa time. Old city is near by. Retsurants in old city are cheaper and good. Private and free parking is very good.
Cons: nothing, maybe we want it to be a cheaper a bit.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. The exterior spa pool was a nice surprise
Cons: The spa facilities were full of children making it look more like a playground rather than a place to relax

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Italian Breakfast style with Prosecco for included breakfast buffet in the room rate. Room was clean and comfy that allow me a good rest after a Long day trip. A Substitute arranged from the included access to hotel spa but was under maintenance.
Cons: Amenities should check throughly where the facial tissue was 2 pieces left. There was a bit renovation nearby where the drilling voice is there for a few mins. It was 90% perfect out of those.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, just keep it that way, breakfast, room confort, price quality value .
Cons: Everything was excellente nothing to add
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, spa, restaurant were great
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was wonderful, right on the lake, next to the castle. The hotel & our room was spotless, spacious and had a fabulous view of the lake. Lovely powerful shower. The breakfast was great - a huge of selection to choose from.
Cons: The pool was closed for maintenance. Had we known this before then we would have considered changing hotels as this was the main reason for us booking this particular hotel. We were offered entry to a pool ten minutes walk away but wasn't quite the same. Also, when asked about boat trips was told there wasn't any this time of year yet next morning there were people selling boat trips outside so feel the staff could be a little bit more knowledgeable. Also, had to ask where my room was. Would have been nice to have been told what floor it was on and where the lift was.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated close to the Scaglieri Castle, historical area of Sirmione. Nice view from the restaurant. The four was nice, fresh bread, cakes, oh and Champagne for breakfast. I did not try it. Spacious room and clean. Receptionist ( Anitha) very helpful and patient.
Cons: I would not mind a some self service coffee in the room. More vegetables at breakfast time will be good as well.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good choice and nice location for breakfast, very freindly and helpful staff, except not a very kind receptionist at the spa
Cons: The room should be equipped with tea/coffee maker facilities, and no plastic glasses. You should inform guests they have to book in advance treatments (massages, etc)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is right in front of the world famous Sirmione castle. Wonderful location
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is really great - especially if weather is good (unfortunately we were there in wet season). Hotel is right on lake just inside the old town. Very beautiful.
Cons: When we arrived we were advised ‘pool’ was closed for maintenance. Having paid for a room with spa access we were very disappointed to later learn that all spa facilities (sauna, hot tubs etc) were closed and only spa services (massage etc) were available, but fully booked. We were offered access to spa facilities 500m walk away - not exactly appealing. Felt this could have been better communicated to us both ahead of and during check in. Staff seem very disengaged - perhaps tired of dealing with disappointed hotel guests.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect.. Breakfast was so rich!..
Cons: You have to walk across the next building for the spa.

Pros: Location is very good, breakfast is also very good

7,1 Good
Pros: Location location location... Good variety for breakfast & hotel restaurant also very good.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast excellent generous variety of interesting local food. Great position close to all amenities.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place with excellent lakeshore location, just in the heart of the old, historic part of Sirmione, very close to the pier (great opportunity for scheduled boat tours on the Garda lake). Well equipped, clean rooms (worth to pay extra for lake view!) Breakfast with wide variety of food and beverage. Fair price in a very popular site in vogue. Reserve parking place through the hotel at GrifoParking in Piazzale Europa (800 meters, 12 EUR/day, incl. electric shuttle service to/from the hotel).
Cons: None.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are chic and well decorated with style. The location is excellent.
Cons: Maybe it's not the hotel, but the transportation man. We had been informed of 4 euro per bag per round, but he tried to charge us 5 euro.
