Superb breakfast. Location better than expensive hotels - away from all the crowds yet easily walkable. Good air con, comfortable beds, good shower.

The place was very close to Lugana, the staff was polite and friendly, the reality is way better than the pictures (we were pleasantly surprised, because it looked so cute and more modern than old-stylish).
The "double" bed was just two beds pushed together and that was very uncomfortable, not to mention that it felt like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast had no variety, it got boring quite fast. The bed sheets are not changed throughout the stay, however, the towels are changed every day.
