Pros: we had a wonderful time in the resort. the room was specious clean and nicely furnished .the gardens well kept and the relax pool was a great place for adults to stay in comfort. the people that took care of us were kind and helpful in every way . the beach is beautiful and the facilities great we had dinner in all the restaurants the food and service were outstanding .we got all we ask for with generosity and a smile .

Pros: I liked everything, everyone was amazing radwan Mohamed al masre maria ... they prepared a birthday surprise to my husband and it was incredible . The food was definitely delicious . We are going to come back very soon for sure.

Pros: Everything were good specially diversified swimming pool. Also, my reservation was superior room king bed and once arrived they told me it's not available. But, they upgraded to deluxe king bed. Thanks Sunruse Resort.

Cons: The food has less variety than other hotels and tasted not that good except the desserts , I hardly find one thing to eat and my friend couldn’t eat any, 3 of the staff were so unprofessional , one of them fooled us saying one of the cocktails was with extra price because it is imported alcohol , then we found out that it wasn’t, One didn’t give my friend a drink saying it is 12.04 even tho my friend was waiting for him before 12 by 2 minutes And one in the animation team I was trying to ask her something , she looked at me confused and went to the Russian guests , she didn’t understand English well, I think English must be important for people to work there because it is the commonest The main pool wasn’t heated as the adult pool

Pros: The whole area is very clean, modern and very amazing. The shisha area is totally unique. I haven't expect such professional staff and this very good service, too. The Housekeeping team gave their best to clean the room as expected and made some funny towel figures. Some smaller problems with the room were fixed quickly. I like the variation of food. Every day I could found something new. The varieties of soups were so delicious.

Cons: The Professionalität in the animation team is so different. The guys from Egypt are so nice, but especially one woman with dark hair was so rude and can't stop for ask if we want to join her activities. I can't understand why it was often not possible to give beer from the poolbar. The staff said it was empty. But why it wasn't possible to change the situation the whole day? And why the air condition doesn't work in the whole hotel? Of course this is not summer for Egyptian people, but it's almost hot for people from other countries.

Pros: Very beautiful place and the hotel is very well maintained garden and all plants. Perfect for walking and jogging. The facility by it self is old but still ok. The most of the hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons: I will try to be objective. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, between 3 - 4AM. The Check-in process was relatively quick. 1. Since our room was on the shore, the administration had to transport us to the room. But to our regret, there was no golf cart. We were put in a small two-seater for transportation of goods. We had to sit on each other to get to the place. This is what you do not expect from a 5 star hotel. 2. Room I ordered "Superior Beach Front", and honestly our first impression of the hotel was formed precisely by the room condition. The room was dirty, beddings wasn't fresh. We were totally disappointed. Next day when I asked the management to solve this problem, they quickly responded and cleaned the room. But the bad sediment remained. 3. Internet. If you booking the room in this hotel, you must know that internet connection is only in the main building. The rest of the hotel does not have an internet connection. The internet speed is very poor. 4. Entertainment Unfortunately during our stay, it rained almost every day, and just for that, the hotel staff is not ready at all! Everything that they could offer the guests of these limited board games. 5. Alcohol In the all-inclusive program, you can get local alcoholic drinks for free. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to drink them! Alcohol drink is terrible! One tip! Bring beverages with you. 6. Food The food is not bad, but it is clear that the hotel trying to save money. Very little variety and to be honest for me, food was completely not tasty. We enjoyed when drive to the city and could eat at the restaurant. 7. You need to be aware that if you wet your beach towel and want to get a new one, you won’t get it! Towels are issued only once a day! Why? I dont know!

Pros: Really big rooms and clean and the resort is big and good food and Peter from the Recepetion was really helpful he made sure that the whole holiday was fine.

Cons: starting from the reception that make our checkin process is the worst . i'm a traveller and this is was my 12 time in sharm . and i can say this is the worst . we arrived at 10 am and enter the room at 4 pm . we book 7 room and want them to be in high floor and all of them was ground , then after struggling they make 3 of them at top floor after 3 hours . and it not seaview . the food is not tasty and dont have variation , the stuff in the restaurant cheating with other . the house keeping enter a room after i put dont disturb label and he say that im busy so i have to enter now . some of dishes finish after 1 hour from starting the dinner and they not refill and even there is no mr to ask for refill . pool is not heated well .

Cons: Wifi is only available in the reception area and its not working most of the time due to heavy load, no wifi in the rooms and it's quite a walk to the reception if you're room is by the beach... It's location, is a bit far from Ne'ama bay or Soho square

Pros: The staff are always as helpful as possible. The facilities are well maintained. The omelettes and salads are very tasty. The choice of food is good. The sea view from my room was perfect and well worth the little bit extra. The pools are fantastic. This is a lovely hotel. I always feel refreshed after I've been here.

Cons: When busy, the buffet can be a bit overbearing and it's harder get service. You can time it though. Overall, I was delighted by all elements. Thank you.

Pros: We wanted a really relaxing week at a nice hotel by the Red Sea and we got exactly that! The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, well-kept, and perfectly located on the seashore. The pool facilities were clean and nice and there were so many different areas to hang out in. There were activities during the day and performances at night which were cool. The room we had (a junior suite) was super comfortable with an amazing king sized bed, a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower, a kitchen (we didn't really use) and had an amazing view of the sea and Tiran Island. We were looking for a hotel with a coral reef we could access directly from the hotel grounds, and it didn't disappoint -- every day we snorkelled right off the pier and saw amazing fish and coral right there! Diving tours (and other tours) are available -- we had a great day snorkelling Ras Mohamed National Park organized by the dive shop there. Our stay felt overall good value for money. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety and nice quality food. We had a few good dinners at the restaurants too -- especially the Italian one, La Casa. All of the staff were so lovely and we got to know plenty of them during our week there. Special thanks to Monica from guest services for sorting out a mix-up with our room and making our stay extra wonderful!!

Cons: The beaches were not exactly the sandy beaches we expected (coming from Australia) -- kind of small and rocky. But there were many areas next to the sea and swimming pools with beach loungers and umbrellas (all with bar and restaurant service) and we really enjoyed those. And the location of the hotel felt a bit out of the action -- it took a little while to walk to an area with restaurants, and we had to take a shuttle bus to Naama Bay when we wanted to check that out. In the end we often ended up staying at the hotel all day and for dinner, as the areas we went to outside the hotel grounds weren't that thrilling. We didn't feel like we got a real cultural experience to Egypt (Sharm is more a international beach resort community that could have been anywhere, so if you are looking for culture/history probably best to go elsewhere ) but it was lovely nonetheless.
