Location was superb Restaurant food was tasty, good variety and presented well. Overall an average stay.
Entertainment team needs to improve Boring pool area and no service for drinks etc. Beauty salon way overpriced for old techniques and cheap nail polish. Not good service. Lobby internet is terrible Pool closes early Outdated for a five star hotel Need to consider that not all visitors are spending euros.

Room service is very poor There is a shortage in towels and shampoo and shower gel We were 3 adults and one baby and they put only one set of shampoo and shower gel ! When we asked for the towels and bath tools always they don’t have but they provide it after one or two hours! Last time there was more hospitality than this time

The location of the hotel, the pool with the aqua-park was nice, the beach was ok with the activities there. The food was good but needs more variety.
The room didn't smell nice. Some rooms are far from the reception, you have to walk a long way and use elevators.
