I loved to spend the new year’s eve over there. Great place for vacations. The whole staff is so friendly even when there is a big rush they smile and pamper you to the maximum. Not an international brand but I had great time over there after a bad experience with movenpick.
Everything especially the receptionist Mr. Mohammed Moawad and the cheif Mohammed Hasafy. Both of them just made us over the moon in their own ways. I enjoyed my vacation

Staff are wonderful. Special thanks to chief Mohammed and rest of the team for their wonderful hospitality.
Animation team needs to leave guest's more space to decide what they want to do. They are too pushing and needs to learn how to interface better with guests.

The resort is just awesome .... too good!!! Awesome service ..and the attitude and kindness of the staff - Ms Nada at the restaurant. Chef Mohammed and Eslam and Mr Estaad and Mr Badeea for his amazing taking skills....... and also the staff at the Island Pool Bar and the bar at the beach..... The best part is the overall feel of the vaccation and the staff tries its best to make the stay supperb..... !! The animation team is also supperb... Mr Coco , and Natalie , Maria, Katie...they always make sure to keep u occupied at all times.... Also they have a very nice kids center where my son would have fun with drawing and painting..... Loved the stay!!! Will surely Stay again if I plan to come to Sharm......!!!!! Keep it up
