Location so nice Reception specially mr mohamed taher and he was so cooperative and they uprade the room for free this was suprising for me and my family Meals so nice and wide varities specially dinner and the chief was so cooperative with my kids requests The stuff of restaurants and bars so expertly It was nice and i will repeat as soon as impossible

+Reciption check in was perfect specially Mr Mohamed taher .he is really a welcoming person , I think sunrise should be proud of him + Food has many variates + Restaurant stuff was perfect ,they made birthday for my daughter.
+ aqua park water wasn't heated , should be heated so kids can enjoy it +

Staff was exceptional. Mohammed Taher (manager) provided excellent service while we stayed at the resort. Half Moon resturant staff was caring especially Mr Samer. We enjoyed the stay.
I would suggest the day to day variation in food menu will make it even better.
