Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, events, and the Riverwalk. Cleanliness was highlighted in several reviews, with guests noting well-maintained rooms and facilities. Some guests appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. However, there were notable concerns about value for price, with many mentioning high parking fees, unexpected charges, and expensive amenities. Bed comfort received criticism, with reports of uncomfortable mattresses and even bed bugs in one case. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others citing issues with responsiveness or language barriers. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, improvements are needed in value, bed comfort, and some aspects of service.

Pros (+) Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice fitness facility. Bar has great drinks (If you can get to them in its claustrophobic area).
Cons (-) Pool area is very outdated. Water was also murky.
