Cons: Great stay!..Springhill Suites has never disappointed me! Will recommend to everyone!

Pros: My room had a bad smell that was compounded by some type of air freshner scent. I got used to the smell after a while so I didn't ask to move, but when I got back for the second night it was still pretty gross.
Cons: Everything was fine but the room smell.

Pros: I loved the lady that worked in the breakfast room. She was so friendly
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room, the location, friendly staff and the breakfast
Cons: N/A
7,5 Good
Pros: Loved the spaciousness of the room and the lighting in the room.
Cons: Had a mechanical failure fire alarm in the middle of the night. Sat in the car for an hour and nobody came around to tell us we had the all clear to return to our rooms. We had to go back into the building to ask...a BIG no-no when there is a fire evacuation. It could have been handled better in my opinion. And it would have been nice to receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience. But overall just glad there wasn't a fire and that the alarms all worked.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The property had everything we needed, two bedroom two bath suite with a full kitchen including oven and dishwasher. I didn’t give it a full credit review because it felt very used/worn in— specially faded/worn fabrics, scratched/scuffed dishes and the couch cushions didn’t stay put due to frequent use (they were a shiny material). It was a nice stay though. The breakfast was amazing & the service was great. We would certainly stay again. Also I was happy they had Paul Mitchell products so I didn’t even use the to use my own toiletries!
Cons: - breakfast - space for the cost - service - proximity to rt 75 and food
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly nice staff and great breakfasts and dinner snacks. We loved not having to go on the highway to get to UT Dallas.
Cons: The facilities were a bit older. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, but then, they usually are.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The food was great and customer Service was excellent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was excellent!
7,9 Good
Pros: I like the breakfast, lots of choices and close to what I needed and easy to get around
Cons: Slight little attitude from one employee at the front desk.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anthony was awesome!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. I was surprised by the friendliness and attentiveness of the breakfast staff. I liked that they had large weight dumbbells which made it possible for me to get in a great full body workout
Cons: Key card readers were a lil tricky at times. Everything else was great.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and elegant.
Cons: I checked in late about 2 hours because the room was not ready. But when I request a late checkout for 1.5 hour they gave me only 1 Hour.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice setup. Spacious. All needs were met and more.
Cons: Everything about the hotel was GREAT. The only thing is that HYATT HOUSE offers the same type of experience at about $50 cheaper. So no bad review, just stating there is a cheaper option for relatively the same experience.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best place
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Cons: the only thing I can say about my stay there was fact that I checked in late in the evening and didn't have enough time to enjoy the full capacity of the facilities
4,0 Okay
Pros: Clean but room needs update. Odd seeing a hotel room these days with no USB ports. I had to make a run to the store because I did not bring my charging block. I did not think I would need it since it has been years since I stayed in a room with no USB po
Cons: I was charged for parking and the front desk person did not even tell me he was charging. Funny how I can stay at the biggest hotel in downtown Dallas and hotel guests do not have to pay for parking but at a hotel that is not in a prime area charges.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I booked this last minute for my son who's college apartment was not ready. It came ready late and I helped him unload so I ended up staying there. It was close to UTD, reasonably priced and quite comfortable. The AC was cold and the bed was very clean and comfy.
Cons: It was as billed. Nothing to like or dislike. The parking was a bit weird in that you needed a parking pass. With us changing cars suddenly, the pass was in my son's car and not mine. They didn't tow or anything but it did wake me up at 4:00 when I realized the gaff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect as it was 3 mins to work. Clean comfy room. Staff was excellent.
Cons: Was hoping for buffet style hot breakfast. But we had to take out boxes with cold food. Though the food was good, expected a little more options.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our first time staying at this hotel and we very much enjoyed it. It was quality all the way around and we will stay there again in the future.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean place. The staff was friendly too.
7,5 Good
Cons: Apparently they charge for parking, got it taken off though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Was ok place. Exceptionally clean
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I checked in early like 3 hrs the stuff was curtious to let us in. It was great
Cons: Nothing.. break fast was great but can be improved on options
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the rooms. The cleanliness and the comfort of this place. High ceilings and the entire room was clean and neat. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the place it was good and worth it every penny paid. The staff was nice at check-in. I really enjoyed the fire place in the back. I would definitely stay here is I get a deal in the price for a room.
Cons: I didn’t like that the breakfast was no complimentary. There is also a fee to park your car there and they just not long started doing that. The extras in this place are what they make their money out of. I guess it’s the price of the convenience.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Great dining area with delicious food especially for breakfast. Pool was lovely
Cons: That we only stayed 1 night

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I love how helpful the front desk ladies were. They worked very quickly to satisfy any needs or concerns I had and with the best attitude. If that same energy was communicated to some of their other staff this would have been a perfect stay.
Cons: Unfortunately we did not have access to the pool while we were there. We can assume it was related to cleaning or maintenance of some sort but we never got a consistent answer. Also some of the staff seem to lurk around as if we were expected to do something wrong and that was a bit insulting being as how I spent a lot of money on two rooms and did not spend much time in the hotel at all.
7,5 Good
Pros: I stay frequently. It’s great.

Pros: Really nice hotel. Very close to where we needed to go. They allowed us to extend our checkout time, which was helpful. Very nice.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great value, nicely appointed throughout, easy access to main thoroughfares.

4,2 Okay
Cons: Almost everything! There were a lot of rats
6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was fine. Coffee was good. Bed and pillows were comfy. The room was clean, but needs updating. My major problem: I was there for three nights as I was attending a Regional Bridge Tournament at the Rennasaince Hotel and Conference Center.I left early each morning and returned about 11:00PM. The second night of my stay when I walked up to my room the door was unlocked and open! I was very frightened. I had my bridge partner come to my room and he checked the room to be sure that no one was in there. After he left, I called the front desk to let them that I was very uneasy and upset. I checked my bags and did not notice anything missing but I wanted to hear from the hotel manager. He said that he was the only staff in the hotel, but he would call his boss and if he answered the phone he would tell him. I could not get to sleep and was very stressed out. I overslept and had to hurry to get dressed and get some breakfast. When I got to the lobby area I asked if the manager had been notified and she said that she was just reading the report and wanted to know what she could do for me. I think that they should know what to do for me. Give me a voucher for a free hotel stay or something. I told her that I was on a hurry and she could let me know after she read the report as I had to go to the tournament. I didn’t hear from her. This whole event really ruined my stay. They need to have someone check on their housekeepers are doing and ask them to make sure the rooms are secured before they leave for the day.
Cons: See above!

Pros: Staff was great, the facility is newly renovated.
Cons: Self Parking is expensive if isn't comped, and you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you don't valet. Why do hotels charge for parking? Include it in the rate, and spread it like peanut butter across all travelers. This hotel isn't walking distance from much of anything, so you really need a car to get most places.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: I really liked that the staff was very professional and kind upon my arrival. They offered a bottle of water. I also liked that check-in was less than 2 minutes and then I was on my way to my room. The breakfast was delicious.
Cons: They gave weird instructions to operating the AC unit. The room was very chilly and I had to call down to the front desk for assistance. The issue was resolved and I enjoyed the rest of my stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I have zero complaints. It’s was a random family night out for my kids and I and am even more random 55 degree rainy cold day in MAy in Texas lol we loves our room and the indoor poor. And the breakfast the following day was great and every staff member was more than accommodating and kind. Loved our stay!
7,9 Good
Pros: No good I payed for it with my room and still got charged for it

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable

Pros: Very nice, room very spacious. Staff very nice!
Cons: I thought when I booked that breakfast was included. It was not, sort of expensive and not very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love love love love it!!!! Great front desk service. Good food. Love complimentary water and cookies as you walk in. Upscale neighbourhood and surrounding
Cons: The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. Hot tub was perfect!!! They never ran out of towels. Comfortable cushioned seating, felt like upscale resort
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated and welcoming.
Cons: Walls of the room had no soundproofing. The neighboring room was full of loud people who were banging and talking at 3:30 am.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean, great staff, good price value, lots of amenities,
Cons: There is a chlorine smell from indoor pool that travels down the corridor and in the elevators. 4th floor rooms are loud from equipment on roof.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: The hotel overcharged me for my breakfast on July 7th.
7,5 Good
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. We reserved the hotel because of the inside pool.
Cons: The inside pool was poorly maintained. The staff member was adding cold water through a house over the hot tub to the pool and the hot tub was barely like warm. Also the chlorination mixture was off because just sitting on the tub caused out eyes to burn. We had hoped for a nice relaxing weekend by the pool but that wasn't possible. We also had understood through booking.com that our breakfast was free. The first morning, the staff member said she confirmed it was free but the second morning we learned we had to pay. It seemed like the system is broken. I also expected a cookie upon arrival but i guess we weren't at the right Hilton type location. Also the beds were terribly hard.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was an awesome motel
Cons: Everything was amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location , cleanliness, value
