Staff was great, the facility is newly renovated.
Self Parking is expensive if isn't comped, and you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you don't valet. Why do hotels charge for parking? Include it in the rate, and spread it like peanut butter across all travelers. This hotel isn't walking distance from much of anything, so you really need a car to get most places.

Clean room
The air conditioning took all night to get comfortably cool and I dont usually expect to pay for my wifi at a hotel.

Commode stopped up. Waited an hour for maintenance and another for housekeeping to clean the overflow. Was nearly late for a funeral due to this. Returned to room at 3:00 pm and room had not been cleaned. Club room was not worth the extra charge.
