Pros (+) The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the layout is organized. But the best part of this place is the staff. I never met any staff member, at any time, be anything less than friendly, courteous, and helpful. At 2 am in the kitchen, staff was more than willing to clean up after me so that I could get to sleep. Front desk made detailed recommendations, and had information about times, availability, ...

Pros (+) Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The price was right! Breakfast was very satisfying. The staff were very pleasant.
Cons (-) With 10 beds and a check out time of 10:00 AM I had a problem getting into the toilet. I suggest that there be an alternative access to use another toilet if someone is showering and dressing in a locked bathroom! A suggestion: Please inform new hostlers how to turn the light switch off. I came in from the airport and went into room at 2:00 AM. Put the light on but could not shut it. At some point...
