Pros: The room was lovely and spacious. They staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I love standard German breakfast, which is what they served, so I was quite happy.
The location is good for people that don't like staying in the middle of crowds. It was quiet at night and we were on the ground floor.

Pros: The staff guy at the entrance was very kind. He always tried to help us for finding restaurant, visiting the city etc. Staff of the (italian) restaurant was very polite too and food was great. The room was clean and confortable, with a good taste. Location is ok, not far from the Charles's bridge.

Cons: The breakfast staff is very rude. They push you out at 10:37 on a Sunday. You have to ask for everything you need (like hot water or coffee). You seem to bother them. Quality of breakfast is just average, no more. Cleaning staff entered the room several times during the week-end, without knocking at the door. On Sunday morning, they tried to enter at 9 am (while we were still in bed) and they did not close the door behind them... It is very far from a 5 stars hotel on those aspects.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel. We enjoyed the nicely decorated, clean room (specially the wide, comfortable bed and beautifully designed shower) The welcoming, accommodating staff, the terrific breakfast. We also enjoyed the executive lounge which provided a well-needed, quiet lounging space following our long walks in the city. The hotel itself couldn't have been better located, right at the heart of the center. We will definately return in the future.

Cons: Since the hotel pool is very small amd located in the vicinity of the spa, we would have preferred that it would be heated, more like a thermal bath.

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep.
Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.

Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.

Cons: Hotel parking was incredibly expensive (31 Euro for one night) and the stuff didn't even bother to inform me about the price, just put it to the invoice and asked for th creditcard. Breakfast was ok but not worth the 15 Euro they ask for it.

Cons: I visited Prague in January and the weather was very cold outside in the night. When I back to the room, the hot water of bath system was not hot enough. The front desk told me this might because too many people use the bathroom in the same time, but the water is still slightly cold after one hour later. Since this is a four stars hotel, this kind of issue should have better solution and can be fixed.

I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon.

Pros: The hotel situates 15 mins from main square, 5 mins to supermarket and pharmacy. The room is big and comfortable, cozy. Shampoos and gels are provided by Rituals. Breakfasts are good to start a day, besides buffet you can ask for extras for free, e.g. omelette or pancakes. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Cons: Bed and pillows are too soft, we couldn’t get enough sleep. All pillows are hilly and soft like deflated balls. The one more thing that needs to be changed in my opinion - lighting in the room, it wasn’t enough. Also windows would be changed as well, because they can be opened or closed and you can’t open them slightly so in the night you have to choose to sleep in the stuffy room or in a very cold room.

Cons: Way too expensive for what it was. We were given a room in the basement with barely no furniture and no light at all. The room was overheated to compensate for the fact that the door in the corridor to access our room was always open to the outside. We asked the reception several times (once a day as we stayed 3 days in this hotel) to check if it possible to have another room but nothing was ever possible. Access to the spa was not even included. Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 so the waitress made sure to come and turn off the coffee machine at 10.30 to ensure that we could not even get another coffee past 10.30

Pros: The staff were great and when we had a problem it was fixed quickly. The wellness section is a nice addition, if a little small with lots of guests using at the same time. The hotel is nice and in a good location with a nice view of the river.
Cons: There is currently significant building work being undertaken on the roof, and no mention of this on their website or booking.com. Building work started at 7am which was a horrible wake up on the 5th floor (roof just above). This took place all day so if you needed to relax in the room it wasn't possible. The staff were very helpful and after a few discussions I managed to receive a refund. Would have preferred a decent lie in though!

Pros: Very modern, innovative design.Beautiful room, with a lovely alcove that had windows all around (even though it was a budget room). Quiet, non-smoking, very safe and secure building. Extremely clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included. Steps away from Old Town, and all the places I wanted to visit. Right across from river. Excellent transport from and to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

This information is available only the wall by the entrance to the garage, so you will find it out only when you stay just before the entrance ramp. Not properly cleaned room - Handprints over the bathroom walls, stains over the head of the bed or dust under the bed (very unpleasant). So you are asking whether the room was cleaned at all.

Cons: During winter, the hotel turned off the AC. And I think it's not possible to open the window during the winter in order to have an air circulation. Therefore, for me it's hard to understand how the customer will sleep and have am air circulation without an AC during the winter. The other thing: during my stay, I need to urgently print something and there is no computer corner in this Ibis Hotel. However, the staff was not helpful. They just said there is no computer corner and I can't do the printing (Basically the staff didn't give any solution).

Pros: We were in the newly reconstructed room, so everything was great. Beds were comfortable, very firm though. If you prefer plush you might be disappointed. Bathroom was OK, a bit on tight side, but not much different from regular bathrooms in the US Hiltons. The staff was polite, the doorman helped with luggage, etc.
Overall, I believe that compared to other hotels this provided the good value. I could not figure out the size of beds in other hotels, sometimes they didn’t have elevators, and renting apartments felt a bit sketchy. Especially, since we needed our bags held before the check in time. Our Hilton room was $212 tax included. The other hotels were $130-$170 (without tax) and we are speaking 2 or 3 stars. So, no brainer to pick Hilton unless you are on a very tight budget.

Pros: We were in the newly reconstructed room, so everything was great. Beds were comfortable, very firm though. If you prefer plush you might be disappointed. Bathroom was OK, a bit on tight side, but not much different from regular bathrooms in the US Hiltons. The staff was polite, the doorman helped with luggage, etc.
Overall, I believe that compared to other hotels this provided the good value. I could not figure out the size of beds in other hotels, sometimes they didn’t have elevators, and renting apartments felt a bit sketchy. Especially, since we needed our bags held before the check in time. Our Hilton room was $212 tax included. The other hotels were $130-$170 (without tax) and we are speaking 2 or 3 stars. So, no brainer to pick Hilton unless you are on a very tight budget.
Cons: We were on the 5th floor. The reconstruction was ongoing on the 1st floor so we were warned that there might be some noise until 5 pm. The noise went on until 6 pm and it was quite significant and annoying (drilling sound).
We got only 2 bath towels so my wife asked for the 2 more so we can have dry towels for the morning. The lady on the front desk took the note, but the towels were never delivered. We didn't want to bother asking again. However, the interesting thing was when we came back to our room earlier (before we asked for towels), we saw that someone delivered the additional comforter and placed it on our bed. We were surprised that someone entered our room, and this was probably intended for someone else.

Cons: The main elevators broke down during our stay. The service elevators had to be used heavily. I ended up doing a lot of walking up and down stairs. (That's probably good for my health, but it wasn't possible when I was carrying bags!)

Pros: The hotel is very nice, the personnel is very friendly compared to what I could read in the comments. The room brand new and fully equipped. Nice bathroom. If something is missing, just call the room service and they will satisfy your needs (towels, slippers, food etc...) It's also well located and we could join the city center on foot.
Cons: The spa doesn't worth it, the swimming pool is not warm at all. The rooms are bad isolated from noise.

Pros: Normal hotel of this class. Convenient location near the metro, you can quickly get to the city center or to the airport. There are several large shopping centers nearby. Polite staff, we were helped to keep the cheese from France as we had a room without a refrigerator. I recommend visiting for a few days.

My version: the hotel's location is pretty good as it's close to the center and just near the Vltava river. They allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice because we were very tired (after days of traveling). The checkout guy was very kind and was even smiling.
My girlfriend's version(russian): Я и мой молодой человек останавливались в Отеле Augustus et Otto с 27 по 20 сентября 2018 года. Из плюсов: девушка на рецепшене была довольно милой, всегда была горячая вода, пока мы ждали заселения, налили чаю, находится довольно близко к центру (2 с половиной км от центра Праги).

Cons: It is not a 4-star level hotel. The room was very basic and old/not renewed, with a mix of different furnitures “parked” in it, very dissimilar from the pictures presented. Not very clean room and towels. Temperature low and not adjustable manually.

My version: this is definitely not a four stars hotel, maybe it used to be but not anymore. I paid 200eu expecting to be welcomed in a luxurious real four stars hotel because we wanted to relax after 2 long weeks of adventures but we were very disappointed, my gf even cried! They first asked us to give a 50 euros deposit for the minibar that contains 3 drinks and 2 chocolates (from billa, the cheapest supermarket) then they gave us vouchers for breakfast because I guess they don't trust anyone even their own customers so we felt very unwelcome. When we entered our room(12), it smelled weird and no it's not because of disinfection, the smell was there every time we entered our room. We had to open windows all the time so we could have some fresh air. We booked a double room, yet it was a twin room (2 single beds put together). The sink pipe in the bathroom was not very often cleaned we could tell as the water was draining very slowly down the pipe. We couldn't use blankets as they were in a pretty bad shape, harsh for the skin and the TV was too small with wires hanging around. Now for the breakfast, every product is from billa (I love billa but I paid 200eu here!), And same breakfast everyday with very poor choice. Every morning there was very loud post Soviet music coming from the kitchen even at 9am when people just woke up! We could hear it from our room!! Also i saw children playing around the kitchen.
My girlfriend's version: он был заявлен как 4 звездочный отель, но на самом деле уровня максимум одной звезды. А денег за него берут как за 4 звезды! Девушки на рецепшене не говорят по-чешски, практически весь персонал русские или украинцы, которые не говорят на английском. Наша комната была меньше заявленной, вода из раковины не желала уходить, покрывало на кровати -- старое, застиранное, все в катышках. Экран телевизора крошечный, все провода наружу. Мы заказали двойную крвоать, а на самом деле это было две сдвинутые кровати и два одеяла, кто-нибудь из нас все время проваливался в щель. Очень тонкие жидкие подушки. На моем пододеяльнике было красное пятно (от свечи?) Вместо кондиционера -- вентилятор. За содержимое минибара с нас взяли депозит 50 евро! Каждый раз, когда мы выходили из отеля, ключ от комнаты надо было сдавать на рецепшн. Завтрак -- по талонам! При этом в столовой оглушительно ревела плохая русская музыка из кухни, невозможно было спокойно позавтракать в тишине. Иногда эту музыку включали также во время уборки комнат, под такое сложно отдыхать. Сам завтрак не очень разнообразный, в картошку добавили бекон, скудный выбор овощей. В последнюю ночь мы уезжали рано утром, так как у нас был самолет, и попросили завтрак с собой. Нам упаковали: одну помидорку (!), 3 куска хлеба, ветчину, сыр, 2 киви, 2 апельсина, поллитра воды, 4 масла (два из них -- маргарин рама), 2 джема и 0,3 сока. Ни ножа, ни вилки. Как есть это в аэропорту? Масло пальцем намазывать? Остались очень недовольны, боль

Cons: SUCH A DIRTY PLACE!!! I believe nobody had clean the flat were we stay for weeks, we found spider webs, lots of dust in every surface, we never sat on the sofa because it was full of disgusting stains, also the bathroom wasn't clean. The area where it is located is not a really nice. The neighbors were partying really loud until late night. Would not come back.
