resort & property was extremely clean & beautifull. Suite was very nice. Staff very nice & helpful.
Very confusing. Reservations were required even if restaurant empty. Buffet was good. Our biggest disappointment was the food in the restaurants! Very substandard. The french was the worst(we went straight to buffet). The next biggest disappointment was having only on choice in beer. My wife & I are not big drinkers but like a beer before dinner. She does not like XX! Also no diet or sugar free drinks. No guest guide in room. These mat seem like small things, but when spending over $500 per night, they are important enough to us to never use Iberostar again.

The grounds were beautiful, really loved the pools, I was like a little kid in the wave pool & lazy river, yay! The Food was great, everyone was friendly & Helpful, we even got a upgrade. Very clean & spacious room. Im coming back, oh yea the coatis were so cute and friendly I loved them.
