There are no elevators in any of the buildings as they are 3 storeys. We were on the top floor so it took a little longer with our 3 year old.

The only thing we really liked were the amazing grounds with all the jungle greenery and animals, and the excellent beaches.
Almost everything, including the food poisoning that made us both very sick for almost the entire trip. The regular rooms were dark and dingy and outdated.
