Pros: Classical looks and very good hosts.

Cons: No water and basic toilet kits such as brushes etc

Pros: Nice place and a room with increadibly high ceiling and big windows. The staff was really nice and the hotel is closely situated to the Leaning tower etc, and still quite close to the central station and the airport.

Cons: The road outside was quite busy, both during the late evening and early morning, and the traffic was loud also with all windows closed. The breakfast was just ok.

Pros: Room was lovely, view was stunning.

Cons: Disappointed there wasn’t a kettle in the room that would have been so nice. Had to go to McDonald’s round the corner for a cuppa before bed.

Pros: It was quite noisy as in a busy road. I was in the annex set back but it was still quite noisy.

Pros: Everything. From greetings and welcomes by Beatrice. The team just could not do enough. I was there whilst others in my family stayed too. Under Morton Family. Beautiful appointed rooms. Spacious. Opulent. Mini bar. Toiletries. Very comfy beds. Beautiful bed linen. Bathroom toiletries. Balcony as.my room was in the hall way sentence so handy. My grand child was outside in the Annex room which equally was fab and my daughter Susan was upstairs in a room with balcony with flags. 11th October 2019. We were all very happy and very content with service and beautifully appointed rooms. Welcomed in evening outside as a glorious evening to a welcome drink..a bottle of italian bubbly, crisps,.pistachio nuts and peanuts. A wonderful buffet breakfast served next morn inclusive of hot sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs along with every pastry assortment one could ask for from breads to pancakes and croissants and buns. Freshly made cappuccino and americano made on the spot served to you. Ideally. Located too. 7 minutes walk to the square of miracles. Learning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and shops. I could not say enough about Villa Tower Inn. Top class. Exquisite furniture and Fittings . Cosy,.plush, opulent design. Would very much highly recommend here. Cons: There really is nothing to dislike. Perhaps just to mention there is no elavator. But rooms on ground floor and gorgeous annex outside available.

Pros: Perfection from start to finish. Welcomed by Beatrice. Given a very warm welcome. Given directions. Loved our room. Opulence at its finest. We also had 2 others rooms booked through another source. A bottle of Italian bubbly, pistachio nuts, crisps & peanuts outside in The beautiful warmth. Served by the very fine and very informative Lorenzo. He equally booked our restaurant and taxi for us. A superb choice too. Thank you . Our departure taxi for the airport equally was organised for the next day departure. The rooms were superb. Beautifully appointed. The Villa Tower Inn is ideally located. 7 minutes walk from The Leaning Tower of Pisa and all venues to visit. From a lavish entrance. To oil paintings. Cherubs. Lamps. Mini bar. Super buffet breakfast. Fresh coffees of your choice served at breakfast. Not to noisy in location. Balconies, loft rooms. High ceilings. Chandeliers. All round Top Class. Would very much recommend Villa Tower Inn. Service, friendliness. All round perfection. My Mum enjoyed it. Our Daughter & fiance. Myself and my husband. Cons: the room is tiny. it looks very old and dirty. but the location is quit good.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and they accommodated our request. Our room was huge and clean. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: The long wait in the restaurant for dinner and having to send my meal back for it to come out not much better.

Pros: The room was very clean. Mini-fridge with water in it. The shower was small but had great water pressure. 30 minute walk or short drive to the Tower of Pisa. Short walk to a nice ice cream place. Large TV with some English channels. Free wifi and free parking!

Cons: Double beds in Europe are really just two twins pushed together but apparently that's standard.

Pros: The workers were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a free parking. The room was big, and the bed was very confortable.

Cons: The bathroom had a shower curtain. That is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. Also, the curtain did not look clean. There was no hot water in the morning. We had to shower with very cold water.

Pros: Spacious room, large shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too.

Cons: It was the worst experience of or lives!! I'll start first with the ((cleaning)) they didn't clean our room for three days when we asked them why they send some one to clean in thr fourth day, the water heater was very dirty you cant heat your water with there was a white thing inside it **i wish if i can upload pic here so you can see it** like no one cleaned it before and the A/C wasn't working if you try to open it there is a water will fill the floor + the smell of the water in the wooden floor was ugly !! And there was an extra sheet in the drawer when we opened it, it was dirty with bugs!! -- ((Second the staff)) !!! The cleaning lady came in the forth day at 8 in the morning while we are going to have our breakfast Came to our door shouting at my husband why we told the manager that she didn't clean !! She starts yelling at us ! Then we went to the restaurant down to have the breakfast and the workers there where very rude we chose a table and my husband wanted to sit next to me and there is a lady who's working there came to us she was very ungry and telling him why you're siting here you should sit in front of your wife because i arranged the table like this!???? Then after a while she came with another worker and they started to clean the restaurant while everyone is having their breakfast and they were talking in a load voice about there day and chatting to getere while everyone was upset from them! ----- ((The bed)) we ordered king size bed and what we've got is to single beds covered with one sheet like its a king bed but when you sleep in the middle you will fall down!! To be honest im shocked of this experience especially in Europe and in a place like pisa a hotel in this city should be prepared for the tourist and they know how to searve them and how to deal with them. This is a bad example and a bad service. I will never come back and i will tell everyone i know to avoid this hotel

Pros: Close to train station (few steps) and 5 minutes drive to airport. Excellent for late or early flights. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Coffee only available in afternoon since they want you to have the overpriced breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Great location for what we were looking for - very central, however the area wasn't the safest. Lovely room - much bigger than I expected.

Pros: Easy luggage roll from the station, our room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff

Pros: The staff were welcoming and helpful with useful advice for visitors on places to eat and to avoid. The location was good being close to the railway station and the main shopping area. The wide selection of cafes and restaurants made this a good place to be based. The breakfast was excellent with a great range of hot and cold options. The room was a good size with coffee-making facilities. It was easy to adjust the room temperature.

Cons: The decor was a bit faded and dated. In some areas this dowdiness gave the impression of a lack of care for the facilities. Although the location was very good for access to the city facilities, the poverty visible in the immediate surroundings did not inspire confidence.

Pros: This is my first time writing a review!I travel often around the world. Room was booked for 1 night single room and 1 night double BUT I was given a room for 2 nights in a double!)Free! Continental breakfast and great coffee!!! The staff and especially the big men at the reception really helped me ! Thank you!!! :-) Despite the fact that the hotel was booked when I returned to Pisa after 3 days they was found a room for me! I really hoped for it !!! And I didn’t want to book anywhere else.)) This is a miracle! I didn’t want to stop in any other place. Value for money is great!!!

Pros: The location was very convenient to the train station, airport, and the historic sights of Pisa. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night, and the front desk person was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Check out with other staff was the same. The room was clean and met our expectations.

Cons: The immediate block or two right around the hotel felt a little unsafe late at night, but the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending where to go and what areas were safe for walking at that time. During the day, the area did not feel unsafe.

Pros: Excellent location opposite of the station, but toilet flush wasn’t working then they fix it! I noticed a spider on my bed when we entered the room. Not happy with over all situation.

Cons: It needed mantainance: the air condicioning( I told the recepctionist that was broken and nothing was done, I slept with the windows openned) toilet flush and telephone, on our previous room were not working. It is advertised as a four star, but it is hardly a three star hotel.

Pros: Comfortable and modern hotel near the railway station. Good for layover in travel. The personnel is nice, helping and welcoming.

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to main train station & airport. Comfortable room although lighting was poor. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons: Reception staff were young & inexperienced.There was no welcome & no information offered.Staff appeared more interested in chatting to each other. On checking out neither of the staff on duty knew how to complete the transaction. How different from our experience in other hotels on this holiday where staff were only too happy to help & gave us valuable information about the area,etc_ even making restaurant bookings for us.

Pros: The bathroom facilities were very modern and exceptionally clean. The bedroom was ultra comfortable. A balcony overlooking the city was an unexpected bonus on hot, sticky nights. Breakfast more than adequate.

Cons: Going by lift to our room was barred by large groups who arrived to check in and commandeered the lift.

Pros: Timely shuttle service to airport - with 6 of us travelling, it worked out at €3.50 each

Cons: In one word: grim! Total rip-off and not worth the price - it would have been cheaper for us to have stayed an extra night in a 4 star hotel in Florence and gotten an early bus to Pisa airport instead of wasting our money on this place, just because of it's proximity to Pisa airport; totally dated decor and very basic room (the outside of the hotel looks far better than the inside!); staff weren't the friendliest; and while location is close to the airport, we saw other hotels that were closer. It's definitely not a good location for walking into the main attractions of Pisa, which means you'll end up paying about €15 for a taxi into the sights! Honestly, don't waste your money on this place.

Pros: the breakfast was very good and the staff were very well trained and kind.

Cons: i was tired and wanted to have some bar food instead of waiting for dinner at 7.30. The selection of food on offer in the bar was below bad! I had travelled on the train which had broken down for an hour and needed something tasty to eat. It really was most disappointing .....a sandwich, which was not even freshly made. Very disappointing indeed!!!!! for such a lovely upmarket hotel.....

Pros: Very good for an Airport hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. Public areas were comfy and pleasantly decorated.

Cons: Quite a few tours were also staying.

Pros: The hotel was set out very well, the breakfasts were excellent with variety of choice and the staff in the breakfast were lovely.

Cons: the noise was unbearable trying to sleep with coach loads of far east tourists up and about from 5am and still moving bedroom furniture about in the early hours. People were smoking mainly Italians flouting the signs in the hotel when leaving there rooms to walk to the outside reception area to finish there smoke, the smoke constantly entered the reception area from outside.There was a permanent bad smell in corridor outside our room, our room smelt pleasant probably to disguise the problem outside. Tea making facilities would have improved the stay.

Pros: Very cooperative about late check in (midnight) and shuttle service (15 Euros). Very substantial breakfast included.

Cons: WIF did not work in room. TV did not work. Walls rather thin, hallway noise. Bathroom shower had mold.

Pros: Great location for Pisa Airport and we used the airport shuttle from the hire car company next door to the hotel. Hotel room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: Breakfast was average, but it depends what you are comparing it to.
