Cons: Small room very little facilities. No slippers or tea/coffee, water in shower wasn’t very hot & pressure wasn’t good. Luckily we only stayed one night, only bonus was location. I had numerous mosquito bites the next day, definitely wasn’t worth the price. Also no lifts, we had room on second floor & helpful receptionist carried our big suitcase up.

Cons: - Coffee and tea facilities for 5 euros. In 4* hotel, really? We asked for hot water and luckily it was surved to us for free. - Slippers - you should ask at the reception - Blanket (it was a bit cold in the room in the end of October) - you should ask at the reception (got the cover from another bed, not proper blanket but it warmed us) - shower in the morning was just slightly warm. At check out the receptionist told us we should've called her so that she could fix the pumping. But we were already in the shower.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and clean - with a lovely breakfast room. An added bonus was the 7 minute walk to the Piazza del Duomo and a 15 min walk to the train station. There were lots of great little restaurants on the main street walking back toward the train station. A great additional touch was a fridge in the room - great when good wine is so inexpensive!

Cons: My check in was a disaster as it was after reception closed plus my flight was delayed, I was given a door code that didn't work. I would like to suggest other guests are informed/or there is a door sign to not double lock the door when there are guests checking in late. It was a bad start after a long and tiring journey. The room would benefit from a tea and coffee making facility. It would also be useful to for-warn guests about the taxi situation in Pisa, being told I could not get a taxi to the airport on the morning of an am flight was very stressful.

Pros: The location is great - easy to get to the leaning tower. Breakfast was basic but good.
Cons: We had written confirmation of a twin room, but when we arrived it was a king-sized bed for my teenage son and I. The receptionist just said there were no other rooms and she was leaving to catch a train. In the morning I raised this with the manager along with the fact that the aircon didn't work, the room had a smell of rotten meat &we couldn't open the windows because of the noise. All my complaints were confirmed by housekeeping, but they refused a refund and when I got booking.com involved I was offered 20% refund. The room was relatively cheap so I would rather nyt take it and write a review to warn others.

Cons: We were charged 50 euro more in cash on the day and this was not correct somewhere along the line my booking of a double room for me John Byrne and wife and the quad room for 2 adults 2 children came to them as 1 and 1 in each room which didn't make sense, no common sense used I was embarrassed my guests asked to pay nearly 200 euro for one room similar to mine at 82? We want the 40 euro back please they gave us 10 euros which didn't make sense.

Cons: The kitchen facilities were only available directly to one of the lower apartments, but we were two families traveling together it was not a problem to 'join the forces'. Not sure how this worked with the upper aparments/rooms.
