Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Pisa and visit major attractions. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of both rooms and bathrooms. A few negative comments mentioned outdated decor, occasional noise, and minor maintenance issues, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences overall.
