10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great continental breakfast TV, refregerator and microwave on room. Closet with key Near the beach.
Cons: It's a old place so no lift (not an issue for me) Room a little tight neighbour AC a little noisy but no big deal
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and pleasant room. Breakfast was nice too.
Cons: No - everything was very nice.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful. It was clean and the whole place was kept up well and had character. It was an old building but that just added to the cool ambiance.
Cons: I didn't realize until we checked in that we didn't have our own bathroom. It was a little bit inconvenient to have to step out of the room to use the toilet, but we adapted. Had no problem showering in the morning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommend! Staff, room, breakfast, neighborhood, local restaurants and stores, it was all fantastic! Spotless clean, very comfortable sleeping, and very close to cruise ship! Would definitely stay again!!
Cons: Not a thing, it was all absolutely SUPER!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Love the coziness it gives and the location was perfect. Walkable distance to pretty much all the locations we wanted to go. Nice kitchen. Super helpful staffs, kudos to Kevin and Steph.
Cons: A hairdryer would be helpful, especially for us ladies who have long hair and needed to wash at night.
4,2 Okay
Pros: good location .
Cons: It cannot be called an establishment that has no bathroom in its rooms. Shared bathroom !!!! Breakfast with packaged and industrial products.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, more like home than a corporate hotel. Comfort, quiet, peace and kind staff who are friendly and helpful. This was a perfect fit for me. Located close to malls, and easy to get to a beach and they include a bike with the reservation.
Cons: If a person was looking for a corporate hotel, not a good fit. This is one of a kind!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. It was also a quick walk to the beach. Vons grocery store was a block and a half away which was nice for getting some snacks and supplies.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was nice. The receptionist was nice and helpful and we had a nice chat while I had breakfast.
Cons: The smell when I walked into the hotel. It had a urine scent. There was no elevator and I had to carry 23kg 2 flights of stairs. The receptionist of course helped however it is not a great experience. The room was dirty. However the maite came to clean it pretty fast. I find the Starwars sort sound music in the lobby pretty weird/not suiting a hotel. The visibility from outside. At first I was at the neighbours trying to get in...That the shared shower in the next morning wasnt clean so I walked through the hotel to find one that is not so dirty. Unfortunately the soap box in the shower broke/fell off it was pretty loose.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The vibe was great. The room was exactly what I needed to be comfortable and the shared bathrooms on my floor were clean and not an inconvenience at all.
Cons: I feel the $100 hold they put on your card until checkout needs to be brought to the attention of guest before they book a non refundable room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and environment. It carried over to the guest as well.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Very comfortable, nice room
Cons: We wanted to upgrade our room, stuff said it'll cost around 30 $. We agreed for that. They charged us 67$ without asking...

Cons: I hate paying for parking at any hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What is not to like. Beautiful modern building. Staff were great. Gorgeous lake surrounding the property. Walk one way for the harbour and the other way for the town so location was perfect. Loads of great modern gadgets very contemporary including a low level lifting that lit the floor up when you got out of bed in the dark to help you find the loo at 3am lol. A sleep sound machine. Plenty of USB ports. Giant tv nice coffee in room. Great reception staff Matt.
Cons: Pool was freezing cold despite it being 36 degrees outside. Our room was ground floor and at the back of the property so noise from the next door convention centre disturbed our peace somewhat.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, a woman named Amanda who we were told was the bar manager helped my husband put together some food for our room and it was pefect. My husband was very impressed. Breakfast at the Tides was very good and our waiter, Fred was very professional.

8,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is an older hotel that has been renovated to be a hipper more boutique style hotel. The changes are nice and the restaurant had great food, atmosphere, staff and entertainment. The rooms were nice and decent. Th doors to the rooms were carved wood which gave the rooms a more Mexican style theme. Beds were comfortable but i found the pillows to soft. The hotel provides earplugs which are useful if you are a light sleeper due to the boat and ship horns that blow over the water. The rooms also include a Kerig style coffee maker with different coffees and teas to choose from. We did not use it but it was nice to know it was there. The best thing about this hotel is the views of the Long Beach shoreline. During the day or at night it is beautiful to see over the bay in between. The location is optimal if you are going to visit the Queen Mary as it is about a 15 minute walk.
6,0 Good
Pros: location, excellent restaurant
Cons: needs attention to details. Lights outside that are burned out, landscaping, crowded Jacuzzi, person attempted to walk away with robe at spa.

Pros: The views from the back area
Cons: We were dropped off and was told to call and they would pick us up so I called and they said someone would pick us up in 20 minutes. No one came and I called the number the driver gave us and it went to voice mail. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel.

Cons: ---
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel was fairly spacious and located on a peninsular overlooking the marina, so nice views. Staff were friendly and there's a swimming pool, separate little beach area and nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
Cons: This hotel has been refurbished recently, but it is quite an urban, concrete design and feel - rather cold and not in any way cosy, but not quite urban funky either. The room was a reasonable size but felt a bit dark; coffee machine didn't work (but to be fair they replaced right away) - just not quite the luxe waterside hotel we were expecting, more of a city hotel close to the water but amongst the docks and cranes too - quite an industrial area if you like that kind of thing! They have tried to mitigate this by adding a pool and beach (and you can walk from the hotel to other parts of Long Beach, or there's a free shuttle) but a bit too urban/industrial for us.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The expensive parking rate
8,5 Excellent

Cons: Mold in tub.wedding going on next to out rooms.pool not open

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room had lots of space. The breakfast was good too. There was a good variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Cons: It was a little noisy during the weekend. Other than that, everything was great.
7,5 Good
Pros: The remodeled guest rooms were fantastic. The new flooring is way better than carpet flooring. Thumbs up! But we did miss all the green lush foliage and koi pond they used to have on the ground floor.
Cons: The noise from other guests. I believe they were part of a group that had just finished an event in the hotel's ballroom. Apparently, after their allotted time in the hotel's event space, they took the party in their room and carried on with their noise on the 5th floor all night til 3am. Same people making noise in the morning at checkout. Did not get enough sleep as a result.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: In great location with lots of places to eat in the area. Lots of things in walking distance. Overall very lovely hotel and staff.
Cons: Well, there was a giant cockroach/water bug in the bathroom on Sunday morning that was impossible to kill! That was a BIG problem!! But overall, a great stay.

Pros: Great location, beautiful hotel and lobby, excellent customer service, I felt extremely safe and protected. The room was clean, very comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms, free/close parking and Starbucks.
Cons: It was difficult using the free WIFI. When I called the front desk that evening the lady did not take care of it. She wanted to transfer my call to the rewards dept. This was very frustrating! In the morning the gentleman working took care of the issue.

Pros: Convenient location is about it.
Cons: The beds were SO bad. Old, uncomfortable, not many pillows. Duvets were dingy and looked like the hadn’t been cleaned. The shower did not work well—hot Ware was sporadic. The carpets throughout the hotel were SO dirty. Looked as if they were rarely cleaned and never vacuumed. The AC system was awful. It did not remove the humidity from the air even when set on the lowest temp/highest fan setting. The room smelled like old damp socks. It wasn’t pleasant.

Pros: location and good rate
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Hills Inn is an older motel that has been very nicely updated with quality materials and attractive decorations. Our room was nicely equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker, plus an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, etc. The queen bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked fine, but was a noisy unit in the wall by the door. The office people were very helpful - especially with the wifi system. We would be glad to stay here again - and they said they are in the process of updating the wifi system.
Cons: We found the wifi at the hotel to be very annoying. Though it functioned well once connected, it required a 2-step process every time we left the room and returned, and each morning - going to a website and entering a password there. We stayed 4 nights, and this process got tedious. The hotel does not offer any breakfast (and has no space to gather for one).

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: The a/c in the room didnt work very well, the beds were comfortable but small. The overall room was alot smaller than what it looked like in pictures.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
Cons: I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assigned to me. I was told that the room had been ready for a while (?!?!). When I told them I didn't get a text message and reminded them that I had effectively waited seven hours for my room to be readied, they were again unapologetic and merely assigned me a room.

WiFi was free also and included in room rate.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The check in clerk was amazing! Her customer service was exceptional. If I ever come back and refer The Westin hotel to anyone, it will be due to her. A beautiful room is not uncommon. However, exceptional customer service is.
Cons: I was a little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. The price of a kit Kay bar was nearly $5. I thought that was a bit steep for a standard size 1.50 candy bar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable beds and big clean rooms and forgot they also had really comfortable pillows, would definitely recommend this place

Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: The party I had needed more attention, the plates did not match my decor. The good at my party was not what I originally ordered, the menu and Chefs changed, but I was not notified . The chicken Alfredo was a little runny, the red sauce pasta was spaghetti and I didn’t order spaghetti. The servants could have served my guest more frequently. The front desk employees need more training, I had 9 rooms and they were double charging me and my guest. I was not impressed by the host Jessica, Michelle or Buddy, I called numerous times throughout the year and no one called me back until 3 weeks before event.
