Cons: You could here other people talking in other rooms, and out room had a huge crack in the wall that someone looks like they punched through. We also had to pay to park overnight in a gated lot.

Cons: Room and general facilities were not well maintained, dirty, or even non functioning.

Cons: Staff is horrible not friendly or kind at all. Expensive for the poor quality of customer service.

Cons: The heat does not work which in turn taught me the flu

Cons: water temperature in sink and shower was set to near boiling with no way to adjust it; showering wasn't possible with it so hot as it burned our skin. SPG discount of 5% for booking wasn't applied to our account since we booked through third-party (only because SPG made our account inactive and required us to call customer service to restore); faucet was covered in orange mold; shower window was covered in black mildew / mold. sad that Marriott is now merging with SPG as we have status with Marriott & wanted to check out an SPG hotel, such as the Aloft. Had a horrible experience with SPG so far.

Cons: Not much for food selection on-site and the coffee options were limited.

Cons: I was charged even though I called and cancelled immediately. The hotel manager has not called me back and I still have not received a refund even though I did not stay there.

Cons: There seemed to be several parties being held in the building. It was extremely loud with children and adults who didn't seem to settled down until after 2 am. Also there was a lot of banging on the walls.

Cons: The bed was hard . The tv didn't work properly . The pool was dirty. Breakfast was horrible.

Cons: When I picked up my luggage I called the hotel to find out where I should stand for a shuttle pickup, I was told they would send someone right away. 20 minutes later I called because the shuttle had not arrived. They said someone was right there. I called 10 minutes later, again they said someone was right there. They finally showed up over 30 minutes after my first call. Had I originally been told it was going to take that much time, I would have gladly paid for a taxi to go the 1.5 miles to the hotel. After a long day of travel delays, a late night arrival, this additional wait was frustrating.

Cons: Did not get the room I paid for because they sold out of rooms that said where available online. I understand things like that happen but I was not apologized to for the inconvenience and was felt to feel like it was my fault for using a third party website. Had I either gotten the room I paid for or was apologized to i would have given a higher rating.

Cons: Hallways needed vacuuming,

Cons: Hotel refused to honor points (I’ve been a Hilton Customer 39 years) because stay was booked through a third party. Room was never cleaned even after a request directly to the housekeeper. Teenagers running up and down hallways until 4am. Took over an hour of arguing with management to obtain lodging despite a confirmed reservation 3 weeks in advance. I will be contacting Hilton today as well. I cannot recall ever being treated with more condescension and lack of decency. Advice - Do Not use a 3rd party booking - I ended up spending $475 for 2 nights in a Hampton Inn!!! (I’m still trying to figure that out but room was prepaid through Cancelon) apparently tacked on fees. I highly recommend staying anywhere BUT here. There are probably over a dozen hotels within a mile you should consider any of them. The ONLY possible advantage is that there is a Ruby Tuesday next door. It’s isn't great either but you can get something if you have to arrive too late to find anything else suitable.

Cons: The hotel needs updating. The room was not tech friendly - lacked USB ports and enough outlets. The carpeting is very worn. The bed was ok, but a little too soft - perhaps just needing newer mattresses. However, everything was clean and well maintained for the age of hotel.

Cons: Families beware. Children are NOT welcome. There was parties being thrown at night. When I arrived with my child there was an argument between two men who were NOT hotel guests. The receptionist asked them to keep it down. The were fighting curse words at each other and seemed to be from the neighborhood. At breakfast my daughter and I could not have a meal because there were so many people at breakfast that were NOT guests. Parking was atrocious again because the parking lot was full of people who were NOT guests. I was fooled by the reviews left. Room was NEVER cleaned. Stayed 2 nights Hotel has scary characters allowed in Someone asked if I wanted to buy drugs And was yelling at another room if they needed marijuana Look at instagram under the hotel location posts and you will see the true nature of this hotel

Cons: In the bathroom, the flush mechanism needs fixing. Water ran continuously.

Cons: The place was gross. The elevator had unidentifiable goop on the walls and floor. Carpets stained. A man clearly on drugs wandering the lobby when I arrived. The staff was distracted and slow, no smile or "welcome" or anything. It was clearly a business to churn out profits. My window in my room was cracked. Broken glass might be a hazard I would think? I was afraid to walk barefoot in my room based on the dirt and grime I saw in the main areas. Shampoo and soap (yay!) but no conditioner. Proximity to airport was great and free shuttle was also a rundown van indicative of the run-down hotel (if we can call it that).

Cons: Smelled very bad. Combination of smoke and mildewed carpet.

Cons: The hotel looked great outside but inside it needed some major renovations. It looked old and worn.

Cons: There is just something about hotels showers. They had great water pressure but a not great shower head, it sprays a wide circle.

Cons: The hotel manager was rude, pointing at the check in time sign when I arrived 15 minutes early. Tried three rooms, the first of which had ants, the second: AC didn't work, and the third: grass all around the AC unit. I checked out after the third room.

Cons: Hotel is showing a little wear and could use some freshening . Breakfast was a low point with few choices that were mostly carbs. However, it was something to stArt the day and breakfast room opens early (530) for those with early flights.

Cons: The hotel was going through a remodel so it was a bit messy. The room was very small and not very many amenities. The breakfast was small. The hallways were hot and they appeared to have no ac running in the halls. The ice maker on the 3rd floor did not work. The alarm clock in the room did not work.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better quality and had more options. ex. butter instead of 'spread' for the toast. However it was certainly adequate and there was plenty of food. Also the shampoo was shampoo conditioner instead of a separate shampoo and conditioner.

Cons: Staff was very rude, toilet only flushed half the time. Sink never stopped leaking, very bad odor and there was a condom under my bed.

Cons: The only thing I really didnt like was the position of the TV, which was to the side of the bed.

Cons: The room was small and not what I booked. They told me there was free parking them charged me when I planned to leave my car while going out if town. The carpets dingy. There was a lot of construction going on.

Cons: Very noise, needs to be updated. My door lock stopped working after the first night, so I had to change room, no flexibility with the bus to drive you to nearby places. Very basic continental breakfast with no hot options.

Cons: They charge a fee to keep ur car while away. Could have stayed somewhere that was newer and better maintained for the same money

Cons: The hotel lost my reservation when I first arrived. Then, they put me on the ground floor behind the desk where I listened to every customer all night. In the middle of the night, the person staying across from me was apparently smoking in a non-smoking room, resulting in a shouting match between the manager and the guest at 2 am. Managed 2 hours of sleep.

Cons: Place was dirty, primarily because of renovations hallways were full of dirt. Not at all what I expected from a wyndham hotel. Room was simple and adequate. Breakfast was simple, but dirty and not really a place I wanted to eat in. Staff were very nice
