Overall Experience was great. I also called their customer care to confirm a few things and it was a pleasant experience with all the information that I needed provided. Check out was quick and easy. Return was quick and easy as well. The only thing was one of the cabin boxes was not cleared and had some candy and plastic water bottles from previous renters. It took over an hour to get a vehicle and it was a large truck with mpg half what I paid for since I booked a compact vehicle. They ran out of vehicles despite knowing these vehicles were paid for and reserved. The people that left when I arrived had waited 1.5 hours. Others were still having major delays later in the day. Exiting with the vehicle both the person in front of me and myself could not leave because we were not provided with the information needed for the automated and only toll lane. We caused a line that was only resolved by staff manually operating the booth.Reviewed Jun 18 2023
