Pick up took about 30 minutes to find a representative to pick up the car. No one was at the desk and the person on duty was difficult to find and when she was found she was not eager to help us. I asked twice for at the counter for full insurance coverage. He assured me. Before I left the counter I asked for my rental agreement. He said it would be emailed. The email arrived a day later. No insurance. Too late to rectify it as I already was mid rental. When I returned the car they found an inside panel in the back was loose. I said no one was back there. Didn’t matter. They filed a claim against me. Insurance would have covered it. Never using Enterprise again.Reviewed Jan 1 2026
