Pros:Our car was upgraded for the wait and trouble.Cons:The shuttle driver never came to pick us up. After waiting 30 minutes we had to get another car rental company shuttle to take us over to the location. Then we waited 2 1/2 hours to get up to get our car.Reviewed May 16 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly but there wasn’t enough staff for the holiday.Cons:There’s a weird system where after you wait in line to fill out the paperwork, you wait in another small and crowded area (near a stinky bathroom) while you wait for someone to bring you your car. Then you have to find someone to approve your damage observation ticket. In total, it took us 1 hour to get our car after we arrived at the Payless office.Reviewed Jan 2 2020
