Payless has great customer service for the situation we were out in. The insurance prices are crazy but at the end of the day it wasn’t Payless fault. This is a country requirement that we did understand prior to booking. The pick up was easy and Luis was great!! Drop off was simple as well and super friendly. Car was cleaned when we picked up and that was appreciated.Reviewed Apr 26 2024

No problem being picked up from Liberia Airport to off-site pickup location . . . It was either a pay an extra $419 for " a 'mandatory' 3rd person collision insurance" or no rental!!!! This was $419 payment for a $147 7-day rental!! The personnel at Payless were were helpful to secure a taxi to Playa del Coco for $60.Reviewed Mar 29 2024
