Pros:Had a confirmed reservation (actually called Payless to double check) for a 1 way car rental. When arriving at counter was informed that there was no car available. Apparently they were first come / first serve.Cons:Honor the reservationReviewed Mar 18 2021

Pros:You can't blame the counter staff for a fusarium operationCons:Cars weren't available on schedule and had to wait. No one available to check in on return. Payless counter was closed had to go to Avis. Also it was twice as expensive compared to Seattle and Dallas.Reviewed May 31 2020

Pros:The staff were polite but unapologetic about having zero cars available, including the one we reserved! We arrived at our confirmed pickup time, only to be told that they had no cars and we’d have to wait 1-2 hours and hope something would be returned. What’s the point of reserving if your reserved car isn’t there? We will never use them again.Cons:Actually having the car we reserved— or ANY car!Reviewed Nov 12 2019

Cons:My rental agreement was on Friday August 30, 2019 at the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL) location at 9 pm. I reached the counter at 9:15 pm and I was told there were no cars available. Cons:We got to the counter and we were told that they did not have any vehicles available for us and that we would have to wait upto 1-2 hours until their rented vehicles were returned.
