9,3 Excellent
Pros: Wow! Such a fantastic place to stay while discovering south of Portugal! Great facilities, orange plantation, mini farm, outdoor and indoor pool, fully relaxing environment. Location is also good, all key points of attractions are maximum in 1 hour by car, most of them are about 25 minutes. Good breakfast, child friendly. Would recommend and will come back to continue exploring Portugal.

Pros: Perfect
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff welcoming, breakfast
Cons: The cleanliness of the room could be better, specially bathroom. Some spots had solid dust where it shows they are not usually cleaned (ex: the heater/towel hanger).

Pros: Staying on a working farm, complete with corn fields and donkeys, is a nice escape.
Cons: The grounds are a bit tired and unkempt and this place has five/star prices for 3-star facilities.

Pros: A new family favorite. We wished we had found it sooner and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and my son loved all the animals. We can’t wait to go back!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nice place with a nice lake, animals and paths to walk around. Very relaxing. We enjoyed indoor pool as the weather was not so warm. Great stay
7,5 Good
Pros: Fantastic location if you want a quiet break far from the madding crowd! The buildings and grounds were exteremely well maintained, as were the two swimming pools and lake. The very helpful Receptionist/Manageress is Joyce, originally from Holland, but speaks fluent English and Portuguese. The breakfast was great (starts at 9:00), and although there is no restaurant for dinner on site, we were recommended to try the Costa Alentejana in Zambujeira which is under the same ownership - and it was superb.
Cons: My own fault for not investigating more, but my wife and I like space, so I booked a two bedroom “bungalow” for us, which turned out to be a small log cabin where the second bedroom had a set of bunk beds squeezed in to a room of about 2m x 1.5m. OK for a couple with two young kids, but not for us! I booked our 4 friends into the 1 bedroom apartments overlooking the lake, which were ideal for them and would have been better for us.

Pros: The lake view is wonderful and the quietness at night and during most of the day is a bless. The farm animals are an extra plus for children, as well as the swan ride on the lake. The warm bread at breakfast is, by far, one of the best Portuguese bread I have ever tasted before.
Cons: The air inside the bungalow, especially during the evening, is very dry. The
