Cons: On the small side, if I have to find anything.
Pros: Every thing Perfect
Pros: A shopping mall is nearby, very convenient to buy almost everything. The room is clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly.

Pros: Personal attention to guests needs and wishes. Rooms were luxurious, comfortable and well kept, I will come back.
Pros: Rooms were very nice and luxurious.
Cons: Could of had more selection or bigger areas for eating and drinking on site.
Pros: Most everything
Cons: Nearly nothing but if there is complementary water in the room
Cons: Breakfast's price is a bit pricy
Cons: I made a mistake in the month of the booking and it was no refundable and I made it again but it wasn’t taken into consideration to up grade or give a small discount etc
Pros: Location service
Pros: Breakfast was the best, especially the attentive staff. Thank you
Pros: I have extended my reservation, so, my stay was very much comfortable
Cons: Parking Fees
Pros: I feel that i am in my country
Cons: It need to renew
Pros: Center of the city location, perfect for both shopping, dining and business. Modern decor, great rooms with city views. Front desk is a pleasure to deal with....quick, knowledgeable and will do all possible to help every way the can. No lines or wait time checking in or out. Breakfast is fantastic, both assortment and service. The only hotel really to stay in Frankfurt.
Cons: For those expecting massively large reception hall, this is not it. It is a boutique hotel, but what a hotel this is.
Pros: The hotel is extremely nice, definitely on par with places like the Ritz Carlton. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they do a special rooftop sunrise that was an unexpected addition.
Cons: The only thing that was a bit odd was that the restrooms have only large floating glass doors which don't fully close or lock in any way, so... Let's just say you hear absolutely everything from the toilet in the entire room.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 18 meeting rooms available for events. Pros: Stunning hotel and spa close to main road through Germany into Belgium, luxury from start to finish.
Pros: Have stayed at this hotel before refurbished. Very nice, hence our return. Lovely room and facilities.
Cons: We were told that we could only book at the restaurant at 6.30pm. We arrived to an empty restaurant. there were still plenty of seats available at 7.30pm. Not sure why we had to dine so early? Drinks were very expensive.
Pros: Excellent staff at front desk and concierge desk Happily parked my car with valet service Free room upgrade to accommodate my request for king size bed Easily accessible
Cons: Parking fee per day Food in bar mediocre
Pros: Nice resort for relaxation
Cons: My flight arrived at 7 am. I was hoping to check me in early but was told could not be checked in until noon. Good thing I could use spa until then at least.
Pros: Relaxing spa
Cons: Restaurants were all booked - so we needed to eat in the lounge bar. Food was still good - but would have liked more choice
Pros: The staff was very kind and delivered a high service. Moreover, the K-lounge bar is very convenient when being on rush or just having a little time for lunch/dinner. The room is kinda old looking and from another age (can only recommend to slowly think bringing furnitures back to our time), However, the stay was very comfortable!
Cons: The breakfast - during the week - is supposed to open at 6am. Nevertheless, over my stay - and with my tight schedule - the personal and breakfast was only ready at 6:15 or later... which wasn't proper far meetings starting at 6:45... The rooms are kinda old looking and furnished. I can only recommend to slowly think bringing furnitures back to our time.
Cons: Shower was out of order. No bars or restaurants on new years eve for those not attrndi g the kitch gala.
Pros: The pictures in the bar! Thought provoking, and of historical interest to me.
The lake is beautiful and romantic.
The beds are very comfortable.
The staff are very friendly.
The owner seems to take pride in the property. I asked the staff about a few excellent points with the hotel, and they told me that they were all the owner's own ideas.
Cons: Television channels are very basic. No music channels
An expensive hotel, given its location. I paid for an upgraded room, but I expected something nicer.
Expensive and basic room service, for a 5* of this calibre. This is not a boutique hotel, and shouldn't pretend to be.
With a stay at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof, you'll be centrally located in Frankfurt, steps from Financial District and 5 minutes by foot from Maintower. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Planning an event in Frankfurt? This hotel has facilities measuring 13735 square feet (1276 square meters), including a conference center.
Pros: location is great
Cons: Hotel is uncomfortable, has partly broken equipment and does not cost its money
Pros: The hotel staff was great and I am looking forward to my next stay!! When I made dinner reservations, the hostess was great and the waiter even better! The breakfast was amazing and even though it was a buffet, the waiter was super! It was well worth the price and you are directly in the middle of the city next to some of the nice bars, nightlife and restaurants. The spa was amazing as well and I really enjoyed my time there! I recommend this to any one!
Cons: Some of the hotel was a little dated but I still give this hotel a 9.9 rating!!!
Pros: Grand old hotel, central to most of the tourist areas in Frankfurt.
Cons: The lifts were a bit .... unsafe?! Twice when the lift doors opened at reception, they didn’t without a little help by pushing them apart myself. Also, had some money “disappear” from our room (still under investigation). After the realization unfortunately, the internet provided other examples of this. Travelled all over Europe only for this to happen on our last couple days.
Pros: Location was good. Parking right across the entrance. Walking distance to the shops.
Cons: The balcony door did not close properly so it was noisy at night from the street. The sink was not draining properly and one light was broken in the bathroom. Not acceptable in this hotel category. It takes ages to get a drink/coffee in the bar.
Pros: The location
Cons: Room needs renovation
Pros: Beautiful and opulent with such old-world charm. The corridors remind me of the Overlook Hotel from The Shining. Staff were superb, as was the location. Two sessions of room cleaning / service per day felt a little bit invasive at first but I guess that’s in line with their service standards.
Cons: Dim lighting in the room was a little bit of a downer. I stayed 10 days but never quite got used to it.
Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location. A lot of history explained. Spa was brilliant. Would highly recommend it.
Pros: Great location. Great bed and linens
Cons: French restaurant was closed on Sunday. Bathroom cabinet and mirror frame had some damage due to humidity
Pros: Amazing hotel close to to the shopping area and the Romer. Rooms were were well furnished and the staff was excellent. I accidentally left my glasses at the hotel, and they even shipped them to another German hotel free of charge (the hotel offered to shipped to our house in the US, but we wa tee them so I er so they had no issue shipping the to our hotel in Rothenburg).
Cons: Everything. Great location, great staff and nice rooms. Highly recommend.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Frankfurt? Pros: Good location if you are visiting Frankfurt Messe. Restaurants and shops in the area and in the Skyline Plaza Mall.
Pros: Very convenient. Across the street from Skyline Shopping Mall. About 10 min walk from tram station. Friendly staff and very clean accommodations.
Cons: Buffet breakfast was limited but warm and tasty. A bit far to walk to downtown shopping and restaurants/bars but possible.
Pros: The hotel and room were great. I stayed in a studio which had a kitchenette and this allowed convenience when it came to breakfast as well as being cheaper than buying breakfast every day. The room had everything I needed and the location was easy walking distance to major tourist sites and the rail station.
Cons: There's a lot of construction going on around the hotel so there were street closures that added a little time to walking/driving when getting to/from the hotel. Nothing too inconvenient.
Pros: Nice staff，very good location to the subway and visit the fair, free coffee at the lobby.
Pros: Room was very nice. We booked for 3 and didnt comprehend that the 3rd person bed was pullout divan but that was a very high quality bed and comfy for that person. We had a sick person with us and staff went out their way to locate a doctor - much appreciated.
Cons: Not much really. Construction next door was a bit ugly and the general area between Citadines and Railway not that savoury.
Pros: Well equipped kitchen
Cons: Bathroom wasn’t as clean as rest of the space
Pros: The room was very nice, and the kitchen was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed comfy.
Cons: It's a bit of a walk from the train station or to anything in the city center.
With a stay at Steigenberger Airport Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Frankfurt, within a 15-minute drive of Commerzbank-Arena and Congress Center Messe Frankfurt. Pros: I did like the attitude of the staff, the food.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the pool was without water.
Pros: Cosey and clean
Pros: Near from the airport, but not too expensive. Frequent shuttle bus. Food of room service was good.
Cons: Mirror of our room got rust partly.
Pros: great hotel for transiting through frankfurt. super convenient. wld defn stay here again next time im transiting. good food option on site and near cool woody area for an outdoor run.
Pros: Proximity to airport, amenities p
Cons: Parking seperate, hotel appeared steril, no comfy touches
Pros: As usual, I liked that it is very close and convenient. Breakfast is great.
Cons: I did not like the fact that wi-fi was not working in the room (room 860), and I had to change the room for this reason. I also did not like that the water massage did not work in the pool.
Pros: Location for work
Cons: This was my first stay for 1 night only, so did have time to see what the hotel offered.
Cons: the pillows and mattresses need replacing
Pros: Easy Check in and check out.
Cons: It was farther from the airport than I would have liked.
Pros: Gave us an unexpected upgrade on rooms! The view, bed and room service was amazing! My son loved the pool and keeps wanting to go back to the hotel again. Excellent place and even though it was right next to the airport, you couldn’t hear airplane
Cons: Wish there was early check in or free parking. The parking is 20 euro each time, but it is close.
Pros: Cleanliness, close location to FRA airport., bus service to/from airport.
Cons: There was no assistance getting in and out of their bus with luggage at the hotel. Manager's comment: no budget for extra help and bus driver should assist. No assistance was provided either at hotel or airport.
Cons: The room was great. The reception staff was fine as well. However, I had dinner at the bar restaurant and the service was poor. I waited over 20 min for a server to even bring a menu. Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing

Cons: Softer bed and larger room
Pros: comfortable bed, nice tv, beautiful bath and super convenient location for the airport and restaurants.
Cons: overcharged me by $58. I prepaid $---- for my room and they charged me $58 when I checked in. Plus they charged another $16 to my card for some unexplained reason. I would like to receive a refund of the extra $58.19 charged to my card.
Cons: Overpriced breakfast
Pros: In fact it was very easy for me to go every day to messe Hotel is clean and I was Di satisfy
Pros: How elegant the hotel was and how welcoming the staff were.
Pros: Frankly everything cleanness comfortable and staff very helpful location lit bit faraway from local station
Pros: Well first I had a normal room, I had some issues with the mini fridge it did not work, hotel employee was able to get me into another room that was very nice .
Cons: The only thing I did not like was that my fridge did not work - I wish I could have stayed there the whole time it was definitely a treat for me.
Cons: in-room dining .. quality of the food was bad.
Pros: Easy access to airport.
Cons: Took us a little while to find. It didn’t specify East or West.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good, and the location was excellent. Easy to get to and from the airport and very convenient to get to the train stations to get around Frankfurt.
Cons: Our toilet seat was dirty when we got in (it got cleaned, and we got some chocolate), and it took about 10 minutes to get checked in because of a slow customer and not enough front desk staff, but it wasn’t too bad.

Lounge-if you have access to the lounge then you have a nice served with different menu every hours and pretty decent for kind of full meal.
Cons: Parking-pretty expensive 32euro per night and not for in n out, hourly about 3.5euro.
Elevator-very old and very slow; the sensor sometime doesn't work and got hit once.
Payment-if you're using card from US, they automatically carge it to USD with mark up 3%.
Pros: Very comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location for a trade show
Pros: Great location for Messe events.
Cons: Elevators were slow and inadequate.
Pros: Clean rooms , good location
Doesn't even have umbrellas for guests
Pros: + beautiful room with great view (skyscraper) + very centrally located + friendly and helpful staff + excellent room service breakfast
Cons: - food in champions bar was really not good
Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: Too far, and it's in the middle of nowhere and overpriced.
Pros: I like all the Marriott Hotels over the world
Pros: The location, the room, the lounge.
Cons: The minibar was almost empty. Just a couple of mineral water bottles. The staff was not as friendly as I expected them to be. The rooms do not have free wi-fi and the daily Internet fees are high.
Pros: The view and location of this hotel.
Cons: Quite cold impersonal customer experience. Front desk staff stiff and non-engaged with the customer experience.

Pros: The hotel’s is easy to get. 15 minutes of walk from central train station in one direction and here we are. The room was pretty and well-lit. Comfortable bathroom with all needed amenities.
Cons: There was no a complimentary bottle of water in the room, only in mini-bar for additional pay. In the end of our staying, all urns in the room were filled with garbage, and although we were absent almost one day, nobody cleaned them up. A squeaking mattress.
Pros: Very friendly staff) Very comfortable hotel) Recommend)
Pros: Great bathroom. Nice stuff.
Cons: Poor wifi. Location looks good but in real it is nit so close to train station or to the city center.
Pros: The location is quite good, tram and u bahn is directly on the other side of the road. Luckily i got a parking slot. There are only about 5 or 6 parking slots available. Breakfast was quite good as well. Had different things to choose from. The view from the hotel was quite good as well, directly on the road but no load noises inside the room.
Cons: Everything was quite good
Pros: It was great to stay in this place, during my trip to Europe I stayed in lots of hotels but this was the only one I liked more for the amount I paid.
Pros: Stayed just one night but the room was quite confortable, clean and nice decorated. The stuff was polite but during the check-in they didn't speak English, which is quite typical for Germans but still does not make a good impression to the customers. The location was great, close to the Frankfurt Main Hbf (train station) - 10 minutes walk. Nice and safe neighborhoud. Adequate amentities.
Cons: The bed and the matress was quite firm and a bit uncomfortable. There was only one quite small blanket and one pillow... not what you expect when you go into your room. I understand that it was a single room, but still, it could have a bigger blanket and a second pillow.

Pros: Excellent room and location
Cons: Nothing. All excellent!

Pros: It is the worst hotell
Cons: Every thing
Pros: Good location friendly staff
Pros: It had a pool.
Cons: They should have a separate spa jacuzzi for people that do not want to have naked people in it with them.
Cons: Had to pay extra for wifi
Pros: Good breakfast , clean and priced accordingly
Pros: Quiet nights, big atrium.
Cons: Soft mattress, thin duvet/comforter, old, worn and flat pillow, slow wifi, no complimentary coffee at lobby during morning hours. More like a 3.5-4 stars hotel. Not measure up to 5 stars Customer services are slow, indifferent!
Pros: Location is great, facilities are great. Room was great, view was great. Staff was also very helpful.
Cons: The WiFi situation was pretty annoying. They did provide it for free in the end, but we had to jump through a lot of hoops (first night we didn’t have WiFi, then we had, but then the code stopped working and we had to call them again). They also made us wait for 30min because the room was not available (despite the fact it was already 17:00). Shower temp. fluctuated just enough to be sometimes uncomfortable (but not unbearable). But otherwise it was a great stay.
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: Everything. Service is bad, not again.
Pros: Location, cleanness , the quality of service and the property
Cons: Nothing. There were all good.
Pros: The location was great! Within walking distance to the city center.
Cons: Male front desk staff.
Pros: Good bed, good sized room.
Cons: There's a nightclub at the ground floor of the hotel and at 2-3am we were awoken by music on Friday and Saturday nights. The breakfast is 33 euros, which is expensive for a standard breakfast. It's not a 5 star hotel.
With a stay at Roomers in Frankfurt (Gutleutviertel), you'll be steps from Financial District and 9 minutes by foot from Frankfurt Opera House. Featured amenities include express check-out, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: A daily late night (open till midnight, free for hotel guests) visit to the wellness was a very pleasant routine to perform
Cons: The fridge in our room was not cooling. But we ignored to mention it to the staff during our stay. We will when checking out.
Cons: Spa could be better
Cons: Not enough light in the room
Pros: Quirky hotel with a good bed and laced with sexual innuendo.
Pros: My partner and I were blown away by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms, the elevators, the decor to the handles to the major doors. The checkin/out beverage is a wonderful touch. The rooms are sexy, and sophisticated. The hallways are immaculate. Our favorite was probably the rain shower in the room and the spa upstairs is well worth it's reputation. The bar was fun and the service was good.
Cons: We had one issue and that was houeskeeping opeing our door though we left the 'do not disturb' sign on. Usually I would be livid for an intrusion of that sort but I had such a great evening prior. It was forgivable. I did not even mention it to the front desk.
Pros: Great looking hotel inside. Nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: No air-con so quite stuffy in the room. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work in first room (they did swap rooms for us though) only to find the fridge in the next room gave out after 24hours. Things in the fridge aren’t cold. Also, no daily bottled water supplied - something I have kinda come to expect in non-budget hotels.
Pros: One of the best hotels ever seen!!!!! Worldwide
Cons: Nothing really. Well just only one thing. They block the money on your credit card but then they want the payment out of that blocking then you could pay even 400 EUR for a room you have booked for just EUR 100 A small thing that will keep me a bit away from this hotel even if is an amazing hotel
A stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper places you in the heart of Frankfurt, steps from Frankfurt Opera House and Financial District. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Frankfurt? This hotel has facilities measuring 2024 square feet (188 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: All of the staff that I encountered at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant being open on the bank holiday was fabulous. The studio rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms.
Cons: The room smelt of cigarettes and I didn’t like “housekeeping” knocking on my door and wanting to come into my room at 9am when check-out isn’t until 10!
Pros: Everything from the staff, location, amenities and facilities. I have never stayed at a better hotel. Nothing is perfect, but wow, the service I received too, I was just amazed. I have two kids too and we all were treated respectfully and the staff had so much patience for us. Wish we could have returned the favour some how.
Pros: Waking distance to Christmas Market.
Pros: Location staff food was good
Cons: It was too expensive and hot in the room
Pros: Very convenient location, well maintained and very clean with helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!
The 25hours Hotel The Goldman makes a colourful statement that contrasts sharply with the same look often favoured by hotels. Two unique atmospheres are combined in one hotel. The 49 rooms in the western wing draw their inspiration from local personalities and present Frankfurt as an urban metropolis. Meanwhile, the 48 rooms in the eastern part of the building were inspired by both the architecture and the philosophy of the United Nations headquarters in New York.
Pros: Quirky designed lobby. Thoughtfully laid out and designed rooms. Down duvet. Nicely scented and gentle shower gel, shampoo and body cream provided. Decent hair dryer
Cons: In a quiet part of town but subsequently quite a long way from most things. However we could hire bikes
Pros: Really nice hotel ...service amazing and front desk very accommodating.
Cons: The service and restaurant inside
Pros: Excellent bed an bed sheets!! Eco friendly touch. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Original decoration. I'm a fan! :)
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and really nice, comfortable and exciting rooms. The rooms have personality and style! Good bed and nice bathroom. They have a very good restaurant (see reviews on Open table), which we didn't try though. Good value for Money
Cons: Location: it feels a little off and the immediate area was a without charm. Taxi to the city centre is 12-15 minutes and about €12 and going to the Messe (our reason for the trip) took 20-30 minutes (Walking and one change). Nice, but next time we'll stay closer to the Messe and restaurants. Only big dissapointment is breakfast - very average and cost €18
Pros: Breakfast is very good (with salmon, I hate when the hotel does not serve salmon for breakfast).
Cons: There is only ambiental lighting in the room, it is too dark to put your make up on.
Pros: The design of the hotel and simplicity.
Cons: The breakfast and food options are asking...need to improve.
Pros: Quirky and sleek design, friendly staff, free Mini Cooper to use.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dark, the area is about 15 min tram ride from the center.
Pros: Very centralized and good location, near to eateries, old town, and the shopping street. the hotel is also very comfortable, well thought out, and spacious.
Cons: breakfast included in the price would have been a bonus
Pros: When we arrived at the hotel they could not find out booking. This was due to the fault of Kayak and the website they referred us to, Rent a room.
The staff were so helpful. They found us a room and assured us we would not be charged twice for our stay.
The staff and facilities at this hotel are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here but do not book through Kayak. Only book through the hotels website.
With a stay at The Frankfurt Hotel in Frankfurt (Bahnhofsviertel), you'll be steps from Financial District and 10 minutes by foot from Frankfurt Opera House. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: We wanted to stay one day in Frankfurt to see the museums, and
this is a good place to stay for that purpose. The rooms are modern
and well equipped. The breakfast is great. The hotel is also relatively
The location - across the square from the railway station - makes
planning of travel easy.
Cons: The area by the railway station is not the most pleasant in the city.
Plenty of beggars around, and not very clean. We felt safe, though.
Pros: Location. Clean, value for money.
Pros: Beautiful, spaces room and bathroom, delicious buffet breakfast
Cons: Nothing. All was great.
Pros: Staff cooperation, cleanliness, location
Cons: Iron not available, expensive need more halal items in breakfast
Cons: Breakfast could be better (as for 4* hotel)
Cons: My room's window was facing street light. So I could not open curtains because it was coming right ion my face while lying down on the bed.
Cons: Rude staff, we asked for tea bags, milk and sugar. They refused to give more than one tea bag and said we need to pay for tea bags . We were charged 210 euros per night and were spoken to rudely. The manager is not accessible to the guests as well. Very poor and rude service
Africa, Asia, Oceania, distant lands, foreign cultures. From the ground floor to the loft, each floor of the 25hours Hotel The Trip is reminiscent of adventurous journeys and legendary expeditions. The Arctic, tropics and mountains become laid-back sanctuaries imbued with a quiet thirst for adventure and a longing for faraway places.
Pros: It was very different and interesting decoration, the room was comfy. The restaurant was delicioussss!!
Cons: Surroundings were not pretty. Even it is located so near main station, this area is packed with homeless, drug dealers and people injecting themselves drugs in the street. It was very shocking and sad. It didnt feel safe to walk around the blocks near hotel.
Pros: We like Employees' service. We like room space. We like location,
Cons: usually, other hotel standard rooms are automatically provided with some coffee and tea plus electric kettle and coffee/tea cups. But at this hotel, only some types of rooms are. However, you can ask for all from the reception counter. For shower room, it is so artistic that there is no curtain to prevent showering water spreading around the shower room. The hotel is attentive to customers enough to provide shopping bag but overlooks more necessary facilities for staying like cups and kettle as mentioned above.
Cons: It was very dark in the room, there was just a small ceiling light and the window was facing a small courtyard - no view. It was a little cold in the room and I couldn't get the heating to work properly... which was all fine, until Saturday night I came home not too late from dinner and the club next door was just too loud. Until 7.00 in the morning I could hear the loud music and didn't get any sleep. It was awful... I wish someone had told me before.
Pros: located very close to central station
Pros: Let us check in really early (7:30 am!) - we really appreciated this after a 23-hour flight with 2 kids in tow.
Pros: Really trendy decor and excellent facilities. One of the most unique hotels I’ve stayed in. Lovely staff too - would definitely stay again if I was in Frankfurt :)
Pros: Close to Messe, near the tram line; good food and tasty cocktails, hip space and rooms. Free bikes!
Cons: They have an affiliation with a gym but there was a hug disconnect between the front desk staff and the gym itself; make sure you get a clear breakdown of what is offered. \
The biggest complaint though, was someone on my team had booked a room through an online vendor, but her father died the night before; when she tried to cancel, they weren't willing to work with her because of the online booking; they wanted to charge her for 90% of the room. Short-sighted of them, as we stay there for a trade show every year. Best they could offer was a credit for a few months. I tried to talk to them but they were not willing to negotiate. Too bad, as we liked the place but probably won't stay there again.

Pros: Friendliness of Staff. Quick to accommodate.
Cons: Old staff
Pros: Premiere location for departing flights--7 minutes from hotel to ticket counter!
Cons: They nickel and dime you for everything--internet, water, etc. Their dining prices are outrageous, unless you have an expense account.
Pros: The breakfast is outstanding. The help we were given was great. They printed out our boarding passes for us and also arranged to have assistance for the next morning at 4A.M.. The people were there right on time.
Cons: The only problem was the shower and the bathroom door. We have never had a problem, but both were a problem. They needed to be fixed. The door could only be opened from the inside and it was not locked. If I had fallen or needed help my husband could not have opened the door. We should have notified the staff but we had to make an early flight so there was not time. Other than that the stay was great as always.
Pros: If you don't want to travel to a hotel then it's an absolutely perfect location for the airport as it is inside the terminal. has a great breakfast too!
Cons: Dinner: It has primarily a steak menu but this time around my rib-eye steak was under-cooked (wanted medium, served rare), they did change it but unfortunately the quality of the cut the hotel received was tough. It was taken off my bill, but I was left feeling that I had not has a good main course and by that time, to choose something different, was not an option at this late stage; I settled for a desert. Hopefully next time all will be good? Hotel: It lacks a nice lounge area. You either have to sit in the open plan Starbucks cafe or some random seating placed in the reception hall area, where all the guest walk to and from, the lifts to the rooms!
Pros: Mannered & attentive personnel. Easy to find hotel
Pros: Location is perfect
Cons: The staff in the Check in give us a Room which is lower level and type(standard) and I was booked a premium Room type .... after 10 min he realized the difference and had change it and apologize.
Cons: Needs better food options.
Pros: Very comfortable and convenient airport hotel
Cons: Check in process seemed complicated. We had asked for 2 rooms close together- they were on the same floor, but could not have been further apart
Cons: Hotel is dated. Or at least my room was. Wallpaper was peeling and then there was food on the floor.
Pros: excellent location and very clean and new
Cons: you could hear people talking in the corridor
Cons: Quite large and took a while to get to the room
