Cons. The room was great. The reception staff was fine as well. However, I had dinner at the bar restaurant and the service was poor. I waited over 20 min for a server to even bring a menu. Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing
