Room key wasn’t operational. When asking staff to either open door or get somebody who could the discussion shifted to their problem of not getting in trouble with their manager. In short zero service.

Cons (-) I had hard time finding the hotel, because of lack of clear visible signs in airport. Especially I got lost in the plaza just before, where escalators are. No signs where to go to find it.
