Didn't even get to drive the carCons:Booked the CarTrawler. Couldn't change details at car pick up so was charged the full cost of the car without getting near the vehicle. Unbelievably bad service between the booking company and National. Customer assistant immensely unhelpful at San Francisco. Pros:the rate was not honored and wanted to triple the cost. the agent claimed a "glitch" in the system had given me that rate and adding 12 hours to it 9 am vs 9 am voided my rateCons:i wish i could had added 12 hours to my reservation without triple the cost. i cancelled and went thru to costco still at a higher rate but lower that this agencyReviewed Jul 24 2019

Cons:Drop off was terrible, they were in such a rush to get us out of the car and onto the airport shuttle that we left and a hat and maybe other things in the car. We were early for our flight and had no need for their rush. Hope the hat fit one of your employees.Reviewed Mar 6 2018
