Cons: Rude employee, hair in shower, dingy room, broken bed frame, broken storage unit, brown pudding? on bed skirt. Phone only useable on speaker. Could hear EVERY SINGLE TIME upstairs guests rolled over....their 1 am exercise routine was a real treat. Gross.

Cons: Hotel was off the beaten path - not hard to get to but nowhere to eat. No ammenities whatsoever. Room was tiny. I would rate this as a 2.5 at best. To other travelers, there is a lot better places to stay and at this time of year you can do better

Cons: The rooms could use updating-- they were definitely showing wear and tear and looked worn. All facilities could have used a better cleaning really. Also- did not know upon booking that they require a $100 deposit, took several days to be returned which was a totally unexpected inconvenience.

Cons: The parking situation at the location needs some work. There are only four parking spots for each building, so at night there was no convenient parking available. Also, the showers are not made for people over five feet tall.

Cons: The room smelled as if someone had been smoking in there. The water pressure in the shower was awful! The towels were very rough and there was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom (3 tubes of body lotion). Not good to discover this once you are already in the shower!!!

Cons: Aside from what I had already paid for my room, $282 was taken from my account without my knowledge for incidentals, and in case something happened to my room. It was eventually credited back to my account, but I was not told beforehand.

Cons: Pillows were flat. They charge for bottled water in the room. The coffee maker in room didn't work. The breakfast was 12.00 a piece. Cheaper at the Cracker Barrel up the street. No free newspaper. Too expensive for what you get and it wasn't even in season.

Cons: The hotel has construction going on right now so its a bit of an inconvenience. The washers and dryers are horrible - they clean nothing; so go to a laundromat to wash. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned - I found leftover food in my microwave.

Cons: It was way too humid inside the hotel. There was mold on my lampshade. The hotel staff were usually smoking outside the front door. I had to go to the front desk to pick up toilet paper in the middle of the night because there wasn't any extra in my room. My clothes that I brought home smell like mold.

Cons: The only issue I had was with a broken hair dryer that was shorting out and shooting sparks. I obviously couldn't use it for safety reasons and had to go to sleep with a wet head (because it was so late at night I didn't call the front desk).

The utensils were placed in the cups with the handles down, which meant all hands were on the forks, spoons and knives. One day the coffee creamers were stuck in the bowl because they were sticky. The room had a musty smell. There was rust in the bathtub and the bathtub fixtures.

Cons: Called the front desk to get our bathroom cleaned while we were out (shower was dirty when we arrived). When we returned, nothing had been cleaned. Room curtains, etc were dirty and old. Windows could not be completely covered at night so we felt exposed. It happy with room or service, and it was very expensive for 1 night.

Cons: I made the reservation due to location and because they advertised an indoor pool which I wanted for my daily therapy. When I arrived the place was under construction and the indoor pool was closed, Front desk personnel were rude. Outside my sliding glass door was trash, old mattresses piled up and there was no drapes to block out light. No room phone. When I asked for a refund I was told there were no refund. Two of the front desk clerk were incredibly rude. Cigarette butts everywhere by the entryway. I will never stay there again. I am relocating to the area for my business and I am in charge of finding hotels for my clients and for our company. I will NOT recommend this hotel. I call IHG Hotel customer services and I was on hold for 25 minutes then asked way too many question about my account then the call was disconnected.

Cons: The hotel room had mold on the ceiling and everything seemed like it had water on it. It made food soggy and clothes wrinkled from the moisture in the room. When the room had been cleaned they did not wipe any dressers or the desk down. Did not take care of cups we had used. The hot tub could have been painted to look a litter nicer. The food was the same every day. But I guess that's what you get for the price.

Cons: When we pulled into the parking lot we saw chunks of the building had fallen off. The area the hotel was in was very run down. Lots of closed down businesses. Overgrown vegitation. Immediately we asked to see a room and we were told NO. The woman at the front counter was the most rude person ive evermet in my life. She should not hold a job where she deals with people. The rooms smelled like mildew and the guests were smoking weed. We finally got in contact with the manager after day 3. He was very nice and transferred us to a partner hotel which wasnt much better. Overall most people from that area were rude.

Asked for a room with a king bed and got put in a room with two doubles. Worst was the fact that there was no hot water. I will not stay in this hotel again.
