I love their prices and the balcony
I didn't like that my balcony was to the pool instead of the beach.
Now I loved the fact they have so many pools for the kids to enjoy themselves and also the hot tubs for the adults.
We kept seeing little bugs(roaches) in our room. This time of year they need to heat up the pool more if they're gonna have the doors and the sunroof open the water was entirely too cold for the kids.
Made reservations at the last minute. When we got there we were shocked by the amount of people standing in line. We were told by one of the guards on duty that some people had waited in line for 2 hours!!! He stated there was a computer problem. So yes upon entering the building the line was very long. I've worked customer service for many years and I've found it satisfactory to let my patrons aware of why the lines were long. I've actually walked down the line to apologize and offer complimentary bottles of water. It makes the patrons feel appreciated after all they chose my establishment to spend there money when they could have went elsewhere. When we reached the counter a younger guy was very nice. When I asked about the long lines and if there was someone we could talk to he mentioned someone would be there the next morning. Then and older guy jumped in and said nobody would be there and it would not do us any good to talk to anyone. He went on to explain that they always have long lines during Valentine weekend. Really? Yet you have not found a way to improve upon the wait. I was very disappointed in how the issue was handled and my 1.5 hour wait seemed unimportant to the staff.
Easy access to the beach and pools were nice.
When we arrived to our first room there was a terrible smell of marijuana coming from one of the surrounding rooms to ours. You could smell it as soon as you stepped off the elevator. We went back down to request a new room and even decided to upgrade to a deluxe to make sure we had a better experience. The room was fine however we did find 2 roaches crawling on the wall and the floor. Overall it was fine for 2 nights stay but probably won’t be back.
The pools and the non smoking rooms
