Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the beach, but reviews were overwhelmingly negative about cleanliness, with many reporting dirty rooms, mold, stained bedding, and unclean floors. Service was also a major concern, as guests frequently mentioned a lack of staff, poor customer support, and difficulty obtaining basic amenities like towels and blankets. The pool was often described as dirty and unusable. Several guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds and the lack of proper bedding. Overall, while the location was praised, the hotel failed to meet expectations in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
