Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Many reviewers also mention that the hotel provides good value for the price, with affordable rates and reasonable amenities. However, cleanliness is a major concern for numerous guests, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, linens, and common areas. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests finding the staff helpful and responsive, while others report unhelpful or rude interactions.
