Pros: Clean, new, lots of hot water, good breakfast, free movies, nice small gym on the 10th floor with a view of the city and room for getting the sun, also great for watching the sunset. Desk staff was super especially Ines.
Cons: Some folks on desk had a bit of difficulty with English.

Pros: The check in was flawless and the room excellent. Nice bed, and almost no noise. Great value.
Cons: The first room had a strong tobacco stink. It was really bad, but as soon as we call reception, they gave apologies and immediately found another room for us.

Pros: The location was really great. It has excellent rooms. Nice air conditioning. Complete breakfast. Check-out was a breeze.
Cons: No free parking in a difficult zone. The check-in was slow, my electronic booking wasn't found even using the number. Finally everything was OK. There was no one at the SPA to supervise or to clean. Used towels were thrown carelessly around. No bathrobes at the room to go to the SPA. No glasses/cups on the room. Only one glass at the bathroom.

Pros: They charged me $500 to do a load of laundry. Never gave me a receipt until I checked out, and had done 3 loads of laundry. $1500 for 3 loads of laundry. Should have been $500 PESOS. Would have been $20 per load. Ridiculous behavior by a hotel chain.

Pros: Staff had good disposition to assist and breakfast was quite complete. Location is good, next to rambla and the montevideo shopping.
Cons: Pillows were a bit thin and you can hear everything from the rooms adjacent like TV or toilets flushing. Apart from this the stay was very pleasant.

Pros: The facilities were OK, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.
Cons: No garage.Expensive (US$ 20) and no room left. The receptionist didn't have our reservation. The hotel charged again the stay so I had to ask for a refund (which they promptly acknowledged). Kind of messy service but overall it was OK.

Cons: We reserved a room with two single beds and they put is in a room with three single beds. The third was like a rollaway bed that was annoying to have in there and took up too much room. We got in at about 2:30am and had to leave at around 9am so it didn't make sense to try to get them to take it away. And then we woke up in the morning and discovered there were no towels. Not impressed.

Pros: View of the River Plate
Cons: Staff was unfriendly and seldom helpful; hotel is in desperate need of upkeep and maintenance. Food selection at restaurant is mediocre at best. No restaurant on weekends??? No air conditioner because they set to "cold climate conditions" on a set date regardless of what current weather conditions are outside. Hot and no air condition is hardluy expected from a hotel.

Pros: Location is excellent however because it is in the center of town there is a lot of homeless people in the area including at least 2 living right in front of the hotel who are constantly bugging you for money.
Cons: The breakfast was horrible. After the first day we ended up paying for breakfast at a restaurant around the corner. Cleanliness was lacking. The maids only clean on the surface. Our bathtub had a ring around it and it looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned for months. The staff did not clean our room on the 24th or the 25th of December Bc they were on holiday. When my child spilled chips on the floor, the maid only picked up the visible chips not the ones around our bed, night table, suit cases. I would not stay there again.

Pros: Liked the location. Hotel was located close to the business district and walking distance to some of the most important touristic sites.
Cons: Feel like room was misrepresented. Mine had really old furniture, and felt more like a low-grade motel. This was in contrast to a new/modern lobby and breakfast area.

Cons: The lobby is amazing. Looks like a 4 star but once you get out of the elevator it becomes a 2 star. Dingy at best. This place was safe and the staff were great but some paint and new carpeting would make this place great.
