Never stayed there
Kayak terrible. We cancelled, and cancelled and you still keep surveying. What?!?
It was a good hotel to stay in
The breakfast was very good. I saved a lot of time by eating at the hotel. Breakfast was included. There were lots of cable channels, over 100, and free wifi.
The sink drained slowly
Wonderful mattress and linens. Room large.
Breakfast room VERY crowded. Barely room to move.
Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was nice, but a bit small for the number of people there in the mornings. Items ran out often , but were replenished in a timely manner.
We stayed for 8 days and by the end of our stay the room was starting to smell musty from the air conditioner.

Staff in breakfast area was not attentive nc many items were empty. Front desk staff replenished the coffee for us. Front desk staff in fact were very nice all days of our stay.

A couple unfriendly desk workers, not a big deal but would have appreciated more friendly service when checking out.
1) Staff was attentive to provide comfortable stay at the facility. 2) Noise level was excellent and didn't intrude into the room.
1) I am very disappointed that my over - week long stay at the Comfort Inn doesn't count towards my membership points with their hotel group of which I'm a member, or with Hotels.com of which I'm also a member. 2) We had to re-validate our room keys four times during our stay, because they were not good after a couple of days...
