Pros: I enjoyed the breakfast selection - esp. the baguette. The fresh orange juice is also exquisite. Overall, not too overwhelming, but just right.
Cons: Please provide bubble bath, in addition to bath salt.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The junior suit room my family of 3 stayed in, good size, lovely decor, exclusive, separate pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing is perfect
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I visit Manila frequently and stay either and Shangri-La and the Fort or Grand Hyatt, both at BGC. If these 2 hotels are contemporary modern 5-Star, then Raffles at Makati will fall under the aristocratic and elegant 5-Star category, oozing with class and grandeur. We stayed for 1 night at the Raffles Junior Suite. The staff at Raffles treated us like they really valued us. The complimentary high tea at Raffles was exceptional. I got a sense that for the folks at Raffles, running the hotel is not just about running a business - they treat it like a work of art. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Great breakfast buffet Really comfortable bed Nice staff

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just awesome. A five star hotel with five star service, food and location.
Cons: However, it does not match the extra service and amenities that Raffles Singapore offer. No Singapore Sling as a welcome drink for guests....we were spoiled by Raffles Singapore : )

Pros: Everything- stands to its reputation as 5 stars rating hotel
Cons: The Bar is temporarily used as designated smoking area and with only pool bar left for use, not many choices for few drinks at night.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good Service
Cons: Limited food choices
7,1 Good
Cons: We follow their social media accounts and was lured by their Christmas decors to book during holiday break. To our surprise, decors were taken down on Dec 27 and is being replaced by new years decor which was far incomparable. Was really disappointed and probably will consider another hotel next yuletide who can wait for the 3 Kings to formally end Christmas.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The place is superb and all the staff are friendly. The place is clean and safe, especially that we have kids with us.
Cons: The food is expensive. I hope they will also provide iron inside the rooms for convenience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: new rooms, food, ambience, everything!
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Aircon was not so cold, engineering personnel was sent immediately to check the aircon after we informed the guest relations personnel.
5,8 Okay
Cons: I arrived after earliest check in time but my room wasn’t ready yet, I was asked to wait in the lobby without any apologies, but the worst part was, on the following morning, I just noticed all corners of the windows are full of some kind of mold, or dried up foam, I don’t know what it is. I planned to tell the staffs if they asked me how was my stay, but it seems no one cares to ask me not even during check out (I’m sure it’s not busy since I’m the only person at the front desk). Well, I think there is a lot of room for improvement for a 5-star hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A wide range of facilities and services open almost 25/7. The gym is open all day long while the spa is open until midnight and the swimming pool remains accessible until 10 pm. The 'Salon de Ning' is nicely decorated as well as the adjacent cocktail ba
10,0 Excellent
Pros: 1. The staff were amazing. 2. The customer service and general responsiveness to all enquiries and requests was excellent. 3. It's 7 minutes walk from all the malls. Or you could use the shuttle service to and from the malls. 4. The bed, sheets and pillows: sleeping in a cloud experience. Definitely going to be highly recommended and a favourite for my family and I for all our trips to Manila.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was one the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The ambiance, the decor of the hotel truly made it a 5 Stars high-class hotel.
Cons: The only issue I had is when I checked into the hotel ( I booked 2 rooms) I was told that there was only free breakfast for only one of the rooms and then I had to show on my confirmation that there was indeed free breakfast for both rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the facilities they offer and also the service of the stuff.
Cons: The price of the meals was to expensive for my opinion.

Pros: Near the shopping district and restaurants Breakfast Buffet staff was very helpful
Cons: No Bidet, theres cockroaches in the bathroom Upon check in they did not assist my father to bring their belongings to his room.Upon check out they forget my luggage in the room and asking they don’t have the key where we already gave the key to front office. 6,0 Good
Pros: Continental Club buffet was excellent.
Cons: The view from rm 4216 was bad -- the side of the next building. The hallway was dim and the light switch didn't work. The bathroom floor had pee stains around the toilet. The speakers in the bathroom were loud and could not be modulated. The room temperature was cold and The AC controls were not intuitive. It's like they just dump you into the room and left you to figure out how to work things out. I thought of asking for another room but it was too much of a bother for a one night stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Concierge took several hours to bring up our luggage

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport and resort world
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room and its amenities. The hotels location is excellent.
Cons: What I didn't like is that the hotel management shortchanged us on my reservation. My reservation indicated that dinner is included for 3 persons but when we are checking in, the hotel gave us a 4,000 pesos food voucher at Cru Steakhouse instead wherein it is clearly indicated on my reservation that dinner is included for 3 guests. I argued with the front office staff but she told me that the management said that I am only entitled for 4000 pesos voucher only. I just don't complain anymore that time because I am with my 2 sons and Im trying to control my anger because it is Christmas Eve and I don't want to spoil my bonding with my children that night. I am a frequent traveller here and abroad and this is the first time that a 5 star hotel tricked me on my reservation. This incident cost me another 7000 pesos for our dinner at Cru. The management should not do this to its patrons, this will be a bad image for the Hotel. I hope they should do something about it. I feel very bad having tricked.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist - he is so nice. Bed- comfy Bathroom - Spacious and clean Aircon - Cold Restaurant - Buffet is okay but not superb maybe because only few foods left Overall - 9/10

Pros: Loved the friendliness of staff from check in to check out! We were in the west wing which has its own reception. Its so quiet in this wing! The rooftop pool was absolutely sensational! The room we had was clean, large and very nice! Plenty of supplies and cleaned so well. Staff at this hotel are very attentive and loved how friendly they all are!
Cons: The hotel was extremely crowded but its wedding season so that was the only negative.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect, We need a hotel close the Airport. Two luggages of mine were delay, so I can go to the Airport terminal 3 by foot to keep it. The day of my transfer to Bohol, the timing was short and the shuttle's driver helps us to arrive on time at the Airport. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Traffic in Manila SUCKS is the only problem
8,5 Excellent
Cons: Found baby cockroaches twice in the room. Otherwise felt very clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Television reception was great. Wi-fi was superior of other hotels I've been. Beds were of utmost comfort and we saw and felt that beddings were clean. The rooms itself were furnished well.
Cons: The shower in one of the rooms we occupied was leaking from the side but it was not a big deal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I booked two rooms for my friends and I. After the the unfortunate incident occurred with the unpleasant poker player setting fires inside resorts world my friends decided to stay in another hotel. Marriott was very accommodating with allowing me to use the credit to upgrade my room and not lose the credit I had already paid for. I took advantage of the hotel's services and everything was great. Room service, concierge service, restaurants, bellboys, etc. 99% of our stay was above and beyond what we expected.
Cons: The only small caveat was that they lost one of my g/f pieces of laundry but it was no big deal. It was a pair of sports shorts that were very old, so not much loss for us
6,0 Good
Pros: The room is nice and cold. Shuttle to airport is perfect!
Cons: Elevator card does not work always. I will need to call the security to fix and insert card in the elevator. Reception desk not attentive, disorganized Staff does not project good quality customer service.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was asking for an additional service to assist in finding the interpreter for the exhibition and your Cluster Reservations Agents helped me with this. Thank you a lot!
Cons: The wall in the bathroom is tramsparent so it may be uncomfortable for some guests

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Yes the extra bed is comfortable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 different times within 3 weeks in this hotel (we went out of town twice between stays). First of all, the service is impecabble. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The location next to 2 huge malls means the availability of many restaurants and retail shops and services. Being a fairly new hotel, the interiors are very nice and clean, yet it feels homey. I totally felt comfortable here and would go back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Nice big bathroom and a lot of closet space for those staying for a longer time.
Cons: Traffic in lobby area.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Makati. It was close to my appointments during work hours as well as good restaurants and the malls where you can head off after work.
Cons: Maybe the towels and the robes need replacement.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and great amenities. The best part of the hotel is the people there! Amazing staff that’s so accommodating, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. They were super helpful when I had questions navigating the area, arranging transposition, and making sure my stay was pleasant.
Cons: Difficult to initially find the driveway/entrance when traveling there for the first time from the airport (I had to take a taxi since I missed the hotel counter at the airport.)

7,1 Good
Pros: Fast & free wifi, comfy bed, big bathroom & room size.
Cons: Cigarette smoke at the lobby, check in counter and even at the hallway going to our hotel room. The scent of cigarette gets into your hair, body & clothes. Exhaust system isn’t good. You will get dizzy, sick & discomfort inhaling all the 2nd hand smoke from the smokers at the casino.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I booked at Solaire for our family bonding before and after Christmas and after Christmas. We enjoyed the facilities and accommodation. All the staff they attend to our needs and requests.
Cons: I do not think there is something that I dont like. Overall the Hotel is full service and they give satisfaction during my stay. Just a reco, instead of using plastic bottles for the water, they can use reusable bottles.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Checking in and out was easy and staff are very helpful
Cons: We were put in an adjoining room witth a family and the noise through the door was very bad. We called front desk and they transferred us to another room right away!
7,4 Good
Pros: The hotel amenities were above average. The suite we stayed in was clean although I had to ask a 2nd time for a non smoking room. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids but the buffet was priced a little high for the selections available. The staff was really friendly especially the front desk (kudos to Jen).
Cons: We originally had three room reservations the first week we arrived. Three adults got sick and therefore we're unable to make the trip with us so we had to cancel/rebook the third room. Paid cash to upgrade to the deluxe sky tower suite for us to check in the day before our flight which was a week after our first stay. When we got home, there was a charge for the 2nd stay. Called my sister in the Philippines and we had to be on 3way conversation with the manager who swears that there were no charges but just a "hold" for the incidentals. Right now we are waiting for a resolution from them which could take 7-14 days according to the manager on duty.

7,7 Good
Pros: The room at the tower good. Breakfast has lots of choices and good service too.
Cons: When i was online trying to select a room. From the website, the room grade i select was suppose to be the newly renovated rooms with rain shower, marble bathroom counter, tv in bathroom and etc... But when i check in, i was assigned to a older room at the main building without all as described. I call the loddy and they told me that my room grade was not the newly renovated rooms, it is available at the next higher grade room. I was not too happy about this as i feel that i was misleaded to book at this hotel because of the renovation. But not so. I talk to the manager and she allow me to change room, but keep reminding me that this is only a courtesy upgrade, next time please book the higher grade room. My point is that the hotel are giving miskeading into on website to customers and the staff should be aware of the room class and provide the correct room to customer.

Pros: The location was great and the room was clean.
Cons: Check in and the room wasn't ready on time. Check in suppose to be at 3pm but we did not check till 4.10pm. We had to chase the front office to have room available asap. We also requested for baby cot and we were told it's not available. We had to make a complain to the manager and all of a sudden the baby cot is available after speaking to a manager and they could see we were not happy.

Pros: Location is great since different restaurants and malls are just beside the hotel, a good short walking distance, there's also a nearby chapel. I would like to commend Sir Pama of the 15th floor housekeeping. Pros: Outstanding breakfast selections and quality. Staff most helpful and very professional.
Cons: N/A
7,1 Good
Pros: What I liked about the property was the proximity of it to the malls, restaurants, and the airport.
Cons: I didn’t like that the hotel is a bit outdated. The bathrooms didn’t have a bidet, the faucets, bathtubs, and showers need updating. Also the linen in the room we had from 30 DEC 2019 to 02 JAN 2020 smelled funky- - it wasn’t fresh. It was musty and smelled like sweat. The second room we had from 04-06 JAN 2020 was better. The linen was fresh and smelled nice. I wish the breakfast buffet had a bigger selection of American breakfast foods. The waffles and pancakes always ran out. I don’t think the price of around $250 a night was truly worth the room... but given the time of year we stayed I could understand why I paid the amount I did. Overall we enjoyed our time and will consider staying at Shangri-La again.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Central, Christmas decorations, dramatic staircases, excellent service from all staff, close to airport, nice view, nice pool, breakfast buffet choices Across the street from so much shopping. Restaurants nearby
Cons: Lack of seating in lobby area. If we wanted to sit, we had to sit in the lounge and we were almost immediately asked if we had placed our order yet. Required us to order food in order to sit in the lounge area. Breakfast buffet area a bit tight. Bathroom a bit outdated. Needs newer fixtures. Transfer to airport extremely expensive. Had to make other arrangements
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed is comfortable Complete amenities Satisfying breakfast Best location accessinble to Ayala mall
Cons: Security staff. Unrealistic. I have a baby with a stroller in a queue and wanted me to go back and have baby feeding bag which was left under the stroller go through scanner. I cannot just leave my baby nor easily ask for the people to make way for the baby stroller. Argh. Much inconvenience and lack of assistance plus cold attitude from the security staff.

Pros: Staff are very accommodating. The ambiance is almost perfect. .foods are so good.
Cons: There's nothing that i dont like except for the price.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is exceptional and they give it their best to make sure your needs are fulfilled. The lobby is very nice and the buffet restaurant is outstanding for any meal of the day. The spa is open 24 hours and and massage is excellent.
Cons: The rooms are getting a bit old and to keep up with the other hotels in the area they need to be renovated soon. The bathrooms in the rooms also need to be worked over, especially the sinks.

Pros: Room sizes and set ups are perfect, very nice views for our 2 club rooms.
Cons: Small ang club lounge, cannot accommodate all guests sa club floors even hindi magkakasabay, i suggest they need to update the lounge area for a little bit bigger and more space/chairs and tables, but very nice and modern ang set up, hindi kami makapagbreakfast sa Lounge because small sya , puno sya and pila, also medyo konti ang food choices for breakfast especially dun sa mga want ng more breakfast options, there are 5 star hotels same age as Diamond Hotel but their lounge are bigger and spacious. Overall we enjoyed naman our stay at Diamond Hotel. Happy New Year! Cheers!
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The outside line calls for food deliveries are not allowed.
6,0 Good
Pros: Bathroom counter is granite or marble but soap or water stains were so visible that it looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. It just doesn't look sanitary. Pool area was totally closed for renovation but we were not informed before and during check in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room..the reception.. the buffet breakfast
Cons: None
5,7 Okay
Pros: The staff is really nice. The pool is pretty.
Cons: Checkout out Makati Diamond Residence instead. Clean, new, safe area. The location is terrible. Think it’s awesome being a block away from the beach? NOPE. Manila bay is dirty, stinky and gross. The streets are dirty and neighbor streets smell of raw sewage. There are many homeless people living on the streets right outside the hotel. The decor is old and drab looking. My room had a feel of it being outdated and worn out.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Location. Arielle at the check -in desk is great with guests. Lifeguard is also very kind to kids.
Cons: Rooms are very old, but to be fair, its clean. (Not even a doorbell) Old lamps, old bed, old T&B. It is really not worth its costs (if it wasnt for a wedding, we wouldnt have checked-in to this hotel) Reception staff is not helpful. You have to pay for valet which is unlike any other hotels that sells the same image. Lobby lounge restaurant is also a big disappointment in terms of service, we had waited for one hour for a pasta, and theres only 3 tables occupied at that time, will take half hour for a coffee order and staff is not even apologetic.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had a great overall experience.
Cons: The only thing I didnt like was hidden cost, they ask me to pay way to much for breakfast buffet which was suppose to be include with the room. Since I didnt go directly through the free breakfast buffet didnt count I had to pay
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I loved the amenities, the buffet, the pool, and the extremely courteous staff.

Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Food, quality of electric plugs!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The property is very clean and staff were always welcoming.
Cons: Towels, bathrobes and slippers were not enough, the only available stuffs is only for 2 pax, we are 4 adults, and I booked a 1Deluxe 2 BR apartment, they should anticipate it before we arrive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: service, facility, location, rates
4,0 Okay
Pros: the people from their Spa service were awesome.
Cons: where do i begin. 1. before we even travelled, i requested for a extra bed for my son. when we checked in, the hotel ran out of bed. so tired from travelling, one of us had to sleep on the floor. 2. when no roll away bed was available, guest service suggested comforter. what else could we do, so for the night we agreed to comforters and pillow. when housekeeping delivered the comforter which was more like a blanket, no pillows were provided. when i asked for pillows, i was told there were no more pillows. after contacting guest services, pillows were delivered. i mean, come on!!! 3. while eating breakfast which was nothing special for which Ascott charges P600+ for, water was dripping from the ceiling. i am not sure the source of the water but i think it dripped on my food. 4. during our last night, we ran out of toilet paper. I called housekeeping to request for toilet paper. We never received the toilet paper. to summarize, knowing how much i paid for the stay (which double the price I would have if we stayed at another hotel), i expect to overall exprience to be good. unfortunately it was one bad thing after another.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The folks at the Ascott were super friendly, from the front door, to check in on the 6th floor, the restaurant was very good, staff attending to the room all were outstanding. Have been coming to PI for 10 years 20 plus trips. 1st stays were at New World, last 6 years have been at the Dusit...price/value was better in comparison than both of those hotels...we were in the old wing, rooms were spacious, we did check out the newly remodeled wing and it is newer for sure...the location next to Glorietta was great and only a 12 minute walk thru the mall to get to the Greenbelt Mall and theaters. We will be staying at the Ascott from now on. PS loved the pool area and the Jacuzzi
Cons: There was nothing to complain about at all
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Ascott could not locate my reservation even when given my confirmation number and booking agents number. Front desk did not know what to do, they wanted to charge me double my original paid reservation and credit my paid reservation when it came through.....WHAAAAAT! Very late and tired, no one offered to make it right, front desk seem to have attitude. I finally called Kayak and had them locate original reservation which was faxed to front desk. Front desk calls me to tell me they have fixed it and I clearly told them... I FIXED IT BY CALLING KAYAK...which is something they should've done in the first place!!!!!
4,3 Okay
Pros: We stayed here only because we missed our flight and the Holiday Inn was full. We wanted to stay near the popular shopping areas (Glorietta and Greenbelt). The location was excellent and they upgraded our room so we had a washer/dryer, kitchen and separate bedroom. This was perfect because we desperately needed to do laundry and didn't want to spend extra money on laundry service. It was also nice that we could cook our own meals and didn't have to spend a ton eating out and the Landmark grocery store was only a short walk away.
Cons: We will probably not stay here again because they allow smoking in the rooms so once we made it home, all of our clothes that we just washed smelled like cigarette smoke. The worse part was the little ants that crawled around the whole room even the dining room table. We noticed it the second day there and had all of our luggage on the floor so we were paranoid that ants got into our luggage. We even found some crawling in bed with us. We were very ready to leave.

Pros: Spiral buffet is incredible, staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the view over the pool and the bay from our room on the 11th floor was amazing
Cons: My only fault was the shower, only the hand held wand worked, not the rain head suspended in the shower. It wasn't a big deal though.

Cons: The rooms are old.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful. We have a server and he was wonderful, he went out of his way to make our stay special.
Cons: Our room 1123 was deteriorated. The blinds in the bathroom is all bent and the rain shower was not working good, no water pressure at all. I am a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in many Sofitel before in different countries and I was always pleased

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and friendly.
Cons: For the price of the hotel, I think including breakfast would be nice. We are offered a breakfast at many, if not all of the three star hotels. So it doesn’t make sense to me that you charge almost double the money but offer less as far as breakfas
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location and very comfortable room
Cons: Pool area could be improved
5,0 Okay
Pros: Close to shops. Well secured.
Cons: Drainage in the shower & sinks takes ages to drain water. Toilet somewhat clogged as it takes time to flush down the drain. Premium room was smaller than what I have thought ( compared to other hotels I stayed of the same category). Windows needs cleaning. Plants in the garden needs bit more TLC.

Pros: Location - convenience to the shopping centres and quite close to the airport Friendly and welcoming staff This hotel seems to be my second home in the Philippines
Cons: The room i stayed needs to be renovated. Although i highly appreciated i managed to get an early check in to this room (the toilet needs to have bidet)... and the stuff inside the room are quite old like the hair dryer, the shower head... anyways it’s still acceptable for now.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Excellent staff.
Cons: Shower flooded the entire bathroom. Air conditioner leaked all over the foyer. Wet marble floors made it very dangerous for my 70 year old mother. I should be refunded $76.99 x 2 nights.($153.98) There were 2 prices-$192.18 and $269.17, same room description for an executive suite. Breakfast would have cost about $20 per person, so for 4 people about $80. I booked the $269.17 per night room. But no breakfast. This is false advertising. No explanation.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: We booked a 3 bedroom suite on Christmas and it was the worst decision ever. We got there by 2pm, a lot of people were already waiting at the lobby waiting to be checked in. It was like a marketplace. The Hotel Lobby had a very strong unpleasant perfume smell. I was so disappointed we paid a lot of money for this hotel hoping that it would be worth it but turned out it felt like a 1 star hotel. The lobby was jampacked because they couldn’t check a lot of people in. It was Christmas and they were able to give us a room at 4:30pm. What an inconvenience. They were saying that because a lot of people booked the place, the housekeepers were still cleaning the rooms. How come they couldn’t commit to the 3pm check in? 3pm was already late enough! They’re even passing the blame to the housekeeping. To top it off, there was no available parking at the hotel even the valet are full. We had to find a parking so far from the property. We booked a 3BR Suite and they couldnt give us atleast 1 space. Seriously what kind of a hotel are you running? It was sad that the half of our Christmas was ruined because of all the hassle this hotel gave us. And when we finally got our hotel keys to check in, imagine the queue at the elevator we had to wait long for our turns since a lot of people were trying to go up. Only to find out once we got to the elevator, the key card wasn’t working. It was so ratchet. This hotel for me is the lowest of low. A lot of guests were so pissed and disappointed on a Christmas Day. So sad. Don’t ever book this hotel.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Spacious rooms, en suite bathrooms, location
Cons: The pool was unavailable for use during our visit, the rooms were dimly lit and while the lighting can be adjusted, they still gave off a spooky vibe.. the furniture needs an upgrade as well...

Pros: Joy-Nostalg serves as our home whenever my family and I travel to Manila. I've stayed here 4 times already and the level of service has always been superb! Their 1 bedroom suite very comfortable and huge with a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine! The hotel is located in Ortigas Center, where you have access to major banks, malls, restaurants, and bars which are just a short walk away. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly! I look forward to coming back again!
Cons: Parking space. There's no guaranteed spot allocated for you upon checking in. I do hope that there's a guaranteed parking space allocated to guests throughout the course of their stay.
