Pros (+) The hotel amenities were above average. The suite we stayed in was clean although I had to ask a 2nd time for a non smoking room. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids but the buffet was priced a little high for the selections available. The staff was really friendly especially the front desk (kudos to Jen).
Cons (-) We originally had three room reservations the first week we arrived. Three adults got sick and therefore we're unable to make the trip with us so we had to cancel/rebook the third room. Paid cash to upgrade to the deluxe sky tower suite for us to check in the day before our flight which was a week after our first stay. When we got home, there was a charge for the 2nd stay.
